This position plays a key role in supporting the Communications team, helping tell the Gifthealth story internally and externally while gaining hands-on experience across a full communications toolkit.Key ResponsibilitiesIntranet content support: help gather, draft, and refine content for Gifthealth's new company intranet.Intranet page design: assist in designing and laying out intranet pages so they're clear, on-brand, and easy to navigate.Employer brand content: create Instagram content that showcases what it's like to work at Gifthealth.Social campaign strategy: help develop social campaigns spotlighting top open jobs and employee stories.Social analytics: track and report on post performance to inform what the team creates next.Event planning: assist with planning logistics, timelines, and details for the internal holiday celebration.Newsletter content: write and help produce content for the internal newsletter.Video production: shoot and help produce short iPhone videos featuring leaders and employees, for both internal and social sharing.
