Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Vendition is partnering with one of our high-growth technology clients to hire an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative. This is an opportunity for a top-performing SDR who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently exceeds quota, and is ready to make a meaningful impact while accelerating their career toward an Account Executive or Sales Leadership path.

In This Role You’ll:
Prospect, educate, and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Research and maintain account data against prioritized accounts; identify key players and generate interest of key prospects
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities that consistently meet or exceed the monthly quota.
Provide thorough discovery data to each Account Executive to ensure successful opportunities
Become a trusted and credible resource, developing superior relationships with Account Executives
Leverage sales engagement and prospecting tools to maximize productivity and continuously improve outbound performance.
Provide ongoing feedback to the sales department for continuous process optimization.
Become an expert at prospecting and master the tools needed to be successful

Detail-oriented, passionate about data, and strong familiarity with a sales process
Proven critical thinkers who solve difficult problems
Articulate and succinct communicators, verbally and in writing
You have:
1+ year of SDR or BDR experience, with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar.
Experience prospecting into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations using outbound sales strategies.
Previous startup experience is a plus!
