Looking to break into tech sales? This is your opportunity.
We're looking for a motivated, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our fast-growing technology clients. If you're coachable, competitive, and excited to build a career in SaaS, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced sales leaders, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become a top-performing SDR.
Prior SDR experience is not required. We value grit, curiosity, and a willingness to learn over previous sales experience.
What You'll Do
Prospect and engage prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Learn the company's product, ideal customer profile, and value proposition.
Maintain accurate activity and notes in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to help build pipeline.
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
Customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, service industry, or other high-performance environments).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Competitive, resilient, and comfortable working toward goals.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work from our San Francisco office five days per week.
