PEOPLE TEAM COORDINATOR (Contract to Hire) - EL SEGUNDO The People Team Coordinator will support hiring across all Skyryse teams and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. This individual will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS. Beyond recruiting support, this role will also assist the broader People Team with day-to-day HR functions as needed. The Coordinator will help keep hiring processes organized and efficient, enabling the team to move quickly while delivering a high-quality experience for every candidate who engages with Skyryse. This is a contract to hire opportunity based onsite in El Segundo.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated interview experience. Manage candidate travel arrangements and reimbursement processes, coordinating flights, lodging, and on-site logistics when applicable. Support and partner with Recruiters to provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse. Coordinate interview panels in Greenhouse, including scheduling, calendar management, and ensuring interview kits and scorecards are completed. Prepare and send candidate communications through Greenhouse, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and logistical details. Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure alignment on interview schedules, expectations, and candidate feedback timelines. Support sourcing efforts as needed, including light pipeline-building through LinkedIn and other channels. Perform other duties as assigned.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, sourcing, HR, or administrative role. Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders. Prior experience in a start-up, aerospace, or other high-growth technical environment. Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and developing solutions. WHY SKYRYSE?
