Parsley Health is the largest functional healthcare company in the U.S., founded by Dr. Robin Berzin, a Columbia-trained physician who saw the limits of conventional care firsthand and chose to build something radically better. Robin’s mission—and ours—is to transform the way we treat chronic disease by delivering intelligent, root-cause care through functional medicine, advanced diagnostics, and lifestyle intervention. At Parsley, we believe healthcare should be preventive, longevity-based, data-driven, and deeply human. Our model gives clinicians the time, tools, and support they need to focus on what really matters: helping patients heal. What is the job? We’re hiring board-certified Physicians who are passionate about functional medicine and want to make a lasting impact on patients’ lives. As a clinician at Parsley, you’ll have the time to listen, the resources to investigate deeply, and the clinical autonomy to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms. You will report to one of our Lead Physicians. This role entails at least three days/week seeing members in-person at our NY Center based in Flatiron, Manhattan. Why do you want to be at Parsley? Time for Care: 60-minute visits, personalized plans, and strong ongoing relationships Clinical Excellence: A supportive team of health coaches, RN care managers, and fellow clinicians focused on continuous learning Tools That Work: Access to top tools, evidence-based protocols, and advanced testing Flexibility: We offer Full Time & Part Time positions Mission-Driven: You’ll be part of a company that exists to change lives—clinically and systemically What you'll do: Conduct functional medicine visits virtually and/or in-person Use advanced testing to uncover root causes of chronic illness Partner with health coaches and care teams to drive outcomes Build deep relationships with your patients over time Document care in a proprietary, user-friendly EMR What do you bring to the table? Are a board-certified MD, DO, NP, or PA with active state licensure in NY or CA. Have at least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience (functional medicine training a plus) Are passionate about lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and long-term patient relationships Thrive in a startup environment and love fast feedback loops Believe in collaborative, whole-person care What does Parsley bring to the table? Competitive salary and bonus structure Flexible PTO policies Sick Leave 401k + Matching Company sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage Annual CME and wellness stipends Complimentary Parsley Health membership Remote-first team with built-in clinical community Be Part of the Change Healthcare doesn’t have to be broken. At Parsley Health, we’re building what comes next—and we’re looking for passionate clinicians to help lead the way. Join us in delivering medicine that works, for everyone. Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees. The salary for this role is targeted between $200,000 - $300,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.  Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process. At Parsley Health we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members.  Important note: In light of recent increase in hiring scams, if you're selected to move onto the next phase of our hiring process, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you directly from an @parsleyhealth.com email address to guide you through our interview process.      Please note:  We will never communicate with you via Microsoft Teams We will never ask for your bank account information at any point during the recruitment process, nor will we send you a check (electronic or physical) to purchase home office equipment We look forward to connecting! #LI-Remote Get new jobs like this in your inbox We'll email you when Parsley Health posts a job like this one. We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp. How do you know if you have a disability? A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to: Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally) Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS Blind or low vision Cancer (past or present) Cardiovascular or heart disease Celiac disease Cerebral palsy Deaf or serious difficulty hearing Diabetes Disfigurement, for example, disfigurement caused by burns, wounds, accidents, or congenital disorders Epilepsy or other seizure disorder Gastrointestinal disorders, for example, Crohn's Disease, irritable bowel syndrome Intellectual or developmental disability Mental health conditions, for example, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD Missing limbs or partially missing limbs Mobility impairment, benefiting from the use of a wheelchair, scooter, walker, leg brace(s) and/or other supports Nervous system condition, for example, migraine headaches, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS) Neurodivergence, for example, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, other learning disabilities Partial or complete paralysis (any cause) Pulmonary or respiratory conditions, for example, tuberculosis, asthma, emphysema Short stature (dwarfism) Traumatic brain injury Disability Status Select...
