ABOUT FORTA Forta is making quality ABA therapy more accessible by reimagining how care is delivered. Today, 1 in 31 children is identified as being on the autism spectrum, yet families still face long waitlists, geographic barriers, and insurance hurdles that delay care. We bring expert clinical teams directly to families through telehealth and in-home services, reducing friction, improving continuity, and supporting better outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to inform clinical programming Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment plans for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing skill development Ensure treatment fidelity through regular supervision, data review, and program adjustments Analyze behavioral data and make data-driven clinical decisions to support client progress Provide structured parent and caregiver training to support skill acquisition and generalization across environments Deliver clinical oversight across telehealth and in-home services, ensuring consistency and continuity of care across settings Collaborate with internal care teams and external stakeholders to support coordinated care delivery Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including assessments, progress reports, and insurance-compliant records Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and payer requirements WHAT YOU BRING Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related human services field Strong clinical judgment with the ability to design, evaluate, and adjust behavior intervention programs Experience supervising and developing RBTs or behavior technicians Strong communication skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a diverse caseload with independence, organization, and clinical rigor Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and high-quality care delivery Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds WHY FORTA Connected Care Model: Join Forta’s client network in Texas, delivering telehealth ABA services and support Flexibility: Deliver care in ways that best support families and clinical outcomes Growth Opportunity: Be among the first clinicians in our Texas telehealth expansion—with long‑term growth as we scale our virtual care footprint.
