Equi is hiring a Founding Engineer & Applied AI Lead to be the primary builder and technical backbone of the company. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of full-stack engineering, applied AI, and investing, responsible for designing and building AI-powered systems, internal tools, and customer-facing applications that accelerate Equi’s growth. You’ll work closely with the investment, operations, and go-to-market teams, own projects end-to-end, and help shape the long-term technical and engineering vision as the platform scales.
