YOUR NEW ROLE: We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Clinic Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team. RESPOBSIBILITES: Create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and ensure a seamless 5 star check-in/check-out experience Guide patients through their visit, coordinating effectively with injectors, and other team members Maintain clinic cleanliness and support the smooth day to day operations of the clinic Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and integrity Handle a multi line phone system efficiently and courteously Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint of their journey REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a medical clinic, beauty, or wellness environment is preferred Familiarity with appointment booking systems is a plus (training provided if needed) Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences Empathetic, sales driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Minimum of 2 years’ retail or customer facing experience Dependable, punctual, and highly reliable A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail INDLP Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Application Question(s): Are you available to work Full Time?
