AI for finance, without the black box. 👉 Apply directly at https://loopfour.ai/careers (we review direct applicants first) Role: Finance Implementation & Customer Success Manager You'll lead customers from onboarding through go-live: mapping their finance workflows, configuring Loopfour to fit, and making sure their team is confident using it every day. This is a part-time contract role. You can work from anywhere, and US citizenship or a visa is not required. You own the relationship during and after implementation, driving adoption, surfacing workflow improvements, and spotting expansion opportunities as customers grow with us. You sit close to product and engineering, relaying feedback and helping shape the roadmap from what you learn in the field. You work directly with founders, CFOs, controllers, and finance teams. What You’ll Do Customer Implementation (Core of the job) Help run end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live Learn each customer’s billing + revenue model and translate it into a clean setup in @loopfour Import, review, and validate customer data (customers, invoices, contracts, products, pricing) QA the numbers: catch mismatches, missing fields, incorrect terms, and edge cases Help customers feel confident using the product through training and check-ins Write down patterns you see and help improve our onboarding playbook Account Management + Customer Success Stay close to customers after launch to make sure things are working smoothly Handle check-ins, answer questions, and make sure billing + AR workflows stay accurate Identify when customers should expand usage (more teams, more workflows, more automation) Sales Support (Numbers-heavy) Support our sales team by helping model customer billing and pricing structures Help prepare onboarding plans and implementation assumptions before customers sign Ask smart questions that reduce surprises and make onboarding faster What we’re looking for Experience Skills Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field No work experience required — we care more about aptitude, accuracy, and grit Bonus (not required): internships in accounting, audit, finance ops, or analytics Personal attributes High ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Fast learner: you want feedback and you apply it immediately Clear communicator: you can explain a number or issue simply and confidently You enjoy working with people, but your superpower is accuracy and analysis Why this role is special You’ll get a front-row seat to how real companies run revenue — across dozens of businesses You’ll learn modern quote-to-cash, billing, AR, and finance ops faster than almost any traditional path You’ll work closely with founders and a small team that moves fast You’ll build rare skills at the intersection of accounting + software + customer operations Apply here: https://loopfour.ai/careers If you’re a sharp recent accounting grad who wants a fast-moving role where your strength with numbers actually matters — we want to hear from you. We keep it simple and practical. After the first call, we’ll usually ask you to do a small, real-world exercise that matches the job — something like: reviewing a sample customer billing setup and spotting issues reconciling a few numbers in a spreadsheet organizing messy finance data into a clean format writing a clear customer-facing summary of what you found Nothing tricky. We’re just looking for strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and how you think. We move fast and respect your time. Decisions are made quickly and without unnecessary steps.
