Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to build robust APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with databases, caching systems, and messaging queues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Implement best practices for security, testing, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 Years.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js .
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. ).
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Good to Have:

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Exposure to system design and scalable architecture.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
