We're looking for a senior, hands-on engineer who owns problems end to end: scoping, designing, building, and shipping the core platform across the full stack (Python/Django, React/Next.js, Postgres). You'll ship fast with agents, wire AI into the product itself, and build under healthcare compliance as a design constraint. True greenfield ownership with real traction — you'll define architecture, patterns, and velocity from day one. Remote / Competitive salary + founding equity.
