Fervo's Legal Rotational Development Program is a two-year development program for early-career attorneys looking to build a strong foundation as in-house counsel. Modeled after Fervo's successful Bedrock rotational program, participants complete two one-year rotations across different areas of the Legal team while working directly with experienced attorneys on substantive legal matters from day one.Throughout the program, participants gain broad exposure to the legal issues that support a rapidly growing energy company, including commercial contracts, construction, finance, regulatory matters, land leasing and permitting, power markets, and compliance – based on Fervo’s staffing needs and the participants background and interests. Each rotation is designed to develop practical legal judgment, strengthen business acumen, and prepare participants for long-term success as in-house counsel.Upon successful completion of the program, participants may transition into a permanent attorney role on Fervo's Legal team, with final placement determined by business needs, participant performance, and rotational experiences.
