Texas has many tools in the toolbox to effectively end the H-1B program in this state:

1⃣ No contracts to companies who employ H-1Bs (or sub out to those that do).
2⃣ No tax breaks/abatements for companies who employ H-1Bs.
3⃣ No H1Bs employed by any taxpayer funded entity.
