Lead fire protection engineering for R&D: detection, suppression, and life safety for modular data centers and BTM plants.
Own the fire protection reference design: systems selected, coded, and standardized across novel occupancies.
Drive AHJ strategy: approaches that get first-of-a-kind designs approved without redesign.
Set the technical bar and grow the discipline as the portfolio scales.

Own the robotic weld cells: programming, fixturing interface, and weld quality at production rate.
Develop weld programs for structural steel assemblies: procedures, parameters, and sequencing that hold distortion.
Commission new cells with integrators and take them from acceptance to rate.
Drive first-pass yield up with data: rework cut at the parameter level.

Own day-to-day safety on the ground at the Phoenix manufacturing site: walk the floor, find the hazards, and fix them before they find someone.

You've built test automation or orchestration systems for hardware, infrastructure, or industrial use.
You've integrated software with control systems or instrumentation.
You design for auditability: every result traceable to raw data.
You've replaced a manual expert process with software the experts trust.
You ship fast with production discipline.
Bonus: Commissioning domain. BMS protocols. Python, Go, or TypeScript. Data center MEP familiarity.
