The Compute Production Team
The Compute Production team builds the data foundations and internal products that let Fluidstack bring gigawatt-scale AI compute online and keep it running.
Examples of key problems the team is working on:
Build the ontology that models compute production end to end, from hardware and networks to the operational workflows that deliver clusters to customers
Turn fragmented operational data spread across tools, spreadsheets, and people's heads into a single source of truth engineers and operators can build against
Ship product surfaces that give compute production teams real leverage: fewer manual handoffs, faster diagnosis, clearer state of the fleet
Apply LLM-era tooling to operational workflows where structured data and automation can replace repetitive human effort
Role Scope
Own product direction for the team's ontology and data products serving compute production: the roadmap, the priorities, and the success metrics that justify them
Turn messy compute production domains into data models, specs, and product surfaces clear enough that engineers can ship against them without a second round of discovery
Drive technical tradeoffs with engineers and ship end to end, from problem definition through delivery
Run direct discovery with compute production stakeholders to understand their domain, then validate that what you built actually changes how they work
Define and track the metrics that prove the product is delivering real leverage, and cut or redirect work that isn't
What We're Looking For

3+ years of technical product management, ideally on data, platform, or ontology products
A track record of shipping products with measurable impact, and the numbers to show it
You can reason about system design and hold your own with engineers on technical tradeoffs, not just relay their conclusions
Strong written communication: crisp specs, and prioritization rationale sharp enough that stakeholders who disagree still understand why you chose what you chose
You're comfortable in ambiguity and know how to impose structure where none exists, turning an unmapped operational domain into a model others can build on
Bonus: exposure to compute or datacenter operations, infrastructure systems, or building LLM-powered applications

The Capacity Delivery Program Team
The Capacity Delivery Program team turns signed capacity commitments into energized, GPU-ready data centers on dates our customers have already bet their roadmaps on.
Examples of key problems the team is working on:
Build and maintain integrated CPM schedules across greenfield data center builds where design, procurement, construction, and commissioning all run in parallel.
Find and close schedule compression opportunities on critical paths measured in days, not months, from long-lead equipment delivery to Day 1 energization.
Track cost and field productivity against baselines rigorous enough to catch overruns while they are still recoverable.
Give delivery leads and executives a single, defensible source of truth on where every project stands and what threatens the date.
Role Scope
Own the P6 CPM schedule for one or more greenfield data center builds, from baseline through closeout, with logic tight enough to survive scrutiny from GCs, owners, and executives.
Run cost and productivity tracking against budget and baseline, surfacing variances with the data to back them before they become claims or slips.
Drive schedule compression on the critical path, quantifying every recovery option in days and dollars rather than padding buffers.
Lead schedule reviews with GC and trade partner schedulers, challenging float sequestration, bad logic, and optimistic durations before they get baselined.
Build the reporting cadence (look-aheads, earned value, milestone dashboards) that lets delivery leadership make Day-1-versus-Day-2 tradeoffs with real numbers.
Close out projects with as-built schedules and cost records complete enough to hold up under an owner audit and feed the next build's baseline.
What We're Looking For

4+ years of hands-on P6 CPM scheduling and cost controls as the person building and owning the schedule, not managing a vendor who does.
Greenfield hyperscale or data center build experience, or comparably complex construction programs of $500M or more.
Expert in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and the MS Suite; you can rebuild a broken schedule logic network yourself, not just review one.
A track record you can quantify: dollars saved, days compressed, milestones pulled in, with the numbers to prove it.
You communicate concisely and defend schedule decisions under scrutiny, in writing and in the room with GCs and executives.
You compress schedules instead of padding them; you can articulate what has to be true for Day 1 versus what can wait for Day 2.
Based in Austin or willing to relocate, and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer.
Bonus: direct experience on hyperscaler data center programs or with a tier-one GC delivering them.

The Business Operations Team
The Business Operations team builds the ontology and data products that turn Fluidstack's operational reality into structured, usable systems, so the people running the largest AI compute buildout in history can make decisions from data instead of spreadsheets.
Examples of key problems the team is working on:
Turn messy operational domains (contracts, vendors, workflows, financial operations) into a shared ontology that engineers can build against and operators actually trust
Build data products and product surfaces that replace ad hoc tracking with structured, queryable systems of record
Apply LLM-era tooling to operational workflows where structured data plus automation can remove hours of manual work per week
Prove leverage with metrics, so every product the team ships can show the operational time or errors it eliminated
Role Scope
Own product direction for the team's ontology and data products: the roadmap, the priorities, and the success metrics, with rationale clear enough that engineers and stakeholders can challenge it on the merits
Turn messy business operations domains into data models, specs, and product surfaces precise enough for engineers to ship against without a second round of discovery
Drive technical tradeoffs with engineers and ship end to end, from problem definition through launch and iteration
Run the stakeholder loop with business operations: understand their domain firsthand, validate what you build against their real workflows, and cut what doesn't earn its keep
Define and track the metrics that show each product is delivering real leverage, not just shipping
What We're Looking For

We are hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team within Decision Engineering, building decision systems for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Decision Engineers serve as an internal force multiplier, building AI-powered tools and decision systems that make every team member significantly more productive. You'll work directly with the manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI augmentation, then ship tools that drive measurable productivity gains. Responsibilities:
Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models that make manufacturing and supply chain operations significantly more productive
Own tools end to end, from conception through production, iterating directly with the people who use them
Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, and build shared skills for the organization
Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs, operational data)
Stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and proactively identify new opportunities to apply emerging techniques
Requirements:
3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript (and the ability to work in an arbitrary language, primarily driving AI coding tools)
Strong full-stack development skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with concrete examples of tools and skills you have built

7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading a team while still coding
Track record shipping production systems in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or automation domains
Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with strong full-stack skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, and the agent frameworks around them
Technical depth to review architecture and unblock engineers, not just manage
Ownership mentality: you can define a roadmap and execute without heavy process support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
5+ years of software engineering experience including leading engineers or owning technical direction for a team
Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript (and the ability to work in an arbitrary language, primarily driving AI coding tools)
Strong full-stack development skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, and the agent frameworks around them
Proven ability to work autonomously and get a team (and their agents) to ship results with minimal direction and high impact
Great product and design taste, and the judgment to balance rapid iteration with maintainable foundations others build on
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption
Nice to have: exposure to business operations, finance, or strategy-and-operations workflows, or to leading teams building internal operational tooling

Overview:
We are hiring a Decision Engineering Team Lead for the Infrastructure Development & Delivery team. You'll lead a small team of Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) building AI-powered tools and decision systems that make infrastructure development and delivery workflows significantly more productive, while still shipping hands-on. You'll set technical direction, own the team's delivery bar, grow engineers, and partner with leadership to pick the highest-impact AI augmentation bets.
Responsibilities:
Lead a small team of Decision Engineers, setting technical direction and owning the bar for what ships
Still build hands-on: personally ship the highest-leverage AI tools and agents for infrastructure development and delivery workflows
Own the team's delivery: identify the highest-impact AI augmentation opportunities across infrastructure development and delivery workflows and turn them into shipped tools with measurable productivity gains
Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, and shared skills the wider organization builds on

7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading a team while still coding
Track record shipping production systems and internal tools that operational teams rely on
Production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with strong full-stack skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code and Cursor, and the agent frameworks around them
Technical depth to review architecture and unblock engineers, not just manage
Ownership mentality: you can define a roadmap and execute without heavy process support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have: experience at a fast-scaling automation, robotics, or infrastructure software company

Overview:
We are hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) for the Infrastructure Development & Delivery team within Decision Engineering, building decision systems for infrastructure development and delivery workflows. Decision Engineers serve as an internal force multiplier, building AI-powered tools and decision systems that make every team member significantly more productive. You'll work directly with the infrastructure development and delivery teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI augmentation, then ship tools that drive measurable productivity gains. This is a unique opportunity to define how a fast-growing infrastructure company integrates AI into every aspect of its operations.
Responsibilities:
Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models that make infrastructure development and delivery workflows significantly more productive
Own tools end to end, from conception through production, iterating directly with the people who use them
Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, and build shared skills for the organization
Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs, operational data)
Stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and proactively identify new opportunities to apply emerging techniques
Requirements:
3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript (and the ability to work in an arbitrary language, primarily driving AI coding tools)
Strong full-stack development skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with concrete examples of tools and skills you have built
Proven ability to work autonomously: identifying problems, designing solutions, and shipping results with minimal direction and high impact
Strong product and systems judgment, comfortable with ambiguity and a demanding pace
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption
Nice to have: exposure to data center delivery, construction, or infrastructure operations tooling
