The Role:

This is a player-manager role. Roughly 70% of your time goes to building and running the team; the remaining 30% is yours to own a focused set of strategic deals in the region. The Role:

This is a player-manager role. Roughly 70% of your time goes to building and running the team; the remaining 30% is yours to own a focused set of strategic deals in the region. As the Solution Consulting Manager in the Americas, you will play a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical excellence, and customer impact. You will build and lead Elliptic's Solution Consulting function across the Americas. You’ll drive technical and commercial excellence across the region, champion value-based and consultative selling, and work closely with regional VPs to support all aspects of our customer lifecycle. In addition, you will collaborate deeply with Engineering and Product Marketing to unify Elliptic’s GTM strategy and accelerate solution innovation.

You’ll shape our regional approach to Enterprise strategy, mentor your teams in best practices, and ensure Elliptic’s solutions deliver measurable value for enterprise clients. Your ability to communicate complex ideas in commercial terms, coach technical talent, and align cross-functional regional efforts will be key to success in this client-facing, high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a focused set of strategic deals in the region alongside your management responsibilities.

• Build, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Solution Consultants in key Americas, fostering a collaborative and feedback-driven culture.

• Develop best practices in consultative selling - discovery, technical demonstration, value-based selling, solution architecture, and POC/pilot delivery for enterprise clients.

• Partner with Engineering and Product Marketing on roadmap planning, product releases, technical messaging, and customer feedback loops.

• Guide and support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales opportunities, mapping workflows, proving value, and designing solution integration plans with measurable impact.

• Own the solution consultant processes, enablement plans, and continuously optimise with automation, AI, and modern productivity tools.

• Interface closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, GPRG and SME’s groups to upskill our solution consultant team to articulate Elliptic’s technical value in the context of regulatory, compliance, and evolving client needs.

• Ensure consistency of technical product feedback, demo environments, regional regulatory awareness, and sales excellence across the teams.

• Drive adoption of Elliptic’s solutions across diverse enterprise architectures, address integration challenges, and ensure customer success.

You must have:

• Over 5 years of experience leading pre-sales and Solutions Consulting teams in B2B SaaS enterprise software companies.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

Someone who becomes a trusted technical advisor to our strategic partners – helping them integrate, sell, implement, and support Resistant AI's fraud prevention platform with their own customers.

You'll work across Partnerships, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Research, Engineering, and Support to strengthen our partner ecosystem's technical capabilities, own complex partner escalations, and help partners deliver excellent outcomes at scale.

This role goes beyond individual deployments – you'll help partners build the knowledge, processes, and operating models to represent and support Resistant AI independently, while knowing we've got their back when things get complex.

💪 What you'll be doing?

• Leading technical onboarding and enablement for new partners
• Supporting partner-led customer implementation, configuration, and optimization
• Enabling partners to confidently position, demo, integrate, and support our solutions
• Supporting partner pre-sales: solution design, architecture reviews, discovery, POCs
• Running partner technical health reviews and catching risks early
• Owning L2/L3 partner escalations and coordinating resolution across internal teams
• Establishing clear escalation paths, support models, and operating procedures with partners
• Feeding partner and customer insight back into Product, Research, and Engineering
• Spotting recurring technical issues across the ecosystem and driving scalable fixes
• Building playbooks, reference architectures, troubleshooting guides, and enablement materials
• Supporting partner technical certification and readiness programs
• Helping partner and Sales teams turn technical opportunities into growth

🙌 What do you bring?

• At least 3 years in a partner- or customer-facing technical role (Partner Engineering, TAM, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, or similar)
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, data flows, solution architecture and technical troubleshooting
• Experience advising enterprise partners – vendors, system integrators, resellers, or platforms – in a technical capacity
• Background in technical enablement, implementation, or pre-sales
• Ability to translate between technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
• Proven track record managing complex escalations across multiple teams
• Comfortable bringing structure to situations with many stakeholders and competing priorities
• A self-starter who spots and closes gaps without waiting for direction
• Experience writing technical documentation, enablement materials, implementation playbooks, or reusable partner resources
• Experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, risk management, financial services, or adjacent industries is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (C1); other languages a plus
