The Finance and Accounting group manages all aspects of our finances and serves as trusted advisors for all our strategic and enterprise endeavors. Along with managing compilation of our financial statements, looking after our cash and overseeing compliance, we partner closely with the business in overseeing company wide resource allocation, developing cutting edge compensation initiatives and generating detailed financial analyses to drive the business forward. We also develop advanced capital strategies to support the company's short- and long-term future. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Accounting Manager. You will: Execute key areas of the month-end and quarter-end close, preparing financial statements, supporting schedules, and footnotes/disclosures Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis and financial analytics, developing detailed reporting packages for leadership Design and stabilize operational processes based on business needs Identify control gaps and implementa operational improvements, automations and support system implemetnations across key accounting processes Conduct technical accounting research and draft documentation for review on complex accounting transactions Collaborate cross-functionally with busoness partners such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal, Accounts Payable, Systems team You have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 4+ years of experience at a Big 4 Firm We prefer: Strong understanding of US GAAP Strong attention to detail, organizational skills; and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex initiatives Proven experience in technical accounting research and documentation Experience in the tech industry Experience with SAP Cloud, Systems implementation The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Accounting Manager - Supply Chain, Treasury, and Fixed Assets. You will: Perform and drive month-end close tasks related to the Assets, Inventory, and Supply Chain accounting areas. This includes Ledger Close, Balance Sheet and P&L reporting, flux analysis, and preparation/review of journal entries and corresponding reconciliations Partner closely with the business to design and implement new operational processes and accounting flows. Identify, scope, and resolve process gaps across your business area, driving consistency across stakeholders Act as the subject matter expert in Inventory and Supply Chain Accounting to support major system implementations, enhancements, and bug resolutions. Proactively find process efficiencies through elimination, automation, and strategic outsourcing Proactively identify risks, generate risk mitigation plans, and escalate issues when appropriate Prepare and present complex financial and technical information clearly to various audiences, including finance leaders, cross-functional business partners, and internal/external auditors You have: Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
