Partner with account teams to develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and align UiPath solutions to customer priorities and business objectives.
Conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state operations, process challenges, and transformation opportunities.

Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, executive presentations, and proof-of-value engagements that showcase UiPath’s platform capabilities.
Architect solutions that combine AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
Collaborate with Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to ensure customer feedback influences product innovation and solution development.
Develop industry-specific solution narratives and use cases tailored to healthcare priorities.
Support technical evaluations and guide customers through architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment discussions.
Act as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market and represent UiPath at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
Share best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.

UiPath is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Public Sector team, supporting mission-critical automation, AI, and transformation initiatives for customers across the Department of War.
In this role, you will own the post-sale customer journey, helping federal customers adopt UiPath, realize measurable mission value, and build durable automation programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor across business, technical, executive, and delivery stakeholders, ensuring customers have a clear adoption roadmap, active governance, visible outcomes, and a path toward renewal readiness and expansion.

What You'll Do

Required:
Federal Experience: 3+ years of experience working with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients with demonstrated passion for federal mission work
Consultative Background: Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles (this is not an entry-level CSM position)

As a Senior Solution Engineer for Retail and Supply Chain, you will be a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath sales team, helping uncover high-value opportunities to transform business processes and unlock measurable impact.
In this role, you will partner with business executives, industry experts, and technical stakeholders to identify where automation and AI can create the greatest value across retail and supply chain operations. You will lead commercial and technical workshops, shape compelling solution proposals, and help customers envision where their UiPath journey can begin.
Reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering, you will play a critical role in securing the technical win and positioning UiPath Retail and Supply Chain Solutions as the market leader in agentic vertical applications.
What you'll do at UiPath
Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges across retail and/or manufacturing verticals, and identify opportunities for AI to drive transformative value.
Facilitate key elements of scoping workshops .e.g. process and systems mapping, value calculations, case studies and technical overviews of applications and the value they create.
Run high quality narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of our end to end platform and applications.
Provide support in shaping enterprise architecture considerations when formulating proposals with technical personas such as CIOs and CDOs.
Create technical scoping documents outlining the scope of work, delivery timeline, configurations and delivery plan.
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest agentic AI technologies and best practices, provide recommendations for how they could be applied to our customers' needs, and position yourself as a thought leader in the AI space online and in person.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, including presenting commercial and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
As a critical ‘voice of the customer’ feedback and input into our continuous product and GTM evolution.
What you'll bring to the team
3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience into mid-market and enterprise businesses
Experience within a data analytics, digital or SaaS business, or within the retail or manufacturing industries.
Experience working cross-functionally to take products to market and help shape sales strategy
Experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations
You have experience facilitating and guiding customers through complex transformation and change management programs.
Working within retail and supply chain environments
Ability to work in a fast and growing AI business.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives targeting high-value enterprise accounts. Analytics & Optimization
Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs
Leverage generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.AI) to develop personalized, high-performing content for account-based marketing programs; analyze content performance metrics and engagement data to continuously optimize messaging, creative assets, and campaign effectiveness across target account segments
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Leverage intent data, engagement metrics, and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging
Report on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attribution
What you'll bring to the team
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies
Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.

Coachable and willing to adapt in a changing environment.
Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology.
