WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to unlock our sales team. Your knowledge of sales processes will be instrumental in implementing critical systems to unlock our business goals.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn real deal friction into durable systems: clearer processes, smarter automation, and a quoting experience that helps the team move faster with confidence.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Independently drive tasks and projects end to end (requirements, analysis, design, implementation, thorough testing, launch, and ongoing support).
- Manage Salesforce configuration through a governed change management process - building and maintaining Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls with sandbox-first development, documentation, and aligned with platform best practices.
- Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and the Corporate Systems team to deliver durable solutions.
- Partner with senior admins and developers to configure solutions across core CRM data models (Accounts, Opportunities, lead-to-opportunity processes, and related custom objects).
- Support stakeholders with day-to-day system questions, unblock workflows, and become a trusted Salesforce admin partner
- Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and clear communication for all system changes.
- Look for everyday ways AI can accelerate your work, simplify seller processes, and reduce manual steps.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- You are Salesforce Admin certified.
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst and/or providing Salesforce support.
- Experience with a CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash (and other sales functional processes).
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud best practices, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports.
- AI-native builder mindset: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, build agents, and draft clear requirements; eager to keep leveling up.
- Ability to map processes and translate needs into user stories, with strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience working in Agile environments and partnering effectively with development teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people use Notion — and this number is increasing every day. That means millions of people trust us to deliver a fast, reliable, and secure experience, and we value this more than anything. We want to keep earning trust, while also continuing to amaze our users with the tools they can build in Notion.
The Product Analytics Platform team owns the foundational systems that turn Notion's raw product signals into reliable and actionable insights at scale: how we instrument events, experiment and roll out features, define and trust metrics, and build analytics surfaces that interact with AI agents.. This is an early, high-leverage moment. You’ll join a newly formed team of talented engineers in our mission to build the best in class foundational platforms that are key to the company’s business and product.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You'll help shape a brand-new platform team and have real influence over the architecture and roadmap.
- You'll own critical infrastructure that spans experimentation, feature gating, event logging, schematization, governance and play a pivotal role in the development of systems, tools and infrastructure that are key to reliable and trustworthy instrumentation
- You'll build self-serve analytic platforms that builds on top of events, metrics, and experiments to power workflows used by AI agents
- You'll work cross-functionally with engineers and partners from the Product, Data Science, Data Engineering and AI teams to enable new product analytics use cases
- You’ll work on all levels of the stack including infrastructure, libraries and product code as needed to successfully build and deliver internal platforms that provide high leverage to multiple product teams
- You'll be responsible for monitoring and operating systems in production. You’ll understand systems deeply, optimize performance and evolve critical production systems with minimal user disruption.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Curiosity in working across the stack: You enjoy understanding systems end-to-end—from product surfaces to infrastructure and data flows—and improving them with a hands-on, learn-by-doing mindset.
- Data-driven approach to building & improving systems: You use metrics, traces, logs, and experiments to diagnose issues, validate hypotheses, and prioritize the fixes that deliver the most impact.
- A knack for ergonomic developer & agentic tooling: You build interfaces that are intuitive and hard to misuse—thoughtful APIs, clear docs, and extensible patterns that help other engineers move faster.
- Pragmatic and business-oriented: You care about the business impact of what you're building, and you prioritize projects accordingly. You're not just going after cool stuff—you understand the balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
- Team player: You understand work is better, together. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're comfortable working in a full-stack in Typescript and node.js ecosystem and building SDKs on client-facing systems
- You have 3+ years of experience working on data or infrastructure-focused engineering teams. You've experienced the challenges of scaling and re-architecting event-based platforms and analytics infrastructure through orders of magnitude of growth and scaling data volume.
- You have past experience working directly on experimentation and product analytic platforms like Statsig, Amplitude, Growthbook, Posthog (including building systems in-house) or building metric frameworks
- You've worked on developer or agent-facing tooling, building APIs, MCPs, CLIs that integrate with our CI/CD pipelines
