Senior Manager, Platform Operations
Founding Product Manager, Life Sciences Workflows
This is a fully remote role within the United States.
About the Role
We are seeking a voraciously curious, systems-minded Senior/Staff Product Manager to build our Life Sciences product vertical from the ground up. This is a founding product role: you will define the strategy, ship the first products, and lay the foundation for a durable new line of business serving pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. You will partner closely with a dedicated GM/subject-matter expert—but as a true peer, not a student. This role requires subject matter expertise in life sciences commercialization and manufacturer contracting in your own right—chargebacks, rebates, gross-to-net, formulary, and coverage.
Qualified candidates bring a rare mix of 0→1 product ownership in a complex industry, deep fluency in the manufacturer data and contracting landscape, an intense focus on customers and eagerness to engage with them, and the inventiveness to build something where nothing existed before. If you are a systems-thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about solving complex problems that drive economic change, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
Why this Role Matters
Turquoise has built the most comprehensive picture of negotiated rates and contract data in US healthcare. Life sciences is the next frontier: pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers sit at the center of how drugs and devices are priced, contracted, and paid for, and bringing transparency to that economy is core to our mission to eliminate financial complexity and rebuild trust in US healthcare. This role owns that expansion end to end—what you build becomes the backbone of an entirely new business at Turquoise.
What You'll Do
Own the 0→1: define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life Sciences vertical, from first customer conversations through first shipped products and early revenue.
Partner with the GM/SME as a peer—co-owning the commercial motion while holding the product line and translating market access and contracting knowledge into a concrete, sequenced product plan.
Develop and defend your own domain point of view across manufacturer economics—chargebacks, rebates, gross-to-net, formulary, and coverage—and use it to make sharp prioritization calls.
Relentlessly drive early-stage concepts through iteration, execution, and enhancement, validating with real customers and making the calls that move the vertical forward under uncertainty.
Turn Turquoise's pricing and contract data assets into products that solve concrete manufacturer problems, in close partnership with Engineering and Data.
Facilitate airtight coordination across disciplines within Turquoise—Engineering, Design, GTM, and Legal—and across key external stakeholders and customers.
Be the customer's voice: build direct relationships with pharma and medical device customers and bring their reality back into the roadmap.
Continuously hone industry and subject matter expertise, staying ahead of market trends and legislative developments so Turquoise anticipates the tailwinds and headwinds in life sciences.
What You'll Bring
7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning products end to end.
5+ years in health technology, with a strong grasp of how healthcare data, pricing, and payments fit together.
3+ years working with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers—you understand their commercial and contracting world from the inside.
Demonstrated ability to ship high-complexity, 0→1 solutions in a fast-paced startup environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Subject-matter credibility in your own right—you can go as deep as a GM/SME as a peer.
A clear track record of growth and increasing scope—impact and staying power, not just tenure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating in response to internal and market feedback.
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds.
Bonus Points
Experience building EHR / data integration products.
Pharmaceutical or medical device contract management and modeling experience.
Strong hands-on background with healthcare claims, chargeback, EHR data, formulary, or coverage data.
Benefits
Competitive pay with equity options
Stellar health care plan options (Medical, Dental & Vision), with FSA, DCFSA, & HSA options
Company-sponsored disability & life insurance
Flexible PTO
401(k) + 4% Matching
Fully remote work + flexible working hours
$750 work-from-home setup budget
Paid bi-annual all-company in-person Summits
Quarterly $150 co-hanging stipend to meet up with coworkers
Monthly $100 health and wellness benefit
Generous paid family leave
Annual $1,200 learning & development stipend

Full Stack Engineer
About Ridley
Ridley is rebuilding the home transaction around the consumer.
Our mission is to eliminate the $100B homeowners lose every year to real estate commissions by replacing a fragmented, intermediary-driven process with AI. We believe software will become the primary interface for buying and selling a home, while human experts are brought in only where they create real value.
Backed by leading investors and with strong early traction, we're building the AI-native platform that will define the next generation of residential real estate.
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of one of the world's largest industries.
You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team to design, build, and scale an AI-native product from the ground up. This isn't a role where you'll own a small corner of a mature codebase, you'll help define the architecture, product, and engineering culture of the company.
AI is central to how we build. We use the latest AI coding tools to move faster, automate repetitive work, and spend more time solving hard product and engineering problems.
What You'll Do
- Own the design, architecture, and implementation of features across the stack—from frontend to backend to cloud infrastructure.
- Build fast, intuitive user experiences with React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
- Develop scalable backend services with Node.js and AWS.
- Design and operate cloud infrastructure using AWS (CDK, CloudFront, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Bedrock, S3, EC2, and Fargate).
- Build AI-native product experiences by integrating frontier language models into core user workflows.
- Design and implement agentic systems that leverage tool use, memory, retrieval, and orchestration to complete complex tasks on behalf of users.
- Work AI-first, using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Copilot to dramatically accelerate development while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Partner closely with product, design, and legal to ship secure, reliable, and scalable features.
- Improve our engineering systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience building modern full stack applications, ideally at an early-stage startup.
- Strong experience designing and operating production systems on AWS.
- Deep expertise with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using modern foundation models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar).
- Experience building agentic systems, including retrieval, tool calling, memory, evaluation, and multi-step orchestration.
- Fluent with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Copilot—you use them to multiply your output, not just generate code.
- Proven ability to design software architecture and make sound technical tradeoffs.
- Strong product instincts and a track record of shipping polished, end-to-end features.
- High ownership, excellent judgment, and the ability to move quickly through ambiguity.
Why Join Ridley
This is an opportunity to help redefine how millions of people buy and sell homes.
Ridley is already live with real customers, real revenue, and strong early momentum. We've been featured in The New York Times, The Daily, and CBS, and are backed by leading investors who believe, as we do, that AI will fundamentally reshape residential real estate.
If you want to help build the company that defines that future, we'd love to talk.
