Research Operations Specialist II
Revenue Operations Manager
Revenue Operations Systems Manager
About the Role
Suite is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale the systems that power our go-to-market organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, data, and AI. You'll design and optimize the systems, automations, and workflows that power our revenue engine, helping our teams operate faster, make better decisions, and convert more opportunities.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure every inbound opportunity, customer touchpoint, and operational process is measurable, automated, and continuously improving.
This is not simply a CRM administration or reporting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through systems thinking; connecting data, automating manual work, improving operational processes, and building scalable infrastructure that enables growth.
Your Responsibilities
GTM Systems
Own the administration and optimization of the GTM technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, AI tools, reporting platforms, etc.)
Design scalable lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, scoring, and territory management
Build and maintain integrations between core GTM systems
Improve data quality, governance, and operational reliability
Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies as the company scales
Revenue Operations
Build processes that maximize conversion throughout the entire customer lifecycle
Optimize inbound lead management and qualification workflows
Improve opportunity management and pipeline hygiene
Create scalable account segmentation and territory logic
Partner with Sales Leadership on forecasting inputs and operational improvements
Analytics & Insights
Develop dashboards that provide actionable business insights—not just metrics
Surface bottlenecks across the funnel and recommend improvements
Partner with leadership on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and conversion reporting
Build reporting that executives can trust for strategic decision making
Who You Are
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within B2B SaaS
Experience building RevOps infrastructure in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
Deep understanding of lead management, lifecycle design, funnel optimization, and CRM architecture
You’ve built scalable operational systems that reduce manual work across Marketing and Sales
Experience implementing operational processes from scratch rather than inheriting mature systems
You believe AI should increase leverage—not replace judgment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into scalable operational solutions
You independently define problems and execute solutions
Benefits at Suite:
Best in class health & dental
Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility (for those located in the Denver/Boulder area)
Unlimited paid time off
Fitness & wellness stipend
Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday
Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.
Inside Sales Representative
About Us
Galileo is a team-based medical practice working to improve the quality and affordability of health care for all. Operating across 50 states, Galileo offers high-touch, data-driven, multi-specialty, longitudinal care to diverse and complex patients—on the phone, in the home, and everywhere in between. Regional and national health plans, employers, and Fortune 500 organizations trust Galileo as the leading solution to improve population health. Founded by Dr. Tom X. Lee, the healthcare pioneer behind One Medical and Epocrates, Galileo is a team of leading innovators from healthcare, technology, and human-centered design. Our mission is to apply that talent and scientific thinking to transform society by solving our largest, toughest healthcare problems, while at the same time bringing patient and provider closer.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to accelerate Galileo's growth within the large employer market. This is not a traditional SDR role—we're looking for an experienced sales professional who understands healthcare benefits, can engage senior decision-makers, and consistently generates high-quality sales opportunities.
The ISR will own both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for employers with 1,000+ employees. Working closely with Enterprise Sales Executives, Marketing, and Consultant Relations, this individual will identify target accounts, execute strategic outreach campaigns, conduct meaningful discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and deliver sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that convert into pipeline.
Success in this role requires persistence, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the employer healthcare and benefits landscape.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Pipeline Generation
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting employers with 1,000+ employees.
- Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts aligned to Galileo's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Research organizations, benefits strategies, consultants, and key decision makers to personalize outreach.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including phone, email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and referrals.
Opportunity Qualification
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand employer priorities, healthcare challenges, benefit strategies, and buying readiness.
- Identify key business pain points, decision-makers, budget, timing, and competitive landscape.
- Apply a disciplined qualification methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) to determine opportunity quality.
- Ensure opportunities meet agreed qualification standards before transitioning to Enterprise Sales.
Sales Collaboration
- Schedule qualified meetings for Enterprise Sales Executives.
- Prepare detailed opportunity notes, account intelligence, and discovery findings prior to handoff.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Consultant Relations, and Sales Operations to maximize conversion rates.
- Participate in pipeline reviews and continuously refine targeting strategies.
CRM & Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management within Salesforce.
- Document discovery, qualification, outreach cadence, and next steps.
- Monitor lead progression and ensure timely follow-up.
- Continuously improve outreach messaging, conversion rates, and prospect engagement.
About You
You know the difference between a sales-ready lead and a warm name on a list. You can hold your own with a VP of Total Rewards talking through self-funded strategy, then hand the enterprise sales team an opportunity brief sharp enough that they walk into the room already prepared. Budget, timing, decision-maker, competition, pain: you get to the truth on all of it before you call something qualified.
You don't just work a queue. You notice what's slowing the pipeline down, fix it, and make the people around you faster.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
- 3+ years of successful Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development experience.
- Demonstrated success generating enterprise sales opportunities for complex B2B solutions.
- Experience selling into large employers (1,000+ employees).
- Healthcare industry experience required.
- Experience selling one or more of the following: Primary Care, Virtual Care, Healthcare Navigation, Digital Health, Employer Benefits Solutions, Population Health, Benefit Point Solutions
- Proven history of exceeding lead generation and pipeline creation goals.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% and authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: Experience selling to Benefits Leaders, HR Executives, Total Rewards, Finance, or Procurement.
- Preferred: Knowledge of employer-sponsored healthcare, self-funded employers, consultants, TPAs, and health plans.
- Preferred: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Preferred: Familiarity with MEDDPICC or structured sales qualification methodologies.
Compensation: $75,000 per year based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics. This role is eligible for variable compensation. OTE is ~$100k.
Benefits Offered:
- Medical / Dental / Vision insurance
- Flexible Spending Account
- Health Savings Account + match
- Company paid STD/LTD, AD&D, and Life insurance
- Paid Family Leave
- 401K + match
- Paid Time Off

VP, Commercial Sales - Employers
About Us
Galileo is a team-based medical practice working to improve the quality and affordability of health care for all.
Galileo is transforming how America's workforce experiences healthcare, and we need an exceptional enterprise sales leader to accelerate our expansion. This role owns the full sales cycle with mid-to-large employers (1,000+ employees), partnering with benefits consultants and brokers to replace fragmented, frustrating healthcare with our virtual-first primary care platform. You'll be equal parts strategist, consultant, and closer—building a territory from the ground up while directly impacting how hundreds of thousands of employees access quality care.
A Day in the Life
You'll spend significant time developing your strategy—researching target accounts, mapping stakeholder landscapes, nurturing broker/consultant relationships, and orchestrating multi-threaded sales campaigns that position Galileo ahead of competitors. Equally important is the consultative aspect of the role: you'll lead discovery conversations with CFOs, CHROs, and benefits teams to diagnose their healthcare challenges, architect custom solutions, and build business cases that survive executive scrutiny. You'll balance independent pipeline development with intensive cross-functional collaboration—partnering with Finance on deal modeling, Legal on contract terms, and Operations on implementation planning—always connecting your work to transforming healthcare delivery for working families.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and build: Develop and execute a multi-year account acquisition strategy for your assigned region/vertical, creating multiple pipeline sources including direct outreach, broker/consultant partnerships, and market trigger identification
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles: Manage 12+ month sales processes from initial contact through contract signature, orchestrating engagement across 5-10 stakeholders with competing priorities (C-suite, HR, finance, clinical teams)
- Build and leverage strategic partnerships: Cultivate relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and industry influencers who generate recurring qualified opportunities and advocate for Galileo in competitive evaluations
- Deliver consultative solutions: Lead structured discovery to uncover employer pain points, translate clinical outcomes into financial ROI, and design deal structures that overcome budget and timing obstacles
- Forecast and report accurately: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Salesforce, provide reliable monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts, and create comprehensive deal documentation that enables seamless cross-functional execution
- Contribute market intelligence: Serve as a feedback loop to product, marketing, and leadership on competitive dynamics, messaging effectiveness, and emerging customer needs based on frontline insights
- Ensure successful client launches: Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Client Services throughout the deal lifecycle to align on implementation requirements, success KPIs, and long-term account strategy
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with documented quota attainment in complex, long-cycle environments
- 10+ years specifically selling to HR/benefits decision-makers in enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees preferred)
- Proven track record closing multiple deals with annual contract values of $500K+ (must provide specific examples)
- Direct experience in one or more of these domains: healthcare/benefits sales (health plans, wellness programs, digital health), insurance/broker channel sales, or HR technology sales
- Demonstrated CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) with strong documentation discipline and forecast accuracy
- Experience managing 12+ month sales cycles with seasonal buying patterns and navigating complex procurement processes
- Ability to travel approximately 50% and authorization to work in the United States
What Makes You Stand Out
- You're a market developer, not an order-taker: You've created non-traditional pipeline sources (like partnerships that generated 40%+ of opportunities), identified market triggers before competitors, and developed sophisticated territory strategies beyond basic segmentation
- You excel at stakeholder orchestration: You've successfully recovered deals after initial rejection by re-engaging through different stakeholders, and you naturally adapt your pitch for CFOs (financial impact), CHROs (employee experience), and clinical leaders (quality outcomes)
- You think like a consultant: You've built business cases that survived CFO scrutiny, designed creative deal structures to overcome obstacles, and uncovered non-obvious pain points through structured discovery—going far beyond surface-level cost concerns
- You're a collaborator who elevates the team: You document deals comprehensively so Finance, Legal, Operations, and Client Services have what they need; you bring back market intelligence from the field; and you've created playbooks or tools that improved team performance
- You bring existing relationships: You have an established network of benefits consultants, brokers, or enterprise contacts you can activate in this role
Benefits & Why Join Us
What You'll Gain:
- Ownership: Build something from the ground up with entrepreneurial autonomy while backed by a proven platform
- Mission-driven impact: Every deal you close improves healthcare access for thousands of employees and their families
- Strategic influence: Your market insights will directly shape Galileo's product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics. This role is eligible for variable compensation. OTE is ~$350,000–$400,000.
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
- Medical / Dental / Vision insurance
- Flexible Spending Account
- Health Savings Account + match
- Company paid STD/LTD, AD&D, and Life insurance
- Paid Family Leave
- 401K + match
- Paid Time Off

Sr. Product Manager, Family | Acorns
Money is the tool that decides how much of life people get to live on their own terms. For over a decade, Acorns has helped millions of everyday Americans start investing — often for the first time in their lives. Most of the finance industry profits by encouraging people to spend, trade, and borrow more. We built our business on the opposite bet: that helping people invest, save, and build wealth over the long term is both the right thing to do and the better business.
Now we're building that same belief into the next generation. We think every kid should grow up already knowing how to invest, not learning it the hard way at 30. That's a genuinely new category of product — not a feature bolted onto a banking app — and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build it from the ground up.
Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
About the Role
You'll own how families discover, adopt, and grow with Acorns' family investing products — from the moment a parent first encounters what we offer through building it into a lasting habit. You'll set the strategy for that experience and bring it to leadership to align on the biggest bets. You'll shape a vision across parents, teens, and kids—making earning, investing, and building wealth feel natural from an early age.
What You'll Do
Own the strategy and roadmap for how families discover and grow with Acorns, from first exposure through building lasting habits.
Own the new customer onboarding roadmap – from visitor to paid subscriber, identifying and executing a mix of big bets and iterative optimizations across registration, pricing, product activation, and billing
Run rapid experimentation loops and A/B tests that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and drive incremental subscriber growth
Create new consumer experiences from first principles, designing features and experiences that introduce millions of children to investing before adulthood.
Leverage customer insights, research, and behavioral data to inform product decisions with empathy and precision
Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align on growth strategy, customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and shared KPIs
Collaborate with Finance to model business impact, estimate opportunity sizes, and track performance against company goals
Work closely with Analytics to uncover growth opportunities, design experiments, and interpret results
-
Build strong relationships cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and marketing to drive initiatives from concept to launch with speed and accountability
What You'll Bring
8+ years of product management experience building exceptional consumer products.
Strong background in funnel optimization, A/B testing, and growth experimentation
Experience in bringing new product features to life from idea to launch
Deep customer empathy and experience applying behavioral economics or psychology principles in product work
A track record of building products that drive engagement, habit formation, or long-term customer loyalty.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
A behavior-driven mindset, comfortable with ambiguity because it creates room to invent.
Deep alignment with our mission—you see yourself as a missionary, driven by the impact your work has on families' futures.
Fintech experience is not required; we prefer someone who has built extraordinary consumer products over someone who has only built financial products.
Bonus: Fluency with AI tools to move faster in your own workflow, and experience shaping or shipping AI-powered features for customers — not required, but a real asset to this team.
What we offer:
Competitive salary and stock options
A comprehensive benefits package for you and your family
Flexible work location, hours, and paid time off
401(k) matching
Monthly Acorns account contribution & Acorns Early account for your family
Mindfulness and Financial Wellness resources, Headspace and Addition Wealth
Acorns Career Development Program (Ongoing training sessions, development plans, development check-ins, Cornerstone’s online training platform)
Roots Leadership Program for Emerging Leaders
Community week onsite gatherings and various virtual events
Talented and motivated team members who care deeply about one another, our mission, and our customers.
The rare opportunity to create a new world. We inspire one another every day to do meaningful work that solves big societal challenges.
