School Partnerships Specialist (Contractor — Field-Based)
ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love.
We started by building a network that connects teachers, children, and families. ClassDojo's flagship app is the #1 communication app connecting K-8 teachers, children, and families, globally. They use it to share what's happening throughout the day through photos, videos, messages, and activities. It is actively used at an unprecedented scale: in over 95% of US schools, reaching ~51 million children in ~180 countries, with a team of just ~200 people. We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world, far beyond those a standard school can provide.
We hire for talent density. Our team comprises the most talented, entrepreneurial, and innovative teammates from around the world, with experience in education and large scale consumer internet companies, including Instagram, Netflix, Dropbox, Stripe, Uber, Y Combinator, and more. We're building a company where the most talented people want to work. We believe you'll do the best work of your life here—and you'll pioneer the future of education, too.
What you'll do:
As a School Partnerships Specialist, you'll be ClassDojo's on-the-ground champion in one of our priority markets: Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY) and New York City (NY). Your mission is to help schools build stronger family engagement and foster positive school culture — one school leader conversation, one teacher presentation, and one community at a time.
This is a field-based role for someone who is deeply motivated by the belief that every school deserves the tools and support to connect meaningfully with families. You'll spend your time visiting schools, sitting down with principals to understand their unique challenges, and serving as an advisor to school leaders and teachers who are looking to strengthen communication with families, build more inclusive school communities, and develop positive culture from the classroom up. You'll leverage your deep local relationships and your credibility as a fellow education leader to open doors and build trust. You're someone who thrives on autonomy, is energized by being out in schools, and is motivated by a performance-based compensation model that rewards results.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and facilitate one-on-one meetings with school leaders through email outreach, phone calls, referrals, and personal networking.
Advise principals, assistant principals, and teachers on how ClassDojo can support their goals around parent communication, community building, and positive classroom culture.
Conduct teacher-facing presentations to introduce ClassDojo and drive teacher sign-ups.
Attend principal association meetings, regional education events, resource fairs, and back-to-school events.
Track and report on key activity metrics including visits booked, visits completed, teacher sign-ups generated, and school leader engagements secured.
Collaborate with ClassDojo's mentor community to leverage introductions and accelerate relationship-building in your market.
-
Serve as a trusted local voice for ClassDojo.
Requirements:
Former school principal, assistant superintendent, instructional coach, or education leader with deep, active relationships in one of the priority markets (Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY) and New York City (NY)).
A genuine passion for family engagement and school culture — you've seen firsthand how connecting families to what's happening at school transforms outcomes for kids.
Extensive personal network among school leaders and district administrators in your market — the kind of relationships where you can pick up the phone and get a meeting.
Strong presentation skills with experience leading professional development sessions, faculty meetings, or schoolwide presentations.
Self-starter who can independently manage outreach, scheduling, and field logistics with minimal oversight.
Comfort with a performance-based compensation structure tied to measurable outcomes.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to school sites 3+ days per week.
Familiarity with the K-8 education landscape, including current challenges facing school leaders and teachers.
Bonus experience:
Recently retired principal or head of a local principal association.
Prior experience in a Community Engagement Lead, School Partnerships, or field sales role at an education company.
Existing familiarity with ClassDojo as a teacher, administrator, or parent.
Connections to regional education conferences or back-to-school event organizers in your market.
About the role:
This is a contract role. Compensation for this 5-month engagement is structured as a success-fee model, with on-target earnings ranging from $24,000–$30,000 depending on market conditions and placement location. Operating costs (travel, meals, printed materials) are covered. Markets available: Atlanta, Louisville, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City.
ClassDojo takes a number of factors into consideration when determining final contract rates, including geographic location, experience, and depth of local network.

Senior Product Manager I - Enterprise Analytics
About Stellar Health:
Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes.
At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform - a mix of technology, people, and analytics - supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Using the Stellar App, our web-based, point-of-care tool; practices receive a simple checklist of recommended actions that support the best quality care. Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way.
Stellar is a US-based Health-tech backed by Top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product & proven operating model. We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.
About the position:
Stellar Health is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Analytics Engineering team and own the end-to-end lifecycle of our data and reporting products. This team is the engine room of our data organization, responsible for the dbt models and Snowflake architecture that power every decision we make. In this role, you will be the functional lead for the squad’s output, ensuring that our technical roadmap is perfectly synced with the business’s most pressing needs.
You aren't just managing a backlog; you are the Product Owner of our Analytics Portfolio. You will own the "front-end" design and strategy for all dashboards and reports, ensuring they are intuitive, high-quality, and actionable. Crucially, you will drive consistent definitions across the organization, connecting our data models directly to business operations. You will also "shift left," collaborating with other Product squads to ensure underlying system architectures meet analytics needs before a single line of code is written.
What you’ll do:
Drive the Analytics Engineering Roadmap: Serve as the functional lead for the AE squad; manage the backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and ensure the team is focused on the highest-leverage modeling work.
Define Data as a Product: Own the requirement development for our analytics layers, ensuring dbt models and Snowflake structures are treated as curated products with high standards for uptime, documentation, and usability.
Standardize Business Logic: Drive the creation and maintenance of consistent data definitions across the company. You ensure that metrics are defined once in the modeling layer and used everywhere.
Support QA and Data Validation: Act as a final gate for quality; you will perform and coordinate QA on new data models and reports to ensure they meet business requirements and maintain high data integrity.
Perform Exploratory Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to validate assumptions, investigate data discrepancies, and help the team understand the impact of new data models on business KPIs.
Own the "Front-End" Data Portfolio: Lead the design, UX, and strategy for our internal and external reporting suites (Tableau/Looker). You define the standards for how data is visualized and consumed.
Operationalize Data via Reverse ETL: Oversee the integration of analytics data back into business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io) via Data Contracts to ensure integrations are reliable and resilient.
Collaborate Across Product Squads: Act as the "voice of data" during the upstream product development process, ensuring that new features are built to support robust downstream analytics.
You should have:
5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within a data-heavy environment (Analytics, BI, or Data Platforms).
The "Data-as-a-Product" Mindset: A proven track record of managing data assets with the same rigor as a software product (versioning, SLAs, user feedback loops).
Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to query data (SQL) and perform independent analysis to validate requirements or troubleshoot issues.
A "Front-End" Eye for Data: Experience in dashboard design and a deep understanding of how business users interact with complex information.
Conceptual Grasp of the Modern Data Stack: You should understand the workflow of dbt, Snowflake, and the role of Reverse ETL in operationalizing data.
Experience with Data Contracts: Familiarity with using contracts or schemas to manage dependencies between data producers and consumers.
Upstream Influence: Experience working with application PMs to influence system design for the sake of better data quality and consistent definitions.
Who will love this job:
You are a Product Manager first, Data Person second. You apply the same rigor to data products as you would to a user-facing app. You obsess over adoption, user feedback, and the long-term roadmap of your portfolio.
You are a Strategic Influencer. You know how to convince others that data is a core pillar of the business strategy, not a secondary "afterthought" or a reporting request to be handled later.
You are Operationally Minded. You get excited about data not just when it’s in a chart, but when it’s triggering an automated action in a CRM or a customer-facing tool.
You value Reliability and Governance. You believe in Data Contracts because you want to build high-trust data environments that don't break when a software engineer changes a column name.
You are known for your organizational skills. You take high-level ownership of projects and enjoy the accountability of driving them to successful completion.

About The Role:
The Maternity team designs the journeys, tools, and guidance that help members navigate pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester with confidence across content, coaching, clinical touch points, and community. We’re looking for an AI-forward Product Designer to own member-facing maternity experiences from 0→1 concepts through shipped features. You will use AI as a core part of how you think, design, and build not as an add-on.
What You'll Do:
- Design key maternity journeys and features end-to-end, using AI to compress timelines and explore more options faster.
- Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) moving beyond static mockups.
- Design agentic, adaptive UX where AI anticipates member needs, communicates confidence, and connects people to human care at the right moment.
- Define how the system handles uncertainty, manages AI fallbacks, and maintains trust in high-stakes health contexts.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data to scope MVPs, shape model outputs into intuitive interfaces, and ship with momentum.
- Contribute scalable AI-powered patterns to our design system confidence indicators, human-AI handoffs, progressive disclosure of AI content.
What you’ll bring
- AI fluency: You use AI tools daily (Claude, Figma AI, Relume, or similar) with strong prompting skills. AI is how you work, not something you’re exploring.
- Vibe coding: You can turn ideas into working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools not just design files.
- Technical depth: You’ve shipped code to production and understand how design decisions map to backend architecture and model behavior.
- Product design craft: Strong portfolio with a high bar for quality edge cases, micro-interactions, and resilient flows, not just happy paths.
- Mobile & web: Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web.
- Pace: You move quickly without losing taste. Prototypes over presentations.
Mindset
- Member-obsessed, with empathy for people navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
- AI-native, you think in terms of what AI makes newly possible, not just how to bolt it on.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Energized by 0→1.
- Excited about designing the relationship between AI and human care, making intelligent systems feel trustworthy and warm.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated domains.
- Background working with ML/AI teams on model-driven products.
- Experience with consumer-grade design systems or Figma variables and advanced AI features.

- Support the long-term migration away from Alegeus — contributing to discovery, requirements gathering, and execution as the roadmap evolves
- Learn Maven's payments infrastructure end to end — payer integrations, adjudication logic, employer configuration — and become the person who knows it best
What we are looking for
- 2-5+ years of product, operations, or analytical experience — ideally in healthcare, fintech, or a complex B2B2C environment
- Curiosity about how payments and claims systems work — you don't need to be an expert on day one but you need to want to become one
- Strong analytical skills: you are comfortable in data, can identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly
- Detail orientation — claims and payments work requires precision. Errors have real consequences for members and providers.
- High ownership mentality: you follow through, you flag issues early, and you do not wait to be told what to do next
- Clear written and verbal communication — you can translate complex system behavior into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus — we expect all PMs to work in an agentic development environment
The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $185,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.

About The Role:
We’re looking for a strategic narrative leader to own and evolve Maven’s go-to-market narrative. This role owns how Maven explains itself — to the employers and health plans evaluating our platform, and to members navigating some of life’s most important healthcare decisions.
This is a builder role. You’ll define and maintain the narrative frameworks that anchor everything we take to market: the pitch deck, the positioning, the campaign themes, the launch moments. This is a role for someone who operates at the intersection of strategist and writer — you’re equally comfortable defining the framework and doing the writing yourself.
The right person is wired for both strategy and execution. You’ve worked at the intersection of consulting-style systems thinking and editorial-quality writing. You move fluidly between strategic framework-building and high-quality written execution. You use AI fluently — it's woven into how you research, think, and write.
You’ll report to the Chief Brand and Communications Officer and work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Clinical, and executive leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Define and evolve Maven’s core narrative, ensuring one coherent story that connects employer value and member experience
- Shape the overarching narrative for major company moments (e.g., new product launches, strategic partnerships, and other defining company moments)
- Own the primary corporate pitch deck and keep it current with product strategy, clinical evidence, and competitive positioning
- Write high-impact content that advances Maven’s market story — from executive briefs to campaign themes and content frameworks
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product positioning lives within a company narrative
- Translate clinical research, outcomes data, and product capabilities into credible stories that resonate with executive buyers and members alike
- Build and maintain a living narrative system: messaging hierarchy, core value propositions, and usage guidelines for cross-functional teams
- Build feedback loops with Growth and field teams to understand what’s actually landing in buyer and member conversations
What You'll Bring:
- Have 8–12+ years of experience shaping narrative or messaging at a high-growth technology, healthcare, or consumer-facing company
- Have operated at the intersection of B2B and consumer audiences, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry
- Are an exceptional writer who can articulate financial impact to executive stakeholders while expressing clinical rigor and empathy to members
- Think in systems. You build narrative infrastructure, not just one-off deliverables. You’re comfortable working from data — outcomes studies, utilization rates, financial impact — and know how to turn numbers into a coherent argument, not just a stat in a slide.
- Use AI and emerging technologies to accelerate research, refine ideas, and scale narrative development without compromising rigor or clarity
- Influence cross-functional partners through clarity, credibility, and collaboration
- Learn fast and visibly. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, business, and clinical evidence — you don’t need to know all three on day one, but you need to come in curious and get up to speed quickly.
Strong Candidates May Also Have
- Background in management consulting combined with in-house operating experience — you know how to build a framework and you know what it takes to execute against it under pressure
- Journalism or editorial leadership experience alongside B2B marketing or brand strategy work
- Experience in healthtech or another regulated industry where rigor and accessibility have to coexist
- Experience with messaging work that moved real outcomes — shaped how a product was understood, influenced how buyers or members engaged, or gave teams clearer language to sell or enroll from
- Experience building a function or practice from scratch, not inheriting a mature team
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
At Maven we believe that a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences enrich our teams and allow us to achieve above and beyond our goals. If you do not have experience in all of the areas detailed above, we hope that you will share your unique background with us in your application and how it can be additive to our teams.
