About the Role:
Maven is looking for a VP of Member Growth to own one of the most important numbers in the company: enrollments. This role is directly accountable for driving member enrollment into Maven's programs across our core business — and, by extension, the revenue those enrollments generate. You will own the enrollment engine end to end, from awareness through activation, turning eligible lives into engaged members.
Enrollment is not a single-team problem. It sits at the intersection of nearly every function at Maven, and this role is built for someone who thrives there. You'll partner daily with Client Success (who own the client relationships that unlock eligible populations), Marketing (member acquisition and lifecycle), Product (enrollment experience and funnel), Finance (targets, forecasting, and unit economics), Data (measurement, segmentation, and attribution), and Clinical and Operations teams. Because so many teams touch enrollment, a core part of the job is holding those cross-functional partners accountable to their piece of the machine — the engine only works when every team delivers its part.
This is a player-coach role. You will lead a small, high-caliber team while remaining deeply hands-on yourself every day. Although it carries a VP title, it is explicitly NOT a leaned-out management position for someone who wants to direct a team from a distance. This is a hard requirement: the person in this seat reads the data themselves, pressure-tests the funnel, drafts the plan, and does the work alongside the team. We are looking for a builder and operator who also develops people — not a manager who has stepped away from the work.
We're also looking for someone who can expand the definition of the job. A great deal of enrollment optimization work is already underway, but there is not enough strategic thinking about fundamentally new ways to drive enrollments — approaches that don't simply depend on securing permission to communicate with a client's employees. This role is expected to find and open those new avenues, not just optimize the existing ones.
What You'll Do:
- Own member growth for the Core Business: Be directly accountable for enrollment targets across Maven's core business and for the revenue those enrollments drive. Set the strategy, build the plan, and act as a control tower across all cross-functional teams driving revenue to deliver the results quarter over quarter.
- Build and run a scalable enrollment engine: Own the full journey from eligible population to enrolled, activated member — spanning client launches, member acquisition and messaging, the enrollment product experience, and re-engagement of eligible-but-not-enrolled members.
- Expand the playbook and deliver new strategies to drive sustainable member growth: Think strategically and from first principles about new ways to grow enrollments beyond today's optimization work — including partnerships and approaches that don't rely solely on permission to communicate with a client's employees. Identify, size, and open avenues that expand the team's purview and unlock new growth.
- Optimize relentlessly around data: Build and consistently iterate on the funnel, and create systems that enable quick diagnoses of opportunities. Build operational metrics that act as leading KPIs for each team contributing to enrollments and bring quantitative rigor into how teams execute against targets.
- Hold the cross-functional machine accountable: Partner daily with Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, Clinical, Payer, Sales, and Operations — and hold each team accountable to its operational KPIs in the enrollment process. Serve as the connective tissue that keeps every part of the engine delivering.
- Operate as a player-coach: Lead and develop a small, high-performing team while staying in the execution and details. Set the bar for rigor and hands-on execution by doing the work, coaching through it, and multiplying the team's impact rather than stepping back from it. This is a role that comes with an expectation that you directly execute on the work.
- Instrument and forecast: Partner with Data and Finance to build the measurement, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting needed to know exactly what is and isn't working, and to forecast enrollment and revenue with confidence.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience driving growth, enrollment, acquisition, or revenue outcomes, with a track record of personally owning and hitting a number — ideally in healthcare, benefits, marketplaces, consumer subscription, or another environment with a complex funnel and multiple stakeholders.
- A hands-on player-coach. You are energized by being in the details daily — the data, the funnel, the plan, the execution — and you lead a small team as a way to multiply your own hands-on impact, not to step back from the work. This is a hard requirement for the role.
- Elite quantitative ability as a core competency. You can build and interrogate a funnel model yourself, size opportunities, design experiments, and instinctively optimize around data rather than intuition. Strong quant is non-negotiable.
- Strategic range. Beyond optimizing what exists, you can spot and pursue fundamentally new approaches to enrollment that expand the team's purview — not just incremental improvements to current channels.
- Cross-functional leadership and accountability. Proven ability to align and mobilize many teams — Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, Clinical, Operations — around a shared goal without direct authority over most of them, and to hold each accountable to its operational commitments.
- Commercial instincts. You understand how enrollment translates into revenue and unit economics, and you can partner with Finance on targets and forecasting.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high visibility and direct accountability for a top-line company metric.
The base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $330,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Senior Manager, Care Advocacy
Color is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering high-quality, physician-led multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. Our innovative, guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship. In addition to personalized direct medical care, our services include cancer genetics risk assessment, nutrition, mental health support and at-home cancer screening diagnostics. Using technology-driven, patient-centric solutions, Color is transforming how employers, unions, health plans, and governments address cancer. Color’s goal is to close critical cancer care gaps, improve cancer outcomes, and guide patients with empathy through their healthcare journeys.
Apply to join Color and do the most meaningful work of your career. If you are not sure that you’re 100% qualified but are up for the challenge - we want you to apply!
About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a high-impact remote care advocacy organization that meaningfully changes how patients experience cancer care. Reporting to the Director of Care Services, you’ll lead a talented team while designing the operating systems, performance culture, and accountability frameworks that enable exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll partner closely with leadership to translate strategy into scalable operations, develop high-performing leaders, and shape the future of care advocacy at Color.
You’ll lead a team of internal care advocates and a contractor partner layer, evolving the function from transactional coordination into proactive patient advocacy that drives behavior change, closes care gaps, and improves outcomes. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building teams and processes from the ground up, and enjoy turning vision into execution, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the organization and the patients we serve.
What You'll Own:
Team leadership & people development
Directly manage a team of care advocates supporting patients across complex cohorts: abnormal results, high-risk, active cancer, and survivorship
Build and maintain the full performance management infrastructure — expectations, review cadences, accountability frameworks, and role-level differentiation (CA1, CA2)
Own team performance against key service line metrics including in-person scheduling rates, efficiency, and patient NPS; set targets, track progress, and close gaps
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations, and development discussions with each advocate — not as a check-in but as a genuine investment in their growth
Navigate difficult performance conversations directly and with care — hold people accountable while maintaining trust and psychological safety
Monitor caseload quality, identify patterns, and drive improvements before issues compound
Build team cohesion and culture across a dispersed group of internal and contracted staff — model the behaviors you expect: ownership, proactivity, quality, and patient-centeredness
Coach advocates on patient communication, engagement techniques, and behavior change skills — actively developing their capabilities over time, not just managing their output
Develop and implement a team training and development curriculum aligned with the team’s strategic goals and priorities
Contractor layer oversight
Serve as the primary relationship owner for our contracted partner, who handles higher-volume, lower-complexity scheduling and navigation workflows
Own the infrastructure Color builds around the contractor layer: onboarding process, quality standards, performance expectations and monitoring, and training materials
Establish SLAs where they don’t yet exist and build the accountability systems to hold the contractor layer to them
Develop and run a quality review cadence covering ticket accuracy, turnaround time, and patient experience — Color owns the QC, not the vendor
Manage day-to-day coordination and make recommendations on contractor scope, capacity, and long-term model as the business evolves
Operations & infrastructure
Define workflow boundaries between care advocates and customer support in partnership with the Director
Build or improve intake, escalation, and handoff processes across internal and contractor teams
Establish productivity and quality metrics; track and report on them on a regular cadence
Identify and close gaps in tooling, documentation, and training
Identify opportunities to automate or templatize repeatable work to increase team capacity for higher-complexity, higher-value patient interactions
Quality, outcomes & patient impact
Establish error tracking and root cause analysis practices so mistakes don’t recur
Create clear escalation protocols so the right cases reach the right people without falling through cracks
Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials — ensure quality doesn’t depend on institutional memory
Partner with the Director to evolve the care advocate function from transactional coordination to a proactive, coaching-based model — where advocates drive behavior change, close screening gaps, and serve as genuine champions for patients navigating fear and complexity
Champion the integration of motivational interviewing and health coaching principles into how the team engages patients — help advocates move patients from stuck to engaged
Identify and track outcome metrics that connect the team’s daily work to real patient impact — not just activity, but change
What We're Looking For
5+ years in care operations, care management, or clinical operations in a healthcare setting
Experience in digital health or virtual care strongly preferred — B2B2C care delivery is a meaningfully different environment than a traditional health system
Proven track record managing patient-facing teams — care advocates, care coordinators, or similar roles — with real performance accountability
Demonstrated ability to build structure where little or none existed — you've done this, not just described it
Experience managing an external contractor or vendor layer with accountability for quality and SLAs — including owning the QC infrastructure, not just the relationship
Strong people leadership instincts — able to coach individuals, have hard conversations, and drive both performance and culture
Comfortable receiving strategic direction that is still forming and translating it into operational plans without waiting for a finished playbook
Helpful Though Not Required:
Background in health coaching, motivational interviewing, behavior change, or patient advocacy — we are actively building toward a model where care advocates function as patient champions, not just schedulers, and we want someone who believes in and can lead that evolution
Background in oncology, cancer screening, high-risk patient populations, or early detection programs
Has built or rebuilt a care team from scratch in a startup or high-growth environment
Comfortable operating as a player-coach in the early stages — willing to be hands-on while building the team
What We Offer:
💰 Competitive salary
✨ Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits
📈 401k match
📝 Monthly phone and wifi stipend for employees, annual ergonomic stipend
🏝 Generous vacation policy, paid holidays and company-wide recharge days
🍼 Equal paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents
🩺 Free cancer screening and prevention resources for employees and their adult dependents
Base Salary Range: $132,0000 - $156,000/year
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
Color prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and affords equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Color conforms to the spirit as well as to the letter of all applicable laws and regulations. We are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities in our recruitment process.

- Own the net revenue retention outcome for your portfolio of large employer clients with direct accountability for renewal rates, expansion pipeline, and risk mitigation Build and maintain strategic account plans, including expansion opportunities, competitive threats (e.g., vendor consolidation, competitor displacement), and renewal milestones
- Forecast renewal health on a defined cadence, proactively monitor client risk on an ongoing basis and establish documented risk mitigation plans as needed, flagging risk and develop Client Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) by surfacing expansion signals — new populations, benefit line additions, geographic growth — and building the internal business case before handing to Sales
- Partner with Renewals and Sales as the account quarterback: own the quality and completeness of every commercial handoff, ensuring these teams inherit a fully developed narrative with quantified ROI, stakeholder alignment, and a clear path to close
- Own member enrollment and engagement campaigns that deliver measurable client business outcomes, developed in coordination with health plan partners and executed in adherence to channel-specific communication protocols and payer approval requirements.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and data-driven business cases that translate Maven's clinical outcomes and member engagement into quantifiable ROI, tailoring messaging by stakeholder persona — cost containment and claims data for CFOs, utilization and engagement for Benefits leaders, retention and attraction narratives for CHROs
- Proactively consult clients on program optimization and strategies to better support family building and their working parents, leveraging Maven’s industry expertise, benchmark data, and clinical outcomes to continuously demonstrate measurable business impact
- Maintain high level of client engagement, satisfaction and loyalty, as measured by high client satisfaction scores and revenue retention
- Partner with health plan Account Executives to align on strategy, enrollment goals, and renewal timing while maintaining Maven’s distinct presence and value proposition within the partnership.
- Collaborate with client leadership, broker and consultant partners, and other internal and external stakeholders to unlock additional business opportunities within your portfolio
- Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact — leading initiatives with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to deliver exceptional client outcomes, and managing escalations in partnership with Member Support, Operations, Analytics, and Sales — with ownership of project timelines and accountability for deliverables
- Convert clients into Maven advocates, leveraging their successes for references, case studies, blogs, etc.
- Provide strategic analysis of member engagement performance and program metrics
- Own communications to meet mutually agreed upon goals including but not limited to quarterly business reviews, external client meetings/events and other project plans
- Serve as the voice of the client internally by bringing insights to enhance product development and program marketing efforts
- Identify and address root causes of challenges, recommending scalable improvements to processes and systems to enhance client outcomes.
- Act as a trusted decision-maker, balancing multiple perspectives and ensuring alignment with company priorities to drive key decisions forward.
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services role in digital health, healthcare company, benefits or SaaS companies, with demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes (client retention, expansion, NRR), and a deep understanding of the employee benefits and healthcare landscape.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to adopting AI tools and technology, applying them to streamline workflows, generate insights, and elevate the client experience — with a mindset of continuous learning as the landscape evolves.
- Experience working with large employer clients (10,000+ employees) is required
- Experience working within or alongside channel partner or payer-distributed model is preferred.
- Proven track record of positioning and executing marketing strategies that drive enrollment to drive to measurable client business outcomes
- Passion for healthcare and influencing organizational change
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, collaborating to deliver a seamless experience for Maven clients and partners, translating insights into product, process, and market improvements. Demonstrated history of contributing directly to net revenue retention through proactive renewal management, risk mitigation, and expansion pipeline development
- Proven ability to broaden and deepen multi-threaded executive relationships (VP, CHRO, CFO, Benefits leaders, consultants), within client relationship, specific experience managing the relationships across both the individual employer group and health plan/channel partner stakeholder simultaneously.
- Track record of partnering with Sales and/or Renewals teams to progress commercial opportunities, including developing CSQLs and building business cases for expansion
- Strong interpersonal and verbal, written, and presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly and persuade, and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables
- Possess analytical skills and strategic thinking- you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, with the ability to translate data, client performance into market insights and action planning in partnership with clients.
- Experience in working with the full lifecycle of customer success post sales (implementation, adoption, product training, renewals, and account management)
- Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time for key client meetings and participate occasionally in our NYC office for relationship building and key meetings (quarterly basis)
- Comfort operating in high-growth environments with evolving processes — you build the plane while flying it and see ambiguity as opportunity, not friction
Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):
- Experience at a digital health company in the health, wellness, or family health space is preferred
- Experience supporting health benefit programs for employer or payer clients is a bonus
- Salesforce, Looker and/or Microsoft suite experience

Trust & Safety Lead
ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love.
We started by building a powerful network for communication. ClassDojo’s flagship app is the #1 communication app connecting K-12 teachers, children, and families globally. Teachers use it to share what’s happening throughout the day through photos, videos, and messages that make parents feel like they’re there. It’s actively used in over 95% of US schools, reaching over 45 million children in 180 countries, with a team of just around 200 people [1]. We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world, far beyond those a standard school can provide.
We hire for talent density. Our team comprises the most talented, entrepreneurial, and innovative teammates from around the world, with experience in education and large scale consumer internet companies, including Instagram, Netflix, Dropbox, Stripe, Uber, Y Combinator, and more. We’re building a company where the most talented people want to work. We believe you’ll do the best work of your life here—and you’ll pioneer the future of education, too.
About the role
We're hiring a Trust & Safety Lead to handle the most sensitive issues coming from our community: parents, teachers, tutors, school leaders, kids, and sometimes government bodies. As we scale multiple products to more families than ever, this role makes sure every one of those interactions is handled with care, speed, and good judgment.
This is a small team where your ideas will shape how we protect kids online. You'll lead a queue of specialists, build the policies and playbooks that guide our response to hard situations, and partner closely with product, legal, and leadership to reduce risk and improve trust for millions of families.
What you’ll do:
Lead the Trust and Safety program and a team of specialists who respond to escalated support tickets accurately and on time, across our full range of products
Evolve the Trust & Safety framework at Dojo alongside product and engineering, and land the policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures that make it real
Identify patterns from tickets and turn them into product, process, and policy improvements
Uplevel our team through better training materials, updated help center content, and thoughtful onboarding of new team members as we scale
Partner with legal, product, and leadership to respond to sensitive incidents, including running post-mortems that lead to shipped improvements
You will be a match if:
You have 7+ years leading Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Integrity Operations, or related functions at a consumer technology platform.
You have significant experience responding to escalated customer requests in a fast-growing environment, using tools like Zendesk
You've previously led a Trust & Safety function at a consumer tech platform, including building policies, managing a queue of work, standing up new capabilities, and partnering with vendors
You've triaged incident types no one had seen before, and then documented and trained others on the new protocol
You've communicated about sensitive incidents to legal, product, and company leadership with clarity and calm
You write and speak with empathy, precision, and warmth, and are comfortable with subject matter that's emotionally heavy
You manage your own schedule, follow through without being chased, and thrive in a fast-moving company with high expectations
You might be a good fit if:
You've previously worked on child safety issues as a social worker, teacher, or member of law enforcement
You've owned government partnerships or engaged directly with regulators
You're familiar with COPPA and other privacy frameworks that shape how kids' platforms operate
You've worked with no-code tools like Zapier, OneTrust, or Airtable to build lightweight workflows

About the Role:
Every feature ClassDojo ships begins with an engineer. Every minute an engineer spends waiting on builds, troubleshooting local environments, repeating manual workflows, or navigating unnecessary complexity is a minute they aren't building magical experiences for children, teachers, and families. Developer Experience Engineering exists to remove that friction.
As a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience, you'll build the tools, workflows, and AI-powered developer experiences that make every engineer at ClassDojo more effective.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed Developer Experience Engineering team and help define what great developer experience looks like at ClassDojo. Rather than inheriting a mature platform, you'll help shape its foundations—partnering closely with engineers across the company to identify opportunities, build high-leverage solutions, and establish trusted paved paths that make shipping software faster, safer, and more enjoyable.
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional software engineering with product thinking. You'll treat engineers as customers, build products they'll genuinely enjoy using, and focus relentlessly on creating leverage across the engineering organization.
What You’ll Do:
Build products for engineers: Design and build internal platforms, tooling, and developer workflows that improve the experience of developing, testing, reviewing, deploying, and operating software.
Multiply engineering productivity: Identify opportunities where thoughtful platform investments create outsized impact across the engineering organization. Continuously reduce developer friction while improving engineering velocity, quality, and reliability.
Help shape AI-native software development: Build practical AI-powered workflows that help engineers write, review, test, and ship software more effectively. Evaluate emerging technologies thoughtfully and help establish patterns that improve outcomes while maintaining security, reliability, and engineering quality.
Partner deeply across engineering: Work closely with product engineering, infrastructure, security, and technical leaders to understand pain points, prioritize opportunities, and build platform capabilities that solve real problems.
Create trusted paved paths: Build reusable tools, automation, documentation, and self-service capabilities that become the preferred way engineers work because they're intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful.
Measure impact: Use engineering metrics, developer feedback, and adoption data to continuously improve the developer experience. Focus on meaningful outcomes rather than activity metrics.
Help build Developer Experience Engineering: As an early member of the team, contribute to technical direction, engineering standards, and the long-term evolution of Developer Experience Engineering at ClassDojo.
You’ll Be A Match If You:
Have extensive experience (7-10+ years) building production software in modern engineering organizations.
Enjoy solving organization-wide engineering problems rather than only product-specific challenges.
Think like a product engineer even when building internal platforms.
Demonstrate strong technical judgment and know when to build, simplify, automate, or adopt existing solutions.
Thrive in ambiguity and are excited by the opportunity to help build a new Platform Engineering team.
Build trust through partnership and influence rather than organizational authority.
Care deeply about engineering craftsmanship, maintainability, and long-term platform health.
Approach AI as a practical tool for improving engineering effectiveness rather than an end in itself.
Measure success through the impact your work has on other engineers.
Nice to Have Experiences:
Developer Experience or Platform Engineering teams.
Internal developer platforms or engineering productivity initiatives.
CI/CD, release engineering, developer environments, or software delivery systems.
AI-assisted software development or developer tooling.
Engineering productivity measurement frameworks such as DORA or SPACE.
High-growth engineering organizations where platform investments had organization-wide impact.
Developer Experience Engineering is a force multiplier for the entire organization.
Every improvement you make has the potential to help engineers build better software, move faster with greater confidence, and spend more of their time focused on creating meaningful experiences for children, teachers, and families.
If you're energized by solving hard technical problems, building products for engineers, and creating systems that make everyone around you more effective, we'd love to meet you.
