Position Summary:
The Content Analyst (Data Steward) is a skilled and detail-oriented individual responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data throughout our Products. You engage in analyzing and evaluating content across various Products to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality. This role reports directly to the Product Owner in Precision Medicine Group, India. You work closely with various teams to ensure that data is properly classified, managed, and updated.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and maintaining data quality by validating, cleansing, and enriching data as needed
- Work with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and define data quality standards.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata management practices.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of data across multiple systems and applications.
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain data management tools, including data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Work with Operations teams to ensure that data management processes are integrated into adjacent development and delivery activities.
- Train end-users on data management best practices and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in data governance committees and collaborate with other data stewards to develop and implement enterprise-wide data management strategies.
- Gather feedback from internal users and external clients to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful data product improvements.
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance.
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.

Principal Biostatistician/Senior Principal Biostatistician
Position Summary:
Provides statistical leadership and support for all phases of clinical development. Specific responsibilities include consulting with clients regarding clinical trial study design and regulatory strategy, writing and reviewing statistical methods and sample size sections of protocols, writing and reviewing statistical analysis plans of complex study designs, reviewing statistical analyses and presenting statistical results. Lead complex programs such as NDA/BLA/MAA submissions or complex, multi-protocol programs and provide statistical oversight. Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more areas (e.g., Bayesian adaptive study design, Survival analysis, DMC, submissions)

Strategic Account Manager, Medical Communications
A Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is the first line of support to the Strategic Account Director. In this position, the SAMs will manage projects under the direction of the Strategic Account Director, and having mastered the responsibilities outlined below, eventually assume their own book of business as a Strategic Account Director (StrAcctDir).

Vice President, Finance
Reporting to the CFO for Precision AQ (“PAQ”), the VP, Finance – Engagement Solutions will serve as the senior finance lead for the assigned PAQ business unit and will be accountable for translating business strategy into financial plans, forecasts, reporting, and actionable insights in addition to being the lead Finance business partner to the Executive Vice President of Engagement Solutions.
PAQ is comprised of approximately 1,300 employees of which Engagement Solutions represents 630 employees. The business is organized into four business units:
- Advertising: consulting and advisory services to support large pharma and Bio-Tech brand strategy, omnichannel campaigns, digital and media strategy, etc.
- Investor Relations Services (IREC): Bio-Tech advisory services to supplement an internal investor relations team or to provide an outsourced investor relations team to support IPO road mapping, buyside and sell-side targeting, investor relations communications, industry events and conferences, analyst education, etc.
- Medical Communications: communication services for scientific platform development, KOL identification and engagement, peer to peer strategy and tactics, and competitive intelligence services.
- Market Access: consulting and advisory services for large Pharma and Bio-Techs to support payer value message development, channel strategy and management, payer resources, access and affordability support, and account manager tools.
The VP, Finance Engagement Solutions is responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting, month end reporting, developing financial analysis and insights, and collaborating with the Engagement Solutions executive management team to support each business unit’s growth objectives. The Engagement Solutions FP&A team will report directly into this role while the Client Finance and Accounting teams provide support via a matrixed organizational structure. The role requires a finance leader who can operate as a hands-on strategic partner, challenge assumptions constructively, identify risks and opportunities early, and convert financial data into clear recommendations for senior leaders. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial orientation, operational and process discipline, client-first judgment, and the leadership presence required to influence across PAQ and PMG while developing a scalable, high-performing finance team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior member of the Engagement Solutions Executive leadership team and act as the primary finance business partner in the development and management of the business unit’s vision and short- and long-term objectives.
- Support the service line, business unit, segment and parent teams by translating strategy into financial plans, operating metrics, investment and staffing decisions, resource allocation, and performance actions.
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities in the forecast and help mitigate business unit risk to ensure revenue and EBITDA targets are met.
- Lead the annual budget process and quarterly reforecasting for assigned business unit using both top-down expectations and bottom-up operating detail, linking business strategy, projecting revenue and expense assessing risks, opportunities, and recommended actions with a high level of accuracy.
- Partner with business-unit leaders to present monthly financial results and forecast updates to PAQ and PMG leadership in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proactively perform ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify and drive key insights and innovative opportunities for P&L and operational improvement.
- Lead cross-functional finance and business transformation initiatives from concept through execution.
- Evaluate current-state processes, operating metrics, project financial performance, staffing models, revenue trends, and market or competitor dynamics to identify improvement opportunities and inform financial recommendations.
- Lead the creation, refinement, and adoption of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting package contents to improve visibility, accountability, and decision making across the finance function and assigned business units.
- Lead and support continual improvement initiatives, process standardization, reporting discipline, training, system enhancements, and finance transformation efforts across assigned business areas.

- Advanced business degree or CPA is a plus.
- Industry experience in professional life sciences services is a plus.

Director, FP&A
Reporting to the Business Unit Finance Lead Director, FP&A will provide finance leadership and support for the assigned PAQ business.
PAQ is approximately 1,300 employees with Engagement Solutions representing 630 employees and growing rapidly. The business is organized into four business units:
- Advertising: consulting and advisory services to support large pharma and Bio-Tech brand strategy, omnichannel campaigns, digital and media strategy, etc.
- Investor Relations Services (IREC): Bio-Tech advisory services to supplement an internal investor relations team or to provide an outsourced investor relations team to support IPO road mapping, buyside and sell-side targeting, investor relations communications, industry events and conferences, analyst education, etc.
- Medical Communications: communication services for scientific platform development, KOL identification and engagement, peer to peer strategy and tactics, and competitive intelligence services.
- Market Access: consulting and advisory services for large Pharma and Bio-Techs to support payer value message development, channel strategy and management, payer resources, access and affordability support, and account manager tools.
This role is responsible for translating insights into actionable strategic initiatives that drive profitability and will report directly the Vice President of Finance – Engagement Solutions while collaborating closely with each of the Business Unit Leads and the broader PAQ Finance organization.
The Director, FP&A Engagement Solutions will support the month end close process, budget and forecasting process, and actively report on key Engagement Solutions KPI’s in addition to supporting ad hoc projects.
The role will partner with the Business Unit Finance Lead and the broader PAQ and Corporate Finance team and stakeholders to unify processes, systems, and reporting across the Business Unit and make recommendations for efficiencies where applicable.
This Director collaborates with Business Unit leadership teams in support of the Finance Lead in the evaluation of strategic priorities and business objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP Finance and business unit leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for assigned PAQ business areas.
- Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes for assigned business areas, incorporating business inputs, operating assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial results, variance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages to help explain performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Identify and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunities that may impact revenue, margin, EBITDA, staffing, utilization, and operating performance.
- Provide financial and analytical support for business decisions, including staffing plans, investment needs, pricing considerations, project performance, and profitability analysis.
- Work with Accounting, Client Finance, FP&A peers, and business partners to improve reporting accuracy, explain financial results, and support timely month-end close and forecast updates.
- Support standardization of finance processes, reporting tools, templates, dashboards, and operating metrics across assigned business areas.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed, translating findings into clear recommendations for the VP Finance and business stakeholders.
- Manage, coach, and develop assigned finance team members by setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business

Safety Lead
Position Summary:
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to; project specific teleconferences/meetings(i.e. Kick off meetings, internal study specific meetings, client governance meetings) Safety budget review and approval as needed, safety management plan development, oversight of serious adverse event (SAE, SUSARS) case management from intake to regulatory reporting, and providing safety expertise in a timely manner upon request from team members, clients, and study site personnel.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Program Coordinator, you will track project deliverables through all departments, ensure due dates are relayed, and obstacles are identified and communicated efficiently. You will be responsible for running your clients medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process. This includes submissions, coordinating with taggers, and communicating status updates to the client, the MLR Supervisor, and your supporting team. In addition, you will oversee coordinating internal and external meeting, taking meeting notes during meetings, and providing status updates to the team.
Under supervision from a program manager, you will review invoicing documents and final reconciliations, prepare Sunshine Act reports and any ancillary reports as required by the client. You will work closely with the logistics vendor to perform meeting planning tasks, including site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, food/beverage, and AV equipment. You will be responsible for preparing and distributing the assignment report and facilitating assignment team meetings.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
- 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience

FP&A Manager
The FP&A Manager provides financial planning and analysis support to PAQ Executive Leadership, focused on PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
