Lead the marketing side of our product release process, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales & Customer Success to bring a high-velocity roadmap to market with impact

Interface directly with customers to deepen market understanding and turn their stories into compelling proof points
Support analyst relations, ensuring Vantage is well-represented and influential in the conversations that shape our category
What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading the go-to-market side of product launches from start to finish
Comfortable working directly with a wide range of stakeholders, from highly technical customers and engineers to GTM leadership and industry analysts
Exceptional understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging, with a strong eye for market opportunities and the competitive landscape
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating high-impact content and enablement assets that inspire action and fuel growth
High-agency and entrepreneurial; excited to build the function from the ground up
Experience balancing strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Senior Customer Success Manager
About Vantage:
At Vantage, we're passionate about building a cloud cost transparency platform that helps enable everyone – from developers to enterprises – analyze, report, collaborate on and optimize their cloud infrastructure costs. Both our CEO (a repeat founder) and CTO are passionate about cloud infrastructure. Having worked together at DigitalOcean, they are taking their combined knowledge to build and scale the Vantage platform. Together we are a high output team of ~55 employees based out of New York City (but embrace a remote-friendly lifestyle).
Our current customers include Square, Circle CI, Metronome, Decagon, Temporal and many more.
Vantage is also well capitalized and backed by outstanding top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Scale Ventures, Matthew Prince (Co-Founder, Cloudflare), Calvin French Owen (Co-Founder, Segment), Ben and Moisey Uretsky (Co-Founders, DigitalOcean), Stephanie and Nat Friedman (CEO, Github), Julia Lipton, Brianne Kimmel and others.
About the Role
Vantage’s customer base is growing and, as a result, we’re looking to onboard another member to our customer success team. The Vantage customer success team works with customers after they’ve already chosen to subscribe to Vantage. You’ll serve as your customer’s main point of contact after being introduced by a sales team member. You’ll lead your customers through onboarding, conduct training sessions, solicit ongoing product feedback, present business reviews, and be the voice of the customer in internal company meetings.
This role is more technical and product-oriented and you’ll be looked at as a subject matter expert from a customer perspective. Customer Success Managers currently work with customers from growth stage startups up to enterprises.
Our customers are technical in nature and require a high bar for people that they work with. If you enjoy infrastructure and working with companies to learn about their infrastructure in an effort to help them save money, this could be an ideal job for you.
What You Will Do:
You will own and lead the complete lifecycle of post sale customer engagement, including onboarding, adoption, value reviews, and renewal playbooks. As we scale, this will evolve
Become a trusted advisor to Vantage customers, ensuring they maximize the benefit of the Vantage solution
Be the voice of the customer within the Vantage organization, advocating on their behalf to drive timely resolution to support issues, feature enhancement requests, and issues representing friction to broader adoption
Effectively engage at all levels of our customer organization and stakeholder personas to ensure a comprehensive, multi-threaded, engagement model
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of customer-centric industry experience as a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager across B2B tech or SaaS
A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to cater to a specific audience, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering/Infrastructure, and DevOps professionals
Previous experience with FinOps Cloud Cost Management solutions
You have a bias for action and believe in continuous development, ambiguity is in your comfort zone
Ability to efficiently manage a wide portfolio of accounts from SMB up to large enterprise accounts
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers
A kind person
Bonus Points:
Monitoring and observability expertise
One or more of the following certifications: FinOps Certified Practitioner, FinOps Certified FOCUS Analyst, FinOps for AI, FinOps Certified Engineer
One or more of the following certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner (Foundation), Microsoft Certified (Azure Fundamentals), Google Cloud Digital Leader
Experience building and deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Relevant Data Visualization / financial product experience
At this time, Vantage is only set up to employ in the United States

About The Role:
Customers are looking to integrate their entire stack of cloud infrastructure providers into Vantage to be able to appropriately track their costs. Each infrastructure provider can require some high-level back and forth with customers to answer any technical questions and ensure we are assisting them with the relevant details from the Vantage side.
You'll work alongside Account Executives to help prospective customers across all segments integrate their cloud infrastructure (AWS, Snowflake, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and many more) into the Vantage platform. Expect to spend the majority of your time with engineering counterparts at customer organizations.

Product Marketing Manager
About k-ID
k-ID helps the world's leading games, social platforms, consumer AI products, and other user-generated-content services stay compliant with child safety and privacy regulations across 200+ jurisdictions — and turn that compliance into safe, age-appropriate experiences for users of every age. We're building the infrastructure for a standardized, "age-aware internet": one where designers can build great products that are compliant by default.
We're a fast-moving, well-funded startup selling into enterprise gaming and platform teams. Marketing is being built from the ground up, and this role is an early, high-impact seat on that team.
The role
We're hiring our first dedicated product marketer. Our enterprise sales and account management team is established and closing — but every rep is running their own playbook: making their own materials, doing their own research, building their own enablement. What works in one deal never gets consolidated for the next. There is no standing library of enablement assets, no competitive program, no case studies, and no launch process. You will build all of it, turning what's working in the field into a shared, repeatable system.
This is a senior IC role with real ownership: you'll be the product marketing function, working directly with the Head of Marketing (who retains brand and positioning strategy), our sales and BD team, product and engineering, and our in-house legal and regulatory experts. The ideal candidate is a builder who can produce finished, high-quality assets themselves — not just briefs — and who can translate a technical product and a complex regulatory landscape into narratives enterprise buyers act on.
As the marketing team scales, this role is positioned to grow into product marketing leadership for the person who earns it.
What you'll do
Sales enablement (primary focus)
Build and maintain the core selling toolkit: pitch decks, product one-pagers, use-case breakdowns, objection-handling guides, and vertical-specific narratives — so reps stop building their own materials deal-by-deal and every conversation ships with current, on-message collateral.
Consolidate what's working in the field: capture the best plays, materials, and talk tracks reps have invented individually and turn them into shared, maintained assets and training.
Own the enablement cadence: train the sales team on new assets, messaging, and competitive updates; be their first call when a deal needs a sharper story.
Translate regulatory moments into selling motions — when a new regulation lands in a market, sellers should have a "here's what it means and here's the k-ID module that solves it" asset within days.
As our GTM org grows, arm new motions with messaging and materials — including a nascent outbound/SDR function (owned by demand gen, enabled by you).
Competitive intelligence
Build and run our competitive program: landscape map, battlecards for our top competitors, and a refresh cadence tied to win/loss learnings.
Stand up a lightweight win/loss loop so deal outcomes systematically feed messaging, battlecards, and product feedback.
Product narrative & markitecture
Codify the product story: markitecture diagram, per-product messaging docs, and a use-case library mapped to persona, vertical, and regulation across our portfolio (CDK, AgeKit+, neimo., Family Connect, Compliance Studio).
Operationalize and maintain our ICP and persona messaging — compliance counsel, trust & safety leads, and product execs each buy differently, and our materials should reflect that.
Own product-level web content: product pages, explainers, and the self-serve evaluation story.
Support packaging and portfolio narrative — how the products fit together, what's sold vs. bundled — in partnership with sales and product leadership.
Customer proof
Own case studies end-to-end: identify candidates, wrangle customer approvals, interview stakeholders, and ship polished, quantified stories.
Build the broader proof library: reference quotes, stats, and named-logo assets sales can pull from.
Launches & demos
Stand up a repeatable, tiered launch process so every meaningful release gets the right messaging, assets, and sales enablement.
Produce demo assets sellers actually use: product demo videos, click-throughs, and guided demo narratives — hands-on or by directing production, with fluent use of AI tooling.
What success looks like (first 6–12 months)
Sales runs every deal from a current, self-serve enablement library — decks, one-pagers, battlecards — instead of each rep building their own materials from scratch.
Battlecards live for our top 5 competitors, refreshed quarterly and informed by a working win/loss loop.
3–5 published case studies with named customers and quantified outcomes.
The product story is codified: markitecture, per-product messaging, and a use-case library mapped to persona and regulation.
Every meaningful product release ships through a tiered launch process that includes sales enablement.
Demo videos and click-throughs exist and show up in real deals.
We can measure it: enablement asset usage, sales confidence, competitive win rate, and case-study pipeline influence.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
5–8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with an enterprise, sales-led motion — you've been the PMM partner to an AE team, not just a content producer.
Proven ownership of sales enablement: battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling, and win/loss programs you built and ran.
You can translate a deeply technical product (SDK/API-level) into buyer-level narrative, and you're comfortable working directly with engineers and legal/regulatory subject-matter experts.
You've shipped customer case studies end-to-end — including the unglamorous customer-wrangling parts.
A builder profile: you've stood up product marketing from zero or near-zero at a Series A–C company, and you produce finished assets yourself.
Excellent writer and presenter; comfortable working async in a remote, globally distributed company.
Fluent and enthusiastic with AI tools as a daily force multiplier for research, drafting, asset production, and demo creation — with good judgment about when to lean on them and when not to.
What our ideal candidate will also have
Domain experience in gaming, trust & safety, privacy/compliance, regtech, or identity.
Experience marketing in a regulated industry — turning legal complexity into a sales narrative.
Video and demo production chops, or fluency directing that work.
Pricing and packaging exposure.
Analyst relations experience.
APAC or global market exposure (our team spans Singapore and the US).
Logistics
Engagement: Full-time.
Location: Fully remote (some overlap with Singapore and US time zones).
How to apply
Send us a short note explaining why you're a good fit for the role, along with your CV. You can also attach 2–3 examples of product marketing assets you've created, such as battlecards, launch materials, case studies, messaging documents, or demo content, in the same submission. Redacted or anonymized examples are absolutely fine; we're more interested in seeing finished work than a polished portfolio PDF.
