1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Developer & AI team, focused on defining and driving the roadmap for the Developer Workflows engineering group. This is a high-impact role at the center of one of 1Password's most critical strategic bets: Unified Access Management.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders to shape how developers experience 1Password across every workflow that matters to them. You'll own roadmap definition, prioritization, and product strategy for the Developer Workflows group while also contributing to cross-company vision and execution for Developer Watchtower within our Enterprise Password Manager (EPM) product: be the universal source for all identities and credentials.Unified Access.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products and being accountable for their ultimate success
Deep understanding of how developers work, the tools they rely on, trends in the ever-evolving AI space, and the security and access challenges they face in modern engineering environments
Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives at a B2B SaaS company
Experience contributing to or driving cross-company product vision, including work that spans multiple engineering teams and product areas
Strong written communication skills; comfort producing PRDs, PRFAQs, and other structured artifacts that align and accelerate teams
A track record of building with a 18–24 month vision, with the ability to maintain strategic clarity while driving near-term execution
Executive-level communication experience, including representing a product area directly with customers' leadership teams
Ability to bring the customer voice into every product decision, using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization
Experience establishing OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that connect product outcomes to business results
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with developer security tooling, secrets management, or enterprise developer platforms
Experience with EPM, device trust, or identity and access management in developer contexts
What you can expect:
Own the roadmap for the Developer Workflows engineering group within Developer & AI, partnering closely with engineering leadership to define, sequence, and deliver key components of Unified Access
Contribute to cross-company strategy and execution for developer tools and Developer Watchtower within EPM, including participating in high-priority company-wide initiatives
Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization across your product area, bringing structure and clarity to a high-growth, fast-moving team
Represent the voice of the customer in all that you build: through discovery, PRDs, PRFAQs, and ongoing feedback loops
Collaborate with a junior PM in a neighboring team, helping to raise the bar on craft and product thinking across the broader Developer & AI org
Establish and own success metrics for your product area, with the expectation that ARR contribution and customer impact are central to how you measure progress
Represent your product area externally, including on calls with enterprise customers' executive teams, as a credible and compelling spokesperson for the Unified Access vision
What we expect you to bring:
Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars. We'll expect you to demonstrate strength across all of them:
Focus and Execution — Can you ship quickly and measure results?
Customer Empathy — Are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems?
Effective Communication — Can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey?
Go To Market — Can you understand and drive business outcomes through product decisions?
Technology — Can you articulate how our technology beats our competitors?
What you can expect from us:
Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives
A dynamic, highly collaborative environment
Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap
Being part of the team that drives 1Password's products and business to the next level
A fast-paced environment that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $172,000 USD and $249,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $155,000 CAD and $225,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

Staff Product Designer, Design Systems
Vanta · USA
Pay
$236k–278k
Setting
Remote
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale.
As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org.
This role sits at that intersection. You'll help define how a design system stays foundational when the product itself is becoming more dynamic and model-aware.
What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta:
- Lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Alpaca, ensuring it scales with the needs of a rapidly growing, increasingly AI-driven product organization
- Extend the design system to support AI and agent product patterns, including agent chat and canvas experiences and components that need to adapt based on runtime or model context
- Partner with product designers and engineers across every product team to define, document, and ship new components, patterns, and guidelines
- Establish and evolve governance models, contribution frameworks, and quality standards that let every designer at Vanta build consistently, including for AI-native surfaces that don't fit traditional static component thinking
- Drive design system adoption through education, tooling, and proactive partnership, especially with teams building agentic features who may be new to systems thinking
- Represent Design Systems and AI Patterns work in cross-functional forums, translating system-level tradeoffs for engineering and product leadership
- Mentor other designers, including senior designers, on systems thinking, component architecture, and how to design well within (and push against) a shared system
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design as a foundational requirement across all components, patterns, and documentation
How to be successful in this role:
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, with significant depth in design systems, ideally within complex B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise building and evolving scalable design systems, including component architecture, design tokens, and pattern libraries, plus a strong point of view on how those foundations need to change for AI and agentic product surfaces
- Strong visual design foundation, with mastery of typography, color theory, spacing, interaction design, and accessibility principles. This role requires high craft, not just governance
- Comfort operating in ambiguity where org boundaries (e.g., between Design Systems and AI/Agent product work) aren't fully settled, and the judgment to help shape that structure rather than wait for it
- Experience collaborating closely with front-end engineers, with enough fluency in front-end code to reason credibly about design-to-code fidelity and, ideally, contribute directly
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including variants, auto-layout, and design tokens, with experience publishing and managing shared libraries at scale
- Strong soft skills: the ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment across designers, engineers, and leadership who may have competing priorities, and communicate system-level tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A track record of mentoring other designers and raising the craft and systems literacy of the people around you
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
What you can expect as a Vanta’n:
- Industry-competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans
- 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents
- Health & wellness stipend
- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend
- Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
- Family planning benefits
- Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting
- Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time
- 11 company-paid holidays
- Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
- Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary based on candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.
About Vanta
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're looking for a Senior Atlassian Administrator to join our Enterprise Tools team. This role owns Jira and Statuspage today, with the Atlassian platform growing as 1Password does. You'll be responsible for the architecture, configuration, workflows, governance, and day-to-day health of these tools across 1Password's engineering and business orgs. You bring an AI builder mentality to the work, using the right tools to help you move faster, solve problems earlier, and build things that last.
This is the kind of role where you're not just maintaining a system. You're shaping how people at 1Password work every day.
6+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Deep experience managing Atlassian Cloud Enterprise ecosystem, including an understanding of cloud architecture, product organizations and sandbox environments.
Deep expertise in Jira configuration: workflows, issue type schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, screens, and components.
Proven experience designing and governing Jira at scale, building standards for how teams use the platform.
Strong Jira Automation skills. You can build complex automation rules, maintain them, and explain the trade-offs.
Solid understanding of Jira REST API’s, webhooks, and basic scripting (e.g., python, javascript, groovy) for advanced integrations.
Experience with Statuspage administration. Confluence and Jira Service Management experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills. You can explain a workflow decision to an engineering lead and a permissions change to a legal team, without using different brains for each.
Experience aligning Atlassian configuration with corporate compliance and audit standards.
Experience with vetting, implementing, and governing third-party marketplace apps (e.g., Scriptrunner, structure tools, advanced reporting)
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
A bias toward simplicity and sustainability. You build configurations that teammates can understand, maintain, and hand off.
A profound respect for security and privacy. You think about access controls before someone asks you to.
What you can expect:
Champion the strategy for clean data architecture and own the architecture, configuration, and governance of 1Password's Atlassian platform, starting with Jira and Statuspage.
Participate in the company's Jira Council, a cross-functional governance group that keeps the platform aligned with organizational needs. You'll triage requests, assemble the right stakeholders, and drive decisions that balance platform integrity with how the business is evolving.
Partner with engineering, product, IT, and security teams to understand how they work and build Atlassian platform solutions that fit the way people operate.
Design and enforce Atlassian platform governance standards: project creation policies, workflow standards, naming conventions, field usage, and permission models.
Build and maintain Jira automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality across the platform.
Lead Atlassian tool onboarding for new teams and programs. Create training materials, run enablement sessions, and be the subject matter expert people trust to point them in the right direction.
Own the Atlassian vendor relationship and help shape the platform roadmap as the suite expands.
Identify technical debt, configuration drift, and process gaps. Build a backlog, prioritize it, and work through it.
Partner with others in IT on integrations between Atlassian tools and other enterprise systems (e.g., Slack, Identity Providers, CI/CD pipelines, or CRM tools).
Evaluate, manage, and audit third-party apps and plugins to ensure platform stability, performance, and security compliance.
Document configurations, workflows, and decisions so the platform is maintainable by the broader team.
Keep security and privacy front of mind across every configuration decision you make.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $117,000 CAD and $164,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

Senior Revenue Excellence Manager
Vanta · USA
Pay
$196k–230k

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
Vanta is seeking a Sr. Revenue Excellence Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team.
As our most senior individual contributor in this space, you'll define the frameworks, processes, and playbooks that shape how Vanta’s revenue organization operates — from sales methodology and team selling to Rules of Engagement, pre-to-post sales handoffs, and the end-to-end customer journey.
This is a rare opportunity to be the strategic architect behind how one of the fastest-growing security companies executes as a revenue team.
What you’ll do as a Senior Revenue Excellence Manager at Vanta:
- Own and evolve Vanta’s core sales methodology, ensuring a consistent, scalable approach to how revenue teams engage with prospects and customers across every segment and motion.
- Define and codify Vanta’s team selling model, establishing clear norms and practices for how pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams collaborate to win and retain customers.
- Develop and maintain Rules of Engagement across the selling team, providing clarity on roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across functions and segments.
- Design and operationalize pre-to-post sales handoff processes that create seamless transitions, reduce churn risk, and ensure customers experience a consistent, high-quality journey from first touch to expansion.
- Map and continuously refine the end-to-end customer journey, identifying gaps and high-impact moments across the revenue lifecycle and driving programs to address them.
- Define, document, and maintain Vanta’s sales process, translating strategy into repeatable, structured frameworks that enable sellers at every level to execute with confidence.
- Coach and develop revenue leaders to bring these concepts to life within their teams — building the capability, confidence, and habits needed to model and reinforce the right behaviors across the organization.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and drive the most impactful revenue excellence initiatives across the GTM organization.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert, informing how Vanta’s revenue operating model evolves as the business scales.
How to be successful in this role:
- Have 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales strategy, or a closely related field, with a demonstrated ability to shape how a revenue organization operates at scale.
- Deep expertise in sales methodology — including frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar approaches — and the ability to assess, adapt, and implement the right model for a given business context.
- Proven experience developing team selling frameworks, Rules of Engagement, and pre-to-post sales handoff processes across complex, cross-functional revenue organizations.
- Ability to operate at both the strategic and operational level — comfortable defining high-level frameworks and translating them into structured, actionable processes that get adopted across a large team.
- Strong cross-functional influencer with a track record of building alignment across sales, post-sales, revenue operations, and enablement without direct management authority.
- Experience coaching and developing revenue leaders, with the ability to translate complex frameworks into tangible behaviors and create accountability for adoption at the leadership level.
- Track record of driving measurable impact through program design, process development, and organizational change management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex frameworks for executive audiences and drive adoption across a distributed, high-performing revenue team.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
What you can expect as a Vanta’n:
- Industry-competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans
- 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents
- Health & wellness stipend
- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend
- Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
- Family planning benefits
- Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting
- Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time
- 11 company-paid holidays
- Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
- Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney
