Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Our Enterprise Customer Success team is responsible for protecting and growing the revenue relationships with 1Password's largest, most strategically significant customers. We are customer-obsessed, commercially rigorous, and committed to building the long-term executive partnerships that make 1Password an indispensable part of every enterprise's identity security strategy.
As Enterprise Director of Customer Success, you will lead a team of Enterprise CSMs across experience levels – and own the Enterprise segment's NRR outcomes, engagement model, and team performance. You will be accountable for the full post-sale success motion in the Enterprise segment: retention, expansion pipeline generation, executive business review quality, success plan coverage, and forecasting accuracy. You are a player-coach and organizational architect who shapes how Customer Success operates at scale, develops exceptional talent, and serves as a senior cross-functional partner to Enterprise Sales, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, and Product.
This role requires deep customer success expertise, strong commercial acumen, a high standard for operational rigor, and genuine passion for building high-performing teams. Adaptability, executive presence, systems thinking, and a relentless focus on customer and revenue outcomes will define your success.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Experience & Background
• 10+ years in Customer Success, enterprise account management, or a strategic post-sale function in SaaS, with a demonstrated track record of owning NRR and expansion outcomes
• 10+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated progression in leading and developing CSMs at multiple levels; experience managing managers is a strong plus
• Proven ability to lead Enterprise-focused CS teams through complex renewals, executive stakeholder engagement, and commercial expansion motions
• Deep familiarity with CS operating frameworks – success planning, EBR design, risk CTA management, renewal and expansion forecasting – and how they connect to segment-level NRR performance
• Strong familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce; experience using CS platforms to manage team performance, customer health, and pipeline visibility at scale
• Background in cybersecurity, identity security, IAM, strongly preferred; former 1Password power user or practitioner is a meaningful advantage
Leadership & Team Development
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing Enterprise CSM teams across levels
• Sets and reinforces clear performance standards aligned to the CS KPIs – territory planning, EBRs, expansion pipeline, forecasting hygiene, risk management, CSAT, and advocacy
• Structures coaching and development deliberately: formal deal reviews, call debriefs, and development plans that produce measurable improvement in CSM commercial performance
• Champions AI capability and enablement adoption across the team; models responsible, high-quality AI-assisted workflows in their own practice
• Drives succession planning, hiring strategy, and internal growth paths; builds a team culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Commercial & Revenue Leadership
• Owns the Enterprise segment's NRR targets and the discrete Renewals and Pipeline Generation motions that contribute – including gross retention rate, expansion pipeline volume, amendment win rates, renewal upsell win rates, and forecasting accuracy
• Partners with Enterprise AEs to define and evolve the CS-Sales collaboration model: joint account planning, QL handoff standards, pipeline attribution, and deal strategy norms for the segment's most complex accounts
• Understands and coaches on multi-stakeholder executive business reviews, C-suite renewal negotiations, multi-year expansion business cases, and competitive retention conversations
• Drives forecasting rigor at the team level: maintains forecasting hygiene standards, identifies renewal risks with sufficient lead time, and provides CS leadership with accurate, forward-looking segment visibility
• Uses Gainsight and Salesforce to manage segment health, track CTA resolution, monitor expansion pipeline, and report on team-wide RFS KPI performance
Strategic & Operational Excellence
• Designs, documents, and scales Enterprise CS engagement models, success planning standards, EBR methodologies, and playbooks that improve team-wide performance and create repeatable outcomes
• Aligns CS capacity, segment coverage models, and role deployment to ARR growth targets and Enterprise customer complexity
• Identifies operating gaps and cross-functional friction; drives structured improvements that reduce risk, accelerate activation, and increase expansion velocity
• Contributes to CS OKR development; brings data-backed recommendations that influence CS and GTM strategy, organizational design, and investment priorities
• Promotes and models an AI-first approach to commercial execution; builds AI-assisted systems for account intelligence, risk monitoring, and engagement preparation that multiply team capacity at scale
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serves as senior escalation owner for the Enterprise segment's most critical, high-stakes customer situations; partners with cross-functional leaders to drive resolution and ensure learnings are captured and embedded
• Trusted partner to Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, RevOps, Support, and Product leadership; aligns stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences, on customer priorities and segment strategy
• Aggregates customer intelligence from the Enterprise book and channels it into GTM positioning, product roadmap input, and CS commercial model design with documented influence on business decisions
• Represents the Enterprise CS organization with confidence in leadership forums and strategic planning conversations
Communication, Enablement & Influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence across internal and customer-facing audiences
• Communicates team performance, renewal risk, expansion opportunity, and strategic priorities with clarity and commercial discipline to CS and GTM leadership
• Confident leading with influence rather than authority; navigates organizational ambiguity, drives clarity, and aligns cross-functional partners through expertise and relationship
• Champions a culture of enablement, documentation, and shared learning; ensures that high-impact workflows, playbooks, and best practices created within the team are made available and usable across the broader CS organization
What you can expect:
Onboard & Orient (Month 1)
• Develop deep fluency in 1Password's product suite, CS methodology, Enterprise customer profiles, and the commercial motion connecting retention and expansion
• Build strong working relationships with your team, key internal partners (Enterprise Sales leadership, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, CS leadership), and the segment's most strategic customer relationships
• By the end of Month 1, you will have clear, documented visibility into team health, open renewal risks, expansion pipeline status, and RFS KPI performance across the Enterprise segment
Establish the Standard (Month 3)
• All direct reports have clear performance expectations, active development plans, and structured coaching rhythms in place
• Enterprise CS engagement model is defined or refined: EBR cadence, success plan coverage standards, forecasting hygiene, and CS-Sales collaboration norms are operating with consistency
• By Month 3, the team is tracking to NRR targets, forecasting hygiene meets team standards, and expansion pipeline is being sourced and progressed with documented commercial context
Drive Performance & Organizational Impact (Month 6)
• Enterprise segment NRR is tracking to plan; the team's renewal, expansion, and CSAT outcomes are visible and positive in CS and GTM leadership reporting
• Playbooks, AI workflows, and team enablement contributions are in active use and improving measurable outcomes
• By Month 6, you are recognized as a strategic cross-functional partner by Enterprise Sales, RevOps, and CS leadership, and your team is developing and performing with clear upward trajectory

is an email-first operating system for creators who mean business. We help creators grow and monetize their audience with ease. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
The role
We’re deepening our commitment to strategic, high-touch customer success management for our creators. We’re looking for a SeniorCreator Growth Manager to act as a trusted advisor to our highest-impact accounts—helping them grow their businesses by optimizing their email strategy and fully leveraging Kit, while positively impacting retention, and expansion for the business. We think about creator experience the way a great host thinks about a guest — not just solving problems when they come up, but anticipating what someone needs before they ask, and delivering an exceptional, personalized experience.
This is a full-time IC role for someone who builds real relationships with creators, spots growth opportunities before they're obvious, and turns customer goals into strategy — all while working independently and using data to know what's actually working.
Your support system
You’ll report to Morgan Kitzmiller, the Manager of the Creator Growth team, and collaborate closely with Creator Growth Managers, Deliverability Specialists, Sales and Onboarding Team Members, and our Product Managers.
What you'll do
First Week: Dive into our core systems, including Kit’s platform, internal success workflows, and reporting tools. Take part in Get To Know You’s (GTKYs) to meet our distributed team and build foundational context on our company culture and creator community.
First Month: Begin shadowing customer calls and reviewing creator portfolios to understand our customer segmentation, goals, and success benchmarks. Start managing a small group of creators to get hands-on with Kit’s success methodology and internal playbooks. While you won’t own a renewal and expansion quota from Day One, you will be expected to influence revenue through retaining and expanding customers. As a team, we’re in the process of implementing team and individual renewal and expansion targets, and are eager to run tests, measure the impact, and scale what works. Look for moments to go beyond the standard playbook — a well-timed check-in, a personal touch, something that makes a creator feel genuinely seen rather than managed
First Six Months: Own a portfolio of 50-75 high-value (~$1m ARR) creator accounts, delivering proactive, strategic guidance and implement strategic initiatives and tests that drive measurable business outcomes, like retention and expansion. Establish strong relationships with creators and their teams built on trust and credibility. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creator needs are surfaced internally, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to improve the creator experience. Drive feature adoption and increase customer engagement. Build deep fluency in high performing strategies, market trends and insights, and Kit's product roadmap and capabilities so you can proactively recommend the right playbooks and features for each creator, not just react to their questions.
First Year: Become a strategic pillar on the Creator Growth team. Develop account plans and success strategies that support scalable growth across your portfolio, to un-owned accounts, all the way through Product and Lifecycle Marketing efforts. Identify patterns in creator needs, surface insights to the broader team, and contribute to evolving our customer success framework as we scale. Be a go-to product expert on the team, someone Product, Support and Marketing loop in when they want to know how a feature actually lands with creators in the field.
Data fluency: email performance metrics, user behavior trends, retention KPIs, utilizing internal tools to create reports and analyze impact
Clear, consultative communication while providing a while glove service to creators—written, verbal, and async
Workflow design and process improvement
CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and product usage analytics
Comfort identifying problems, forming hypotheses, and running them through to measurable impact
Strong prioritization based on perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Claude
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Support, and Marketing
Experiences
4+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships role
Supporting or working with creators, digital entrepreneurs, or B2C SMBs
Managing a portfolio of high-value customers with quantifiable impact
Collaborating cross-functionally with product, support, and marketing
Leading customer strategy across onboarding, success planning, renewals, risk mitigation, and expansion
Operating in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling SaaS environment
Traits
Strategic yet scrappy; able to zoom in on a customer need and zoom out to spot patterns
Low ego, high accountability—comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
Proactive and self-directed with a strong bias for clarity and action
Curious and deeply invested in understanding customer goals
Confident navigating ambiguity, independently setting direction, leading strategic conversations with high profile creators, and in creating and executing cross functional projects
Data-driven and action oriented—you consistently spot areas for improvement, create projects to drive change, and measure the impact of your work
You treat every interaction as a chance to make someone feel truly taken care of — you notice the small things, act on them without being asked, and go above and beyond to deliver white glove experiences.
You work in public—you’re eager to share the wins, losses, and learnings of each project or test, and you collaborate to amplify the expertise of your teammates
You regularly look for ways to innovate, create solutions or reduce friction for your team or for customers, and you build your own solutions when needed
You have a deep desire to serve and support others—you are kind, enthusiastic and generous in your nature, and keep the question “what is best for the creator?” at the center of your work
What won't set you up for success
Seeking highly structured environments with little ambiguity
Viewing Customer Success as reactive support rather than a strategic growth function
Being uncomfortable taking initiative or experimenting in the face of uncertainty
Looking to others to take ownership and provide solutions for you
Struggling to context switch and manage multiple priorities at once
Waiting for permission or guidance to execute, problem solve, or develop projects
Working hours and location
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. We are looking for someone in North America for this role. We work primarily on East Coast time, so if you're based on the West Coast, you might have a few early mornings. We do our best to keep things reasonable, but a little time zone juggling comes with the territory.
Compensation + perks + benefits
Kit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. For this role, we're hiring at our Level 3 ($126,000). Level is determined based on experience and our interview process.
We cover up to $2,100 per month toward medical premiums, with dental and vision premiums fully covered. We offer Health Insurance plans through Aetna
$2,000 equipment allowance for your first two years, $1,000 budget every following two years. Company-provided laptops are issued to every Kit team member and are not included in the equipment budget
Individual learning + development budget ($3,500/year)
Gender affirming benefits
Childcare benefit up to $3,000 annually through JOON
Twenty (20) days of paid time off during each year of employment
Paid paid vacation: An after-tax bonus of $1,000 for taking five consecutive days of vacation where you’re fully unplugged from work
Ten (10) paid holidays a year
Two weeks of paid sick time each year, including mental health + well being days
Twelve (12) weeks paid parental leave and flexible scheduling in your child’s first year
Up to six weeks of paid bereavement leave, medical leave, and disaster after six months of employment, two weeks of each paid leave in your first six months
Winter Break Closure: Kit closes for a week at the end of December, giving everyone a collective break to enjoy the holiday season. Essential support services remain available, with teams coordinating to ensure coverage during this period
Four-week, paid sabbatical after five years with the team
Fantastic in-person or virtual retreats with the team twice a year
How to apply
We usually receive a large number of applications, and our goal is to follow up with you within two weeks. You’ll hear from us either way. Here’s what you can expect from the rest of our hiring process:
Phone screen with our recruiter (30 min)
Hiring manager interview (45 min)
Take-home assignment
Panel interview (60 min)
We’ll keep you informed through every step. To get started, complete this application, including a cover letter and answers to the questions on the next page. We read every single application, and your cover letter and responses help put your experience into context.
Kit is an equal opportunity employer
We value diversity in all of its forms. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply.
We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.
Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.
Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. Home to Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., Anchorage Digital also serves institutions through Anchorage Digital Singapore, Porto by Anchorage Digital, and other offerings.
The company is funded by leading institutions including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, with its Series D valuation over $3 billion. Founded in 2017 in San Francisco, California, Anchorage Digital has offices in New York, New York; Porto, Portugal; Singapore; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Learn more at anchorage.com, on X @Anchorage, and on LinkedIn.
With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
Own the full client lifecycle for protocols using Anchorage Digital's token vesting product — from the first demo through configuration, onboarding, bug fixes, support, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management. This is a high-bandwidth, hybrid role spanning both client-facing relationship management and hands-on operational/data execution. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of protocol clients — both pre-launch protocols preparing token launches and post-launch companies migrating onto the platform — while also doing the data and integration work that keeps those clients running. You'll have room to grow into a prospect-closing function and to build analytics and reporting that surface actionable insights and support new revenue operations. Strong bonus for candidates with a crypto background and a blend of commercial instinct and technical/data fluency.
We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Client Success & Operations Manager, Token Vesting role:
Technical Skills:
Drive operational and data execution — take in client spreadsheets, act as a temporary data admin, and upload, review, and validate client data for accuracy.
Build and configure the series of complex APIs that connect the platform to clients' custody accounts.
Communicate client reported bugs / needs directly with engineering team as primary point of contact.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
Lead a portfolio of protocol clients across both pre and post TGE.
Manage ongoing operational needs — data changes, adding users, bug fixes, and other day-to-day requests — with rigor across a portfolio scaling toward ~25 companies / ~2,000 users.
Organizational Knowledge:
Collaborate with the broader organization and engineering to own client requests, feature requests, and bug resolution.
Deliver status updates back to clients and coordinate with sales to identify and convert investor prospects.
Communication and Influence:
Listen to clients through a high cadence of meetings (typically 10–20 in the first quarter of a new engagement), surfacing issues early and discovering new opportunities.
Contribute commercial impact by upselling investor-facing products and expanding existing relationships.
Coordinate with existing CX, Custody, and Protocol team members for a mix of integrated service delivery.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
A crypto background, with the ability to speak credibly with protocol teams and token issuers and familiarity with tokens, vesting, and custody concepts.
A blend of client-facing experience (customer success, account management, or sales) and technical/operational execution ability.
Strong data and spreadsheet skills, with comfort performing data validation and quality control.
Experience with API configuration or technical integration work.
Strong communication skills, able to manage a high meeting volume and multiple concurrent client relationships.
A high level of organization and reliability under a heavy volume of concurrent relationship and operational tasks.
Commercial instinct — able to spot expansion, upsell, and conversion opportunities in the natural course of client work.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
Prior experience at a custody provider, exchange, or token infrastructure company.
Experience working alongside sales teams on prospect conversion.
You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
