Client Success ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Client Success Manager to own the day-to-day operational relationship for an assigned client accounts and serve as the liaison between Gifthealth and its clients. This person is as comfortable in a client meeting, navigating process improvement with internal teams, and is trusted by stakeholders to get things done and by internal teams to represent client needs accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship LiaisonOwn end-to-end resolution of client-reported operational issues, coordinating pharmacy operations, patient experience, and supply chain to fix root causes, not just symptoms.Own follow-through on action items coming out of client meetings and internal reviews, tracking them to closure and keeping the Director informed of status.Represent the Director when needed on routine client touchpoints, internal syncs, and data requests, freeing the Director's time for strategic work.Proactive Data MonitoringMonitor account performance continuously rather than only at reporting checkpoints, watching for shifts in volume, service levels, or satisfaction that signal a client conversation is needed.Investigate before escalating, digging into the root cause of a metric that moves before bringing it to the Director or the client, so every flag comes with context and a recommendation.Get ahead of predictable risk such as seasonal volume shifts, program changes, or contract milestones, and build the plan before the client has to ask what Gifthealth is doing about it.Close the loop on data requests from clients and internal teams quickly and accurately, treating every request as a chance to demonstrate reliability.Account & Relationship SupportSupport the day-to-day relationship for an assigned portfolio of accounts, staying close enough to the details that nothing catches the team by surprise.Build trusted working relationships with client-side program managers, giving the Director a second set of eyes and ears embedded in the account.Coordinate with pharmacy operations, patient experience, and supply chain to resolve issues and confirm commitments are on track ahead of client check-ins, not during them.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the primary liaison between clients and Gifthealth's internal teams, translating client needs into internal action and internal constraints into client-ready explanations.Relay client feedback internally so that product and operational improvements reflect what clients and patients actually need.Support the Director on renewal and expansion planning by preparing the data, history, and account narrative that inform those conversations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Licensure/Certification: Not applicable.Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or client-facing analytics, ideally within specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, or healthcare.Skills: Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills; can build a clear, client-ready deck without heavy direction. The role, in a nutshell:
As a Customer Success Manager at Chainguard, you will be the post-sales primary point of contact for our Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for taking lead on customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption. In this role, you will work closely with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure the successful onboarding and support of your customers. You are their day-to-day contact, building relationships with customers and driving outcomes, adoption, and delivering time-to-value.
What you’ll do:
Success Planning & Value: Drive business success planning by partnering with customers, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to align on requirements, goals, and challenges. Provide thought leadership on change management for large, scaled rollouts. Support the full Business Value Realization cycle to ensure customers can demonstrate and prove value internally.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and requirements to internal teams. This means being a team player and having strong collaboration skills - this role must align with many different internal teams, influence them to act toward customer needs.
Issue Management: Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
Product Expertise: Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard and stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices so you can help customers optimize their use of Chainguard.
Training & Education: Collaborate with customers and our Edu team to ensure customers are educated on product features, best practices, and security principles.
Account Management: Develop relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders from technicians to CISOs. Work closely with sales teams to identify the best path to renew and expand customers while minimizing churn risks.
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles collaborating with both technical and business teams - Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management or a combination of those plus Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
Relevant domain knowledge of one or more of the following: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance requirements, vulnerability management, software development lifecycle.
This is a strategic and proactive role, our expectation is that this person will take full ownership of their customer portfolio and act with a high level of autonomy. This includes making key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes; deciding when to include our executive team or c-suite in customer escalations, how to de-risk or de-escalate customer issues and conflict, and advocating to internal teams including sales, product, engineering, etc.

TEAM & ROLE
As the Customer Experience Quality & Enablement Manager, you'll build and scale the programs that help our support team deliver accurate, consistent, and exceptional customer experiences. You'll own quality assurance, knowledge management, training, and support enablement across email, live chat, and phone.
You'll define what great support looks like by developing quality standards, scorecards, coaching frameworks, calibration processes, and reporting that help leaders improve team performance. You'll also own the Help Center, support macros, and voice and tone standards to ensure customers receive clear, consistent support at every touchpoint.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, partnering across teams, and leveraging data and AI to continuously improve both the customer and teammate experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT BENEPASS
- Build and scale Benepass' Quality Assurance program across email, live chat, and phone.
- Develop quality scorecards, audit processes, calibration routines, reporting, and coaching frameworks.

The Role's Core Values
