Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

Who we are
At Picnic, we’re reinventing the way employees experience lunch at work. By partnering with top local restaurants and batching hundreds of orders, we make it easy for companies to offer high-quality, individually packed meals, without fees or tips. Our mission is to create a seamless, affordable, and joyful lunch experience that benefits both employees and employers.
About the role
As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be the architect of Picnic's commercial systems. Salesforce will be your home base, with a broader remit across the full go-to-market technology stack: outreach tooling, routing, enrichment, and the integrations that connect everything together.
You will design, build, and maintain the systems that allow Picnic's Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams to move fast without breaking things. If you enjoy clean Flows, well-structured data models, and integrations that simply work, this is the role for you.
What you'll do
Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. Build and maintain scalable Flows that support evolving GTM motions.
Administer and optimize the broader GTM tech stack: Yesware and outreach tooling, LeanData routing, enrichment platforms, and the integrations between them.
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems (data warehouse, marketing platforms, finance tools, product telemetry).
Partner with Sales leadership to translate go-to-market strategies into clean, scalable system workflows; build the rails for new programs such as territory changes, segment launches, and pricing updates.
Maintain data integrity, deduplication, and lifecycle hygiene across the stack; implement the controls that keep data trustworthy at scale.
Enable end users through clear documentation, training, and embedded support that drive adoption.
What we are looking for
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations tooling, or a similar systems-focused commercial role.
Deep Salesforce expertise. You have served as a primary Sales Cloud admin and know how to build for scale, not just configure for today.
Integration experience is required. You have connected Salesforce to other systems and understand the trade-offs between native, middleware (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft), and custom approaches.
Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to pull data, validate your builds, and audit your own work.
Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering reliable systems work.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred).
Apex and advanced Flow development experience for cases that go beyond declarative configuration.
Hands-on experience with LeanData routing, Yesware, or comparable outreach and GTM tools.
Experience supporting two-sided commercial motions (marketplaces, supply + demand sales orgs).
Why join us
Drive real impact: Be part of building the operational engine behind a fast-growing startup that’s redefining how work gets done.
Own your city: Take full ownership of your city’s performance and see the direct results of your ideas and execution every single day.
Work with purpose: Join a mission-driven team focused on making the workplace experience better for thousands of people.
Grow with us: At Picnic, there’s room to grow—personally and professionally—as we scale and take on new challenges together.
What else you need to know
This role is based in our São Paulo office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
Ready to join us as we serve those who serve others?
