This is a real seat at the table — and a real shot at what comes next. Position Description Fervo Energy is developing next-generation geothermal power to deliver firm, carbon-free energy at scale. Our flagship Cape Station development in Milford, Utah is one of the largest next-generation geothermal developments in the world, and our Houston headquarters houses the engineering, commercial, and corporate teams driving Fervo's growth.As an Asset Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in commercial asset management, sitting at the intersection of power trading, customer engagement, commercial strategy, and plant operations. You'll develop financial models and market strategies to optimize the value of our geothermal power assets in the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) market, gaining unique insight into what it takes to bring a late-stage geothermal development into commercial operations, with plenty of opportunity for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and company leaders.

Experience how the latest innovative technologies are developed, built and optimized as a product, test or validation engineer. Work with TI teams, customers and external partners around the world to design, build, qualify and support our industry-leading analog and embedded processing products. As a product, test and validation engineer, you play a vital role in assuring the quality and performance of TI's innovative IC products. From test software and hardware development, product debugging and test optimization – you help ensure our products are consistently competitive and leading in the market. In each of these roles you'll dive deeper into manufacturing, quality, design verification or validation engineering. In this role, you'll support the development and implementation of strategies that achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield enhancement projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects related to your assigned product portfolio, resolve customer quality and application issues, and facilitates cross-functional teams for problem solving. You'll also take a leadership role to establish relationships with key contacts in TI wafer fabrication and assembly manufacturing sites to ensure strong communication and effective problem solving. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher Preferred qualifications Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.) Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended) Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery ABOUT US Why TI?
