We are looking for a highly analytical Manual QA Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in testing modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in product-based companies, possess excellent product and business understanding, and be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to ensure every release meets the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and validate new features.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed bug reports with reproduction steps.
Validate UI/UX, business workflows, APIs (basic validation), and cross-browser compatibility.
Work closely with developers during defect resolution and release cycles.
Ensure product quality throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Participate actively in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and release validation.
Requirements:
3-6 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
Experience working in product-based companies.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Excellent knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, smoke and sanity testing, exploratory testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Linear, and TestRail (or similar tools).
Strong familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging UI issues, inspecting network requests, and identifying client-side issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner with the ability to understand complex products rapidly.
Strong product thinking and business understanding.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
Strong ownership mindset.
Attention to detail.
Product-first thinking.
Ability to identify edge cases and challenge assumptions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Good to Have:
Experience testing SaaS or B2B products.
Basic understanding of REST APIs using Postman.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to SQL for basic database validation.

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Engineer to own customer onboarding and data implementation for our platform. You will work closely with customers, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless data onboarding, identify data gaps, automate repetitive workflows, and deliver a smooth implementation experience.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer data onboarding and implementation.
Validate, transform, and import customer data into the platform.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
Build automation scripts and workflows using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI-assisted tools.
Monitor onboarding processes and proactively resolve implementation issues.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer go-lives.
Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously improve onboarding processes through automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Product Support, Data Operations, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
Strong problem-solving and data troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with APIs, CSV/Excel data, data imports, or integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Codex is a plus.
Good to Have:
Experience in a SaaS environment.
Exposure to customer onboarding, integrations, or implementation projects.
Knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization.

We're seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team at Keychain. This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running in a fast-paced development environment and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Develop robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement data storage solutions, including databases, caches, and data processing systems.
