ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC or SF office 3 days/week. We will sponsor you for relocation if you need to move for this role.

- Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process
- Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews
- Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Spot and flag what isn't working such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, slow feedback and bring fixes
- Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 0-1+ years of coordination / admin experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
- Comfort working at high volume and re-prioritizing mid-day when plans change, interviews get moved, interviewers cancel, and you'll need to solve it without dropping anything else
- A bias toward urgency: you respond quickly and follow through without being chased
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Ashby and Modernloop (or other ATS / scheduling tools)
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
