Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste. In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
We are seeking a Sales Director, Food Service to join our team. This role leads Bevi's fastest-growing vertical, spanning higher education, corrections, and senior living, at a pivotal moment in its growth. You'll manage and scale an existing sales team, drive outbound motion across institutional markets, and build the playbook that takes this vertical from strong to category-defining. It's a high-ownership role for someone who brings deep industry relationships, a hard-driving approach to monthly targets, and the ambition to grow with the business long-term.
Your Day to Day
- Own the targets for the fast-growing Food Service vertical across Higher Ed/K-12, Government/Military, Corrections, Healthcare (e.g. Senior Living)
- Step into an existing book of partner relationships and pipeline, and manage a structured transition to take full ownership; this is a scale-up role, not a cold start
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives, with the expectation that the team doubles in size as the vertical scales, including hiring, onboarding, and setting territories
- Coach the team on deal strategy, pipeline management, and how to navigate complex sales cycles
- Drive outbound motion across institutional markets, leveraging direct outreach and partner relationships
- Own deal structuring and pricing strategy for institutional accounts, including navigating procurement and RFP-driven processes where relevant
- Refine and extend the go-to-market playbook for food service, including outbound strategy, partner enablement, and account activation
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline reporting for the vertical, with regular updates to sales leadership
- Stay sharp on the competitive landscape in institutional food service and beverage, and use that intelligence to sharpen positioning and win rates
- Identify where the food service playbook can extend into other verticals and sales teams, and champion that expansion with sales leadership
- Represent food service in cross-functional planning, bringing market insight to product, marketing, and leadership conversations
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, with meaningful time in food service, hospitality, or a closely adjacent institutional vertical
- A genuine network — you know the operators, the buyers, and the decision-makers, and they know you
- Experience managing and building sales teams, ideally through a period of rapid growth
- A track record of hitting and exceeding booking targets in a high-volume outbound environment
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, still-being-built environment; you're energized by figuring things out, not slowed down by it
- Strong instincts for partner-led sales and channel dynamics
- Hiring and onboarding new AEs as the team scales
- Coaching on deal strategy and pipeline management

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys hands-on development, mentoring others, and bringing modern capabilities—including AI-assisted and agentic workflows—into production-grade systems.
Your day to day:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and highly interactive web applications
- Own and evolve core platform modules, from concept through release and support
- Influence application and system architecture with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and maintainability

- Working with agentic AI patterns (e.g., task orchestration, tool-using agents, workflow automation)
- Applying prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and guardrails to ensure reliability and compliance
- Collaborating with data and platform teams to operationalize AI—not just prototype it
Deep ML expertise is not required—we’re looking for strong engineers who understand how to apply AI capabilities in real products.
Take the first step toward your dream career. Here is what we are looking for in this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in software design and development using the Microsoft technology stack preferred

Program Manager, GTM Strategic Programs
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs team supports Stripe's mission (to "Increase the GDP of the internet") by building GTM strategy, bringing it to life through incubation programs, and providing program management expertise across global, cross-functional programs. We bring a desire to chart the unknown, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem-solving, while helping to build connections between Stripe go-to-market teams and the business overall.
As we rapidly grow our company and customer base, we need "full stack" program management experts with global program experience who easily flex between:
- PMO responsibilities coordinating across a number of cross-functional team members
- Running the full breadth of building and operationalizing incubation programs from diagnosis, design, implementation, and change management
- Driving a successful transition and handover to operational counterparts across GTM and Product Operations
What you’ll do
Our Program Managers are focused on solving GTM's most pressing challenges. We're looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous global-scale programs, with multi-layered stakeholder management and significant cross-functional team engagement. You have worked in a hypergrowth technology or GTM org or come from a strategic consulting background, have superior communication skills to work across the most senior stakeholders across different functions, and thrive when solving complex problems with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end, and be directly responsible for marshaling the cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals
- Manage directly (or coordinate) the "full-stack" of change management activities across stakeholder engagement and creating champions, messaging and communication planning, and support and enablement
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe across levels and functions
- Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities for the Revenue teams spanning strategy, people, process, and technology
- Develop a Programs Center of Excellence, providing guidance, consulting, and coaching to peers and others on partner teams
- Seamlessly prioritize among various projects and synthesize data to guide and support strategy and decision
- Make C-suite-level recommendations and drive decisions, where necessary
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- Experience working in a sales and marketing organization
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline
- A strong track record of delivering global, complex programs with multiple constituents in a changing, ambiguous environment end-to-end
- An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- The ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while having command of "the details"
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels from front lines to C-suite. You set a high bar in terms of communication effectiveness.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities throughout their work—taking ownership of challenges, selflessly supporting their colleagues, and setting the standard for quality in their deliverables
Preferred qualifications
- Comfort operating with incomplete data and adapting and reprioritizing activities as business needs change
- Deep problem-solving and analysis experience (solving business problems—commercial, operational, financial) in a sales-oriented environment
- A growth mindset and innate curiosity where every interaction is an opportunity to learn and improve (yourself and those around you)
- Prior experience with payments
- Comfort with SQL
