Program Manager, Performance and Talent Planning
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a significant amount of work ahead. That means you have an opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Performance and Talent Planning team is part of Stripe’s broader Talent and Development organization. We shape how Stripes grow their careers and do their best work.
We build the programs, systems, and insights that help managers develop strong teams, help leaders plan for the future, and give Stripes clear opportunities to grow. Our work spans performance, talent planning, career development, succession, and organizational insights. Our goal is to make Stripe a place where talented people can build lasting careers and have an outsized impact.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will help translate Stripe’s performance and talent philosophy into scalable, global experiences. You will work across People Products, People Insights, Employee Relations, People Partners and other partner teams to design programs and systems that are clear for users, operationally durable, and aligned with Stripe’s future needs. You will bring a product mindset to all you do, starting with data driven problem statements, qualitative and quantitative signals, an understanding of the end-to-end user experience, an iterative design process, and an obsession with continuous improvement over time. You will be comfortable operating across time zones and navigating competing perspectives, incomplete information, and urgent priorities.
A Day in the Life
You start your day by reviewing your agenda in Slack or asking your AI agent to summarize ongoing work and priorities. Energized by a mix of workstream meetings across People Products, Manager Enablement, and M&A Transitions, you check overnight updates from teammates across time zones. Colleagues in Dublin have shared feedback that keeps the launch plan moving, while teammates in Melbourne have raised thoughtful questions about how a new performance process will integrate into the existing reporting capabilities they rely on for annual talent planning.
These questions are exactly the kind of challenge you value. They push you to build with a user-first mindset, anticipate downstream impacts, and mitigate risks before they emerge. You draw on expertise from across the organization while balancing the responsibility of integrating global perspectives, designing seamless end-to-end experiences, and coordinating work across interconnected teams. A new question sparks a new connection, and you quickly identify another stakeholder who should be brought into the next phase of the program.
As the day progresses, updates from cross-functional partners show steady progress across multiple fronts, but one critical area stalls. Rather than waiting for next week's meeting, you escalate immediately to keep momentum high and de-risk the program timeline. You end the day energized by the complexity of the work, the curiosity and collaboration of your colleagues, and the opportunity to continue to build, solve, and innovate every day.
Responsibilities
- Drive and scale Stripe’s performance philosophy and practices. Design and improve performance experiences that help Stripes understand expectations, grow through feedback, and make meaningful contributions.
- Evolve performance and talent tooling. Partner with People Products and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program needs into scalable systems, processes, and user journeys.
- Strengthen career growth and talent investment. Help shape the programs, mechanisms, and insights that enable career development, talent planning, succession, and thoughtful investment in Stripe’s people as the company grows.
- Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams. Build alignment among global stakeholders; surface risks and dependencies early; make progress in ambiguous environments; and unblock critical decisions quickly.
- Use insights to improve outcomes. Define clear problem statements, gather qualitative and quantitative data, and use those insights to refine strategy, programs, and execution.
Who you are
You are a systems thinker who can connect the details of a program or product experience to the broader organizational context. You are energized by ambiguity and complexity, and thrive in bringing just enough structure, clarity, and strong momentum to the work. You build trusted relationships, communicate directly and thoughtfully, and create accountability across teams, with speed.
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling global People or HR experiences, with experience across both process and product or systems design
- Experience leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where high ownership and cross-functional problem solving are expected.
- Strong systems thinking: the ability to understand how people, processes, tools, policies, and organizational decisions influence one another over time and how to augment workflows and processes using AI tools.
- A demonstrated ability to build enduring, trusted stakeholder relationships; communicate effectively across levels and functions; and establish clear decision-making and accountability mechanisms.
- A disciplined approach to problem solving. You begin with the “why,” define and refine problem statements steeped in both quantitative and qualitative data, and continuously ask “is this the right problem to solve, at the right time?”
- High agency and sound judgment. You identify opportunities or risks, take action quickly, and escalate thoughtfully when progress is blocked.
- Deep alignment with Stripe’s Operating Principle, Obsess over Talent. You believe that people are one of Stripe’s greatest unlocks: attracting exceptional talent, creating environments where they can thrive, building systems that support growth, and recognizing meaningful contributions.
- Curiosity and humility. You are a continuous learner who seeks to understand before acting, welcomes ideas from many sources, and is willing to change course when new evidence suggests a better path.
Preferred qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across a diverse portfolio of People programs: talent management, organizational development, leadership and/or executive development, program and talent operations, and compensation and benefits
- People product design and management experience in high growth environments with fast iterative cycles, changing priorities, and a steady stream of feature requests and backlog
- Experience and excellence leading executive level talent discussions that influence People strategy, with humility, curiosity, and a grounded presence

Onboarding Manager
Director I, Product Research
Job Description
Description
About the Role
As AI capabilities accelerate, so does the opportunity to fundamentally transform how Small Commercial operates — from how we launch and manage pricing programs, to how we underwrite risk, to how we monitor and react to in-market performance. This is a high-visibility role at the center of that transformation.
The Director, AI Program Management sits within Delivery and is accountable for coordinating, road mapping, and driving AI execution across all Small Commercial Product functions. This individual contributor role owns the Small Commercial Product AI investment roadmap — from intake and prioritization through execution, adoption, and performance measurement. Success requires strong program management craft, genuine curiosity about AI tools, and the ability to navigate and influence across a complex, matrixed organization — driving real business outcomes through close partnership with Product, Solaria, US Data Science, Technology, and USRM AI Enablement teams.
Candidates who live within 50 miles of our Boston, Portsmouth, Columbus, Plano or Seattle offices will be on-site two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the SC Product AI investment roadmap end-to-end, sequenced for maximum business value and aligned to SC’s broader strategic priorities; develop repeatable frameworks for business cases, success metrics, and KPIs
- Manage SC Product’s AI portfolio as a single, function-wide book of work — maintaining visibility into active initiatives, dependencies, risks, and progress; develop and operate an intake and prioritization process for new ideas
- Drive execution across SC Product’s highest-priority AI use cases spanning product delivery, underwriting automation, in-market monitoring, and everyday AI adoption
- Serve as SC Product’s primary voice on AI with Solaria, US Data Science, Technology, and USRM AI Enablement teams — shaping strategy jointly and ensuring SC’s priorities have appropriate visibility

With open source Drupal at its core, the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (DXP) enables marketers, developers, and IT operations teams at thousands of global organizations to rapidly compose and deploy digital products and services that engage customers, enhance conversions, and help businesses stand out.
Headquartered in Boston, MA, Acquia is a Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM company, is listed as one of the world’s top software companies by The Software Report, and is positioned as a market leader by the analyst community. We are Acquia. We are building for the future and we want you to be a part of it!
Career Exploration at Acquia
Our recruitment process is designed to empower you in making the most informed decisions. Acquia is committed to providing an inclusive, transparent, efficient, and educational interview experience that cultivates exploration into career opportunities at Acquia
You will discover the opportunity to grow your career here and learn from a global team that empowers you to exceed boundaries and achieve the extraordinary.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the VP of Platform & Solutions Marketing, the Partner Marketing Director owns how Acquia goes to market with and through our partner ecosystem agencies, system integrators, and technology partners across our solution portfolio. You own the partner commercial story, the co-sell plays partners run, and the operating model that makes partner GTM repeatable rather than a pile of one-off decks.
This is a leadership seat for someone who drives programs to done. We use AI to do the job better and faster and automate the work that doesn't matter, and everyone on this team demos and presents on stage. This is a strategy role, not a behind-the-keyboard one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own partner GTM strategy and narrative across the solution portfolio, and the case for why building on Acquia is the smart bet for an agency or SI practice.
- Define the partner messaging, positioning, and the tactics that will drive the most impact, coordinating across Product Marketing, Partner leadership, partner marketing, partner enablement, and the regional partner team.
- Build joint value propositions, co-sell plays, and joint Path-to-Value assets on a value-selling spine (Signal > Value > Action) that a partner's sellers can run without you in the room.
- Build partner enablement that gets used pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, demo narratives, campaign-in-a-box and prove adoption.
- Operate at the PMM, Partner, Sales, and RevOps team as a peer of the existing leadership, comfortable in pipeline reviews and deal desks.
- Define and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, partner-attached deal rate, and partner-influenced revenue.
- Support partner events including travel to support key events or to collaborate in person with our partners (~15% travel)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years in product marketing, partner / channel marketing, or partner GTM, including time at a level where you owned the strategy.
- Exceptional program management and leadership. You run complex, cross-functional programs end to end. You lead the room, make decisions without waiting for consensus, and get things moving. People align to your cadence and things ship.
- Familiarity with the agency / SI ecosystem and how those businesses make money.
- A track record of building a partner or channel GTM motion from the ground up, not just maintaining one.
- A strategist, not a content marketer. You drive positioning and strategy and think critically about the moments of impact.
- AI-first ways of working. You use AI to move faster research, drafting, analysis, automation and have a clear point of view on where it helps and where it gets in the way.
- Presentation and demo skills. Everyone here presents and demos on stage; you are compelling live, whether it is a partner keynote, a co-sell pitch, or an internal readout.
- Cross-functional operating chops as a peer of sales, not a vendor to it.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in MarTech, DXP, CMS, or AI-adjacent enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Drupal and its implementation-partner community.
Why Acquia
Acquia is the digital experience platform built for a world where your audience isn't only human. Its agents too. We help the world's most ambitious brands build, deliver, and optimize digital experiences — powered by Drupal.
This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and category creation. You will have executive support, a clear mandate, and the opportunity to define what developer relations looks like for a modern DXP.
We are an organization that embraces innovation and the potential of AI to enhance our processes and improve our work. We are always looking for individuals who are open to learning new technologies and collaborating with AI tools to achieve our goals.
