What You’ll Do
As a Data Center Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent data center infrastructure projects, spanning Greenfield builds, colocation white space fit-outs, equipment upgrades, and lifecycle replacements. You’ll serve as the single point of contact for all construction activities on your assigned projects, coordinating closely with data center providers, MEP contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Your role includes overseeing construction schedules and budgets, managing OFCI equipment procurement and installation, conducting design reviews, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, low voltage, and network engineering. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, integrating emerging technologies and design innovations into our infrastructure strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Oversight:
- Manage the build out of multiple data center projects concurrently, from detailed design to physical build out, including Greenfield construction projects, colocation white space fitouts, equipment upgrades, and end-of-life replacements. Oversee the work of MEP Contractors and Equipment Suppliers during the build out process.
- Internal Coordination with SMEs:
- Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and low voltage, to ensure project requirements, technical specifications, and solutions are properly aligned.
- Budget & Schedule Coordination:
- Work with our Data Center Providers and Contractors to prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts for design and construction expenditures.
- OFCI Equipment Management:
- Review and evaluate OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) equipment submittals, providing recommendations to the Construction Management team and Procurement teams.
- Design Reviews:
- Participate in page-turn meetings with consultants, providing feedback on designs, Sequence of Operations, Basis of Design documents, and commissioning plans.
- Vendor Management:
- Assist with RFPs for OFCI Equipment and Data Center Whitespace Fit Outs, evaluation of proposals, selection of vendors, and oversight on alignment with project budgets and schedules.
- Project Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports to both executive leadership and project teams, track project budgets, schedules, scope objectives, and progress.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, both informally and formally.
- Design Coordination & Site Visits:
- Conduct site visits during construction to review design implementation, assess construction progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, HPC, Supply Chain and Technical Project Management to ensure alignment with business objectives and project deliverables. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors or vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Transformation & Design Improvements:
- Contribute to internal design team meetings, proposing and exploring new technologies or design concepts to enhance project outcomes. Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into project designs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing data center construction projects, including Greenfield builds, colocation fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices, with hands-on experience coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and low voltage SMEs.
- Skilled in managing OFCI equipment procurement, submittal review, and installation oversight.
- Effective communicator with the ability to serve as the single point of contact for construction activities and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in tracking and managing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with contractors and data center providers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

What You’ll Do
As a Construction Onsite Foreman, you are Lambda’s eyes, ears, and hands in the field. You will hold daily on-site command of colocation white space fit-outs, high-density compute expansions, and infrastructure upgrades, working under the Data Center Implementation Manager and alongside the Data Center Implementation Project Manager to turn drawings and schedules into installed, energized, and accepted capacity.
You will direct and coordinate trade crews and vendor teams on the floor, sequence work across electrical, mechanical, low voltage, and network scopes, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep material and equipment flowing to the point of install. You will catch field conflicts before they become schedule impacts, escalate what cannot be solved at the site level, and own the daily record of what actually happened on your job.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Field Supervision:
- Serve as Lambda’s on-site lead for assigned data center projects. Direct daily activity across MEP contractors, low voltage and network installers, rack and integration crews, and OEM field service teams. Run daily huddles, set the day’s priorities, and confirm each crew knows its scope, sequence, and constraints.
- Fit-Out & Installation Oversight:
- Oversee physical execution of white space fit-out work including rack and cabinet setting, containment, busway and branch circuit distribution, rPDU installation, cable tray, structured cabling, liquid cooling and CDU tie-ins, and airflow management. Verify installations match approved drawings and Lambda standards before work is covered or energized.
- Safety Leadership:
- Enforce site safety requirements, energized work permits, LOTO procedures, hot work permits, and PPE compliance. Conduct daily safety walks, stop unsafe work immediately, and lead incident and near-miss reporting with the data center provider and general contractor.
- Quality Control & Inspections:
- Perform in-progress and pre-cover inspections, torque and terminations checks, labeling verification, and workmanship reviews. Build and drive punch lists to closure, rejecting non-conforming work and confirming corrections in the field.
- Trade & Vendor Coordination:
- Deconflict overlapping trade work, sequence access to shared space and shafts, and coordinate outage and switching windows with the data center provider. Escort and manage vendor access, badging, tool and material handling, and site rules compliance.
- OFCI Material Management:
- Receive, inspect, stage, and secure OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) equipment. Verify shipments against packing lists and submittals, document damage and shortages immediately, manage laydown and storage areas, and confirm material readiness ahead of each install window.
- Schedule Support & Lookaheads:
- Own the three-week lookahead in the field. Track daily progress against the construction schedule, flag manpower and material gaps early, and provide the Implementation Project Manager with accurate percent-complete and constraint data.
- Field Documentation & Reporting:
- Produce daily field reports covering manpower counts, work completed, deliveries, delays, safety observations, and photo documentation. Maintain redline markups, RFI and field observation logs, and as-built notes for turnover.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation:
- Resolve constructability conflicts and field questions at the site level where possible. Generate clear RFIs with photos and drawing references when a design or scope decision is needed, and escalate cost, schedule, or safety impacts without delay.
- Commissioning & Turnover Support:
- Support pre-functional checks, Level 1 through Level 4 commissioning activities, and integrated systems testing. Coordinate contractor availability for scripts, witness testing where directed, and drive open-item closure through final acceptance and handoff to Data Center Operations.
- Cross-functional Alignment:
- Work closely with Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, HPC, Supply Chain, and Technical Project Management so that deployment, cabling, and hardware install activities land in the right sequence and space is turned over ready for GPU deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comes from the trades, with a working foreman’s command of how mission-critical space actually gets built, installed, and energized.
- Experienced running crews and vendors in live and occupied data center environments where uptime and adjacency risk are unforgiving.
- Fluent in reading and marking up construction drawings, single lines, riser diagrams, submittals, and installation details.
- Sets a visible safety standard and is comfortable stopping work and holding contractors to it, including under schedule pressure.
- Detail-driven on workmanship, labeling, torque, containment, and cable management, with a low tolerance for shortcuts that create operational debt.
- Organized in the field with materials, tools, laydown, and deliveries, and disciplined about documenting what happened each day.
- Direct and clear communicator who can brief a project manager, challenge a contractor, and write a usable daily report.
- Comfortable working with limited oversight, making sound calls on site, and knowing precisely when to escalate.
- Proficient with mobile field tools, photo documentation, and punch list and project tracking platforms.
- Willing to travel to project sites and to work off-hours, nights, or weekends when critical activities or outage windows require it.
Top Five Requirements
1. Hands-On Data Center or Mission-Critical Field Experience:
- Proven record supervising construction, fit-out, or infrastructure installation work in data centers or comparable mission-critical facilities.
2. Crew & Trade Supervision:
- Demonstrated ability to direct and sequence multiple trades and vendors on a live site, holding daily accountability for scope, pace, and workmanship.
3. MEP & Low Voltage Installation Knowledge:
- Practical command of electrical distribution, mechanical and cooling systems, containment, and structured cabling, with the ability to read drawings and catch field conflicts.
4. Safety Ownership:
- Consistent enforcement of site safety, LOTO, energized work, and permitting requirements, with the authority and willingness to stop unsafe work.
5. Field Documentation & Reporting Discipline:
- Reliable daily reporting, photo documentation, redlines, punch list management, and clear escalation to project management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Completed trade apprenticeship, journeyman license, technical certification, or associate degree in a construction or engineering discipline strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of construction field experience, including 2+ years in a foreman, lead, or superintendent capacity.
- Direct experience with data center white space fit-out, critical facility construction, or comparable industrial and mission-critical installation work.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and low voltage systems and installation practices, including power distribution, cooling, containment, and cabling.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and installation instructions, and to produce accurate redlines.
- OSHA 30 certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire. NFPA 70E familiarity preferred. First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes, pre-functional checklists, and punch list closeout.
- Comfortable with field reporting tools and project platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com http://Monday.com) and with mobile photo documentation.
- Able to lift, climb, work at height, and remain on foot in active construction environments for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel to and work within active construction sites (~75%), including off-hours and weekend work during critical activities.

Your team will transform reactive security operations into a proactive threat management engine, dedicating the majority of their effort to automation, threat hunting, and capability building rather than constant firefighting.
Your team will directly affect customers’ trust in the safety of their data by implementing enterprise-grade detection capabilities, automating incident response workflows, and hardening our multi-cloud and bare metal infrastructure while you are building sustainable programs where senior engineers thrive solving novel security challenges. What You’ll Do
As a Construction Administrator, you will be the back-office backbone of Lambda’s data center build program. You will take in contractor schedules, submittals, drawings, RFIs, and change documentation across a portfolio of concurrent projects and turn them into a single clean, current, and trustworthy picture of where every project stands.
You will distill dense contractor schedules into the milestone views leadership actually uses, maintain rigorous document control across the full project lifecycle, and run the reporting cadence that keeps the DCIE team, our data center providers, and our contractors aligned. This role reports to the Data Center Implementation Manager and works daily with the Implementation Project Managers, field teams, procurement, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Distillation & Analysis:
- Ingest contractor and vendor schedules across multiple concurrent projects. Extract critical path, key milestones, long-lead deliveries, and float consumption, and roll them into consolidated program-level and executive-level schedule views. Flag slippage, sequencing conflicts, and milestone risk before they surface in the field.
- Master Schedule Maintenance:
- Maintain Lambda’s integrated program schedule and milestone tracker. Reconcile contractor updates against baseline, maintain revision history, and keep OFCI delivery dates, commissioning windows, and capacity ready-for-service dates aligned.
- Document Control:
- Own the project document control system end to end: drawing registers, specifications, submittal logs, RFI logs, transmittals, meeting minutes, permits, inspection records, and as-builts. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to manage the ODM/OEM landscape for Lambda's data center hardware, as part of the team focused on managing our system level ODM/OEM Finished Good Racks & Networking that power our rapidly growing AI cloud footprint.
You will own the end-to-end commercial and sourcing relationship with our ODM and OEM partners: selecting the right partner for each platform, running competitive RFQ/RFP events, negotiating build agreements and finished-goods pricing, driving cost transparency down through the bill of materials, and securing manufacturing capacity and ramp commitments that keep pace with our deployment schedule.
The ideal candidate knows how this hardware actually gets built. You are comfortable evaluating an ODM's integration and test capability, debating a BOM cost roll-up line by line, negotiating NRE and tooling for a new platform, and holding a partner accountable to a ramp schedule — while operating fluidly across global manufacturing footprints.
You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Planning, Global Commodity Managers and Operations to bring new platforms from concept through mass production and scaled deployment.
What You’ll Do
ODM/OEM Sourcing Strategy
- Own and execute the ODM/OEM sourcing strategy for your assigned finished-goods portfolio, including full-system integration, rack integration, and factory test.
- Map and continuously assess the ODM/OEM landscape — capability, capacity, technology readiness, quality track record, financial health, and manufacturing footprint — and recommend the right partner for each platform and program.

- Lead system-level commercial negotiations with ODM and OEM partners, including:
- Master manufacturing, build, and supply agreements

- Bill of materials cost transparency, should-cost models, and cost-down roadmaps

New Product Introduction & Ramp
- Support new platform and technology introductions from EVT through PVT to mass production, owning the commercial workstream at each gate.
- Align build schedules, qualification timelines, and capacity ramps with deployment commitments.
- Drive early sourcing engagement so manufacturability, cost, and capacity are designed in rather than negotiated after the fact.
- Manage engineering change commercial impact, cost deltas, and transition/inventory exposure across build phases.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Hardware, Network, and Data Center Engineering to translate platform, fabric, power, thermal, and rack requirements into sourcing and commercial strategies.
- Work with Supply Chain Planning to align partner manufacturing capacity and lead times with demand forecasts.
- Partner with Finance on system and rack cost models, budget planning, capex forecasting, and savings tracking.
- Provide market insight and recommendations to leadership on partner selection, cost trends, and build strategy.
Risk, Cost & Supply Resilience
- Develop and maintain supply continuity plans for the ODM/OEM base that address:
- Total landed cost and cost optimization
- Manufacturing capacity availability and build slot risk
- Lead time, long-lead component exposure, and buffer strategy
- Geographic, tariff, trade compliance, and geopolitical risk across manufacturing sites
- Partner financial and operational risk

- Proactively identify and mitigate risk across the ODM/OEM partner base and the systems they build for us.
You
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, ODM/OEM Management, or Supply Chain roles, with direct experience sourcing finished goods at the system or rack level — compute, storage, networking, or integrated hardware platforms.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing build and supply agreements with ODMs, OEMs, or contract manufacturers (e.g., Taiwan- and China-based ODMs, tier-one server or networking OEMs, or global CMs).
- Strong command of system-level cost structure: BOM cost roll-up, should-cost analysis, conversion and integration cost, NRE and tooling, and total landed cost.
- Experience owning platform-level partner selection and managing partners through NPI, qualification, and mass production ramp.
- Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing operations — integration, system test, rack build, logistics, and the realities of ramping in a global footprint.

We are hiring an IT Technical Program Manager to run the programs that make this portfolio move. You will be the first dedicated program management hire in Business Technology, building our portfolio operating model from the ground up: intake, prioritization, delivery cadence, and change management discipline. Business Technology is delivering a business transformation with roughly ten new enterprise systems this year and a growing integration and data footprint. - SOX Program: Serve as the program manager for Business Technology's SOX ITGC readiness workstream: track control design and remediation milestones across in-scope systems (ERP, procurement, EPM, HRIS, identity), coordinate evidence requests with external auditors and advisors, and report readiness status against the design readiness deadline.
- Program Cadence: Build and operate the operating rhythm: weekly status, steering committees, executive readouts, and escalation paths that resolve blockers in days.
- Change Management: Design and operationalize formal change management for Business Technology systems, including release calendars, freeze windows, and evidence capture that satisfies ITGC requirements. Partner with our SOX and compliance programs so control design milestones are built into program plans rather than bolted on at the end.
- Cutover & Go-Live: Drive cutover and go-live planning: UAT tracking, readiness reviews, hypercare exit criteria, and post-launch retrospectives that actually change how the next program runs.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage implementation partner and vendor delivery: SOW milestones, burn tracking, change orders, and holding partners to committed outcomes.
- Executive Communication: Communicate program status to COO, CFO, and Audit Committee audiences with clarity: what shipped, what slipped, why, and what we are doing about it.
- AI-Enabled Program Operations: Continuously improve how Business Technology delivers: templates, playbooks, and tooling (Jira, Google Workspace, AI-assisted status collection and reporting) that reduce program overhead and make delivery faster.
You
- Experience: 8+ years in technical program management, with at least 4 years running enterprise application or business systems programs (ERP, CRM, HCM, procurement, EPM, or data platform). You have carried at least two large implementations end to end as the program owner, including cutover and hypercare, ideally with a Big 4 or boutique implementation partner on the other side of the table.
- Technical Fluency: Fluent enough in systems architecture, integrations, and data flows to challenge a technical plan, spot a hidden dependency, and know when an estimate is wrong.
- Compliance & Controls: Have operated in a SOX or audit-facing environment and understand why change management, access controls, and evidence matter to a program plan. Experience working with external auditors is a strong plus.
- Operating Rigor: Run a tight operating cadence by default. Your programs have a single source of truth, current RAID logs, and no surprises in steering.
- Builder Orientation: Comfortable defining process from zero. You can take a team that runs on tribal knowledge and give it intake, prioritization, and delivery discipline without adding bureaucracy.
- Communication: Communicate exceptionally well upward and sideways. You can compress a messy multi-workstream program into one slide a CFO trusts.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and velocity. Priorities shift at a pre-IPO company, and you re-plan without drama.
- Attitude: An enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude. When you see a program drifting, you can't help but grab it.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with our stack: NetSuite, Salesforce, Coupa, Workday, Pigment, Workato, Okta, Lumos, BigQuery.
- Pre-IPO or IPO readiness program experience, including ITGC remediation or Audit Committee reporting.
- Experience with enterprise AI governance: tool approval workflows, AI inventory management, or build-vs-buy frameworks for AI-native applications.
- Experience using AI tooling to automate status collection, reporting, and program hygiene.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe credentials (useful, not required; judgment beats certification).

What You'll Do
- Manage and lead a team of data center technicians
- Maintain high availability, reliability, and security in the data center environment
- Ensure new server, storage and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in some of the world’s most advanced systems
- Document data center layout and network topology in DCIM software
- Work with supply chain & manufacturing teams to ensure timely deployment of systems and project plans for large-scale deployments
- Assess current and future state data center requirements based on growth plans and technology trends
- Manage a parts depot inventory and track equipment through the delivery-store-stage-deploy-handoff process in each of our data centers
- Create installation standards and documentation for placement, labeling, and cabling to drive consistency and discoverability across all data centers
- Oversee deployments and day-to-day operations of the data center
- Maintain uptime for assets and infrastructure, and ensure customer SLAs are met
- Participate in technical discussions and provide expertise on data center integration and deployment strategies
- Understand power/cooling requirements as well as cabling needs required within data center space to support high performance infrastructures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Sales, to align data center solutions with business goals
- Ensure the data center complies with Lambda’s standards and policies
You
- Have 5+ years experience with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers, such as power distribution, air flow management, environmental monitoring, capacity planning, DCIM software, structured cabling, and cable management
- Have basic understanding of Linux administration
- Have experience in setting up networking appliances (Ethernet and InfiniBand) across multiple data center locations
- Are someone who pays attention to detail and has the ability to follow instructions
