Lifecycle Marketing Manager
About the role
We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Lifecycle & CRM Marketing team. In this role, you'll build and optimize campaigns that engage, retain, and grow Chime members across their lifecycle — from acquisition through long-term retention — with a focus on member experience, revenue, and LTV.
This is a role for a hands-on marketer who thinks beyond the send. You'll work across email, push, in-app, and SMS, building campaigns grounded in member behavior and lifecycle signals. You'll partner with data, analytics, and cross-functional teams on segmentation, experimentation, and personalization — and you bring genuine enthusiasm for how AI tools are changing what's possible in lifecycle marketing.
This is a growth role for someone early in their career who has already shown they can execute and is hungry to build toward strategy. You move fast, ask good questions, and care about the member experience in everything you do.
If you're curious, driven, and love working in a fast-paced environment alongside people who care about the product and the member, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
- Build and manage lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS — from brief through launch and measurement
- Think in journeys, not just individual sends — you'll map member flows based on what they do, where they are in their lifecycle, and what they need next
- Develop audience segments that go beyond demographics and reflect where members actually are in their relationship with Chime
- Run experiments and come back with a clear point of view on what worked, what didn't, and what to do next
- Work closely with data and analytics partners to understand campaign performance and what member behavior is telling us
- Use AI tools in your day-to-day — for drafting, content variation, personalization logic, or finding efficiencies.
- Respect and apply channel best practices and consider channel health in building your strategy and programming: deliverability, frequency, compliance, and the overall member experience
- Collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships with creative, product, and other stakeholders to align on goals and get campaigns out the door
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with real campaign execution experience across at least one channel (email, push, in-app, or SMS)
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform — Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or something similar
- Detail-oriented: quality of output is important to you and you understand how it affects the member experience
- Comfortable with data — you can read a dashboard, pull your own numbers, and figure out what the story is
- You use AI tools and have real enthusiasm for them; you've formed opinions from experimenting, not just reading about it
- Strong instincts about what makes a good (or bad) member experience, and you speak up about it
- Clear written and verbal communication — you can translate strategy into execution and results into a coherent point of view
- You move fast, you're curious, and you pick things up quickly

Manager, CRM
About the role
We’re hiring a CRM Manager to join our Lifecycle & CRM Marketing team. You’ll own the technical foundation behind how Chime engages members across email, push, in-app, and SMS. This is a hands-on, technical role. You’ll lead principal-level projects that make our CRM programs scalable, reliable, and healthy, including the processes the team runs on, the health of every channel, and new tools and capabilities. You’ll operate with a high degree of independence, lead through ambiguity, and know when to escalate, partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Legal & Compliance. You’ll also help define how Chime’s CRM ecosystem evolves through data, AI, automation, and real-time personalization.
In this role, you can expect to
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day health of Chime’s CRM platform and channel ecosystem, setting a clear technical direction tied to member experience and business outcomes.
- Lead principal projects to implement, integrate, and scale new tools and capabilities, from defining requirements and evaluating vendors through rollout, adoption, and measuring impact.
- Monitor and improve channel health across email, push, in-app, and SMS, including deliverability, sender reputation, opt-in and reachability rates, frequency and fatigue management, and preference and consent management.
- Design and improve the processes behind lifecycle execution, including campaign intake, build standards, QA, governance, and documentation, so the team can move faster with fewer errors.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Engineering on the data foundations of CRM: event and attribute design, data flows into the platform, APIs and webhooks, and real-time triggering.
- Build and refine complex, data-driven journeys and personalization logic (e.g., Liquid, Connected Content, dynamic segmentation) and set the bar for technical execution across the team.
- Use AI tools and automation as a core part of how you work, and help lead the team toward more automated, agent-assisted, and personalized member journeys.
- Own outcomes for your area, connecting platform and channel improvements to reach, engagement, operational efficiency, and downstream metrics such as retention, primacy, and LTV.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 6–8+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, marketing technology, or lifecycle marketing, with a significant focus on the technical and operational side.
- Deep hands-on expertise with at least one enterprise CRM or marketing automation platform such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including advanced journey building, segmentation, and personalization.
- A track record of leading tool implementations, migrations, or major platform integrations end to end with cross-functional and technical partners.
- Strong knowledge of channel health and deliverability, including authentication, list hygiene, reachability, and consent management across email, push, and SMS.
- Working knowledge of data infrastructure such as SQL, event schemas, APIs, webhooks, and CDPs or reverse ETL tools (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Hightouch, Census), and comfort with analytics tools such as Hex, Looker, or Statsig.
- Experience designing and running operational processes like QA frameworks, governance models, and intake systems that scale across a team.
- Experience bringing AI and automation into your daily work, and a clear point of view on how CRM technology and lifecycle marketing are changing.
- The ability to turn technical complexity into clear recommendations, influence senior partners, operate independently, and recognize when escalation is appropriate.
- Deep member obsession and the judgment to balance member experience, compliance, and business needs.
- It’s a plus if you have experience in fintech or another regulated industry; are comfortable with HTML/CSS and templating languages; have built monitoring or alerting for channel health; or have designed automation- or agent-driven journeys.

Marketing Lead - US
Manager, Corporate Communications
About the role
This role will play a critical role in shaping Chime’s corporate narrative and reputation as a public company. You'll shape the company’s major moments and how we show up with reporters, investors, policymakers, and corporate stakeholders across quarterly earnings, corporate announcements, executive engagements, and high-stakes issues.
You're a sharp writer, strategic thinker, reliable partner that stays calm headed when things move fast. You think ahead, catch the details others miss, and can drive a workstream from idea to execution with little direction. You build trust with senior leaders, reporters, and cross-functional partners, and you're excited to grow into a broader role as the function grows.
You'll report to the Director of Corporate Communications and work closely with the rest of the Corporate Affairs team, along with Investor Relations, Legal, Finance, and Chime's leadership.
In this role, you can expect to
- Support our corporate announcements and financial communications: Drive communications for quarterly earnings and major company announcements, working with Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance. You'll help shape the media strategy and own the press materials, briefing books, and outreach.
- Own the corporate narrative: Own our messaging source of truth and help drive how Chime's corporate story evolves. Make sure it shows up clearly and consistently across earnings, announcements, executive platforms, and our owned channels.
- Grow our media and influencer program: Expand Chime's relationships with business, financial, and fintech reporters, as well as the creators, Substack writers, podcasters, and emerging voices shaping the conversation. Bring proactive story ideas, land high-impact coverage, and own how we handle inbound requests.
- Raise our executives' profile: Manage Chime's executive visibility program. Recommend where our leaders should show up, what they should say, and brief and staff them for interviews and speaking engagements.
- Lead issues management: Own sensitive media inquiries from first triage to resolution. Recommend our response strategy, write statements and responsive materials, and bring together Legal, Risk, Security, and other partners through our issues and incident processes.
- Be our AI champion: Bring innovative, AI-first thinking to the whole communications team. Build and scale the tools and workflows that change how we work. Collaborate with Marketing to drive our broader answer engine optimization (AEO) work and ensure we show up where our stakeholders are looking for information.
Keep the team running at a high level: Directly manage our agency partners, measure and report on the impact of our work, and keep leadership informed. You'll bring the project management discipline that keeps many workstreams moving at once.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 7+ years of experience in corporate, financial, or executive communications, in-house and/or at an agency. Experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer technology is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with public company communications, including quarterly earnings, and working alongside Investor Relations and Legal.
- Established relationships with business, financial, and technology reporters, with a track record of landing coverage and managing reporter requests.
- Experience preparing and staffing executives for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across press releases, Q&A documents, briefing books, talking points, and scripts. You make complex topics clear and compelling.
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment under pressure. You manage competing workstreams without dropping details and have experience handling sensitive issues and crisis communications.
- AI-first thinking and hands-on experience building AI tools and workflows that improve how a communications team operates. You turn recurring tasks into repeatable processes and help the broader function adopt AI in their work.
