Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will run the day-to-day execution that keeps Crusoe's marketing programs moving. Working closely with our marketing operations lead, you will build and QA campaigns across Marketo and Salesforce, manage the data flowing between them, and partner with every team in marketing to get programs live accurately and on time. Alongside that execution work, you will contribute to how the function scales — helping evaluate new capability in our existing stack, improving the processes behind the work, and building AI-assisted tooling that makes execution faster and more reliable. This role is ideal for a meticulous, systems-minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in work that is built right.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Build and configure Salesforce campaigns end to end — audience and list setup, workflow logic, send scheduling, and campaign hierarchy tagging
- Build, QA, and deploy marketing emails and nurture programs in Marketo, including segmentation, A/B setup, link and UTM checks, and send-time QA
- Build and maintain Marketo forms embedded on Crusoe-hosted pages, partnering with the web team on placement, tracking, and field mapping
- Stand up Marketo programs for webinars, field events, and product launches, including templates, tokens, smart campaigns, and channel setup
- Run data and list imports end to end — field mapping, normalization, deduplication etc
- Maintain data hygiene across Marketo and Salesforce, including dedupe rules, field standardization, unsubscribes, and sync error resolution
- Partner with Events, Digital, Content, Brand, Web, and Product Marketing through their planning cycles to scope upcoming campaign, email, and automation work, and direct contractor capacity when volume requires it
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales on lead routing, lifecycle stages, and scoring, ensuring marketing-generated leads are accurately assigned in Salesforce and every data point needed for downstream outreach is captured
- Build AI-assisted tooling and automated workflows that turn recurring operational work into repeatable, reliable processes the whole team can use
- Help evaluate new functionality across the marketing stack, contribute to scoping and integrating new tools, and improve existing processes as the team scales
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of marketing operations or marketing automation experience in B2B environments, with a proven track record of hands-on campaign execution and data management
- Deep, hands-on Marketo expertise as a primary builder — programs, smart campaigns, tokens, emails, templates, forms, segmentations, lifecycle, and scoring
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce — campaigns and campaign members, leads versus contacts, reports and list views — and a practical understanding of how the Marketo sync behaves
- Demonstrated experience importing and cleaning marketing data at volume with a high bar for accuracy
- Experience working across a growing, integrated marketing tech stack, with the ability to trace data across connected systems and diagnose where it breaks
- Practical AI fluency, with experience building AI-assisted tools or automated workflows that support an operations function
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building reporting that stakeholders rely on and turning campaign and funnel data into clear answers
- Experience supporting a wide variety of stakeholders — web, brand, digital, events, content, product marketing, revenue operations, and sales — and translating their requests into executable work
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across many concurrent campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) a plus
- Familiarity with our wider marketing stack — Sigma, Knak, Qualified, Webflow, Google Analytics, Workato a plus
- Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Process to stay on top of and implement the latest developments in marketing automation, martech, and AI tooling
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation and equity packages
- Restricted Stock Units
- Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
- Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
- Employer contributions to HSA account
- Paid parental leave
- Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
- Professional development & tuition reimbursement
- Mental health & wellness support
- Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
- Cell phone stipend
- 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
- Volunteer time off
- Global travel insurance & emergency assistance
- Daily meals allowance
- Additional perks & programs specific to location
Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
Crusoe is seeking a Sr. Manager, Communications to lead storytelling for the front lines of our business: the teams that site, power, and build Crusoe's AI factories — for ourselves and our partners — at massive scale. This role sits at the center of our Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG), Energy, and Real Estate organizations, driving the narrative around how and where we build the physical backbone of AI.
This is a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You'll dive deep into the AI infrastructure buildout — from gigawatt-scale power and site development to construction and community partnerships — and translate it into compelling stories that elevate Crusoe's work while protecting our brand. You'll partner closely with our Public Affairs and Government Affairs teams on community engagement, ensuring the places we build see Crusoe as a good neighbor and a serious partner.
This role requires mastery of messaging and storytelling, a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to execution, and a meticulous eye for detail. We are an AI-first company and are looking for a practitioner who views generative AI as a core part of their toolkit — someone who leverages modern AI agents and tools to scale their impact and sharpen their output.
What You'll Be Working On:
- News Engine: Drive a strategic news program that demonstrates momentum across Crusoe's data center development, energy, and real estate work — turning our buildout into a consistent cadence of high-impact moments.
- Media and Influencer Relations: Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists across infrastructure, energy, real estate, technology, and financial media. You must be able to pitch and place stories independently; we need a practitioner who can "hunt" and isn't solely reliant on agencies.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with our Public Affairs and Government Affairs teams to support community engagement in the markets where we build — ensuring local audiences, officials, and stakeholders understand Crusoe's investment and impact.
- Narrative Development: Partner with subject matter experts across DIG, Energy, and Real Estate to sharpen messaging — translating complex topics across site development, power, construction, and data center operations into compelling stories for a range of audiences.
- Thought Leadership: Work with Crusoe's bench of spokespeople to develop and place high-impact op-eds, keynote scripts, and social content that secures Crusoe's position as a leader in AI infrastructure development.
- Issues Management: Monitor the media and community landscape closely and coordinate timely, strategic responses to industry shifts, local dynamics, and challenges — protecting Crusoe's brand and reputation in a quickly shifting environment.
- Agency Management: Help manage our PR agency relationships day-to-day focused on your line of business — setting clear priorities, holding teams accountable to outcomes, and ensuring resources are deployed against the highest-value opportunities.
- Measurement: Own communications reporting. You will track coverage, share of voice, and program outcomes, using data to continuously improve strategy and demonstrate impact.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 7+ years in communications or public relations, with a demonstrated track record of securing press results at top-tier outlets.
- AI-First Mindset: You don't just talk about AI; you use it daily. You have integrated AI into your workflows — from deploying agents to automate tasks to using LLMs for research and drafting — and you adopt new tools as they emerge.
- Domain Expertise: Experience working in data center construction/development, energy, infrastructure, real estate, or AI industries is strongly preferred.
- Media Relations Expert: You have real, working relationships with journalists and influencers. You know how to pitch, place, and protect a narrative on your own.
- Exceptional Writer: Especially in today's AI-first world, your ability to write with nuance, clarity, and human insight is non-negotiable.
- High-Agency: You are comfortable executing with limited resources and high ambiguity. You proactively identify opportunities and build the plan without waiting for a roadmap.
- Collaborative & Low Ego: You know how to build trust across functions (DIG, Energy, Real Estate, Public Affairs, Legal) and move fast without stepping on toes. We're a lean team with no room for egos.
- Results-Oriented: You are metrics-driven and accountable, with a track record of turning communications efforts into measurable business outcomes.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation and equity packages
- Restricted Stock Units
- Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
- Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance

About the Role:
Sales can't sell what they can't explain. As we ship faster across datacenter, infrastructure, training, and inference, our field needs someone who can take a dense technical roadmap and turn it into a story a seller can tell.
Our product-line PMMs own the messaging for their individual products. This role sits above and across them. You take the positioning each product PMM produces and synthesize it into a coherent portfolio story, then translate that story into the plays, training, and competitive frameworks the field actually runs on. You are the connective tissue between the product-marketing bench and Revenue Enablement.
You own the sales narrative, the competitive intelligence, and the go-to-market motion across the whole portfolio. You own the first-call deck and the story arc that follows it through the customer journey, and you arm the field with the objections they'll hit and the plays to overcome them.
What You'll Be Working On:
SALES PLAYS
- Serve as the primary SME for building sales plays for new products and features, synthesizing across product lines into a single motion the field can run
- Translate product-line MRDs into sales-facing playbook components and launch guidance: what we're building, why, for whom, and what it displaces, framed for the questions sales will actually ask
- Partner with Product and product-line PMMs on launch calendars, ensuring Revenue Enablement gets months of lead time, not days
- Translate early-access and preview learnings into targeting guidance and field-ready talk tracks
MESSAGING & NARRATIVE
- Synthesize product-line messaging into a portfolio-level sales narrative using Command of the Message (Force Management), keeping the cross-product story coherent and differentiated
- Own the sales narrative for the First Call Deck: conversational up front
- Build modular slide libraries so reps can tailor by persona, segment, and use case without going off-message
TRAINING & FIELD READINESS
- Build curriculum components for new-hire onboarding and ongoing field education
- Build and deliver training with Product for Field Forum; help plan the calendar around launches
- Run train-the-trainer sessions with the Revenue Enablement team so enablement can scale delivery
- Review enablement-created content for technical accuracy before it reaches the field
COMPETITIVE & MARKET INTELLIGENCE
- Maintain competitive battlecards using one consistent framework, so reps learn the structure once and can recall it under pressure
- Keep the competitive matrix current across hyperscalers, neoclouds, and managed inference providers
- Publish digestible analyst and industry updates with FAQs and "what to say" guidance, drawing on sources like SemiAnalysis and Gartner
- Keep ICP definitions current and help sellers identify and qualify new ICP targets
CUSTOMER-FACING CONTENT
- Product one-pagers and datasheets for every product, ready to send
- Customer stories, each with a single business-impact slide reps can drop into any deck
- Infographics, top-ten lists, and short attention-grabbing assets for outreach and LinkedIn
- Build ROI/TCO calculators and other decision-support tools for sales
OPERATIONS
- Restructure and maintain content repositories so blogs, ungated content, and decks are discoverable, and so AI assistants and Field Guide can reliably pull the latest version
- Enforce version hygiene: one source of truth per asset, visible last-updated dates
What You'll Bring to the Team:
REQUIRED
- 10+ years in product marketing, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI, or machine learning
- Technical depth in AI/ML infrastructure: you understand the real differences between training and inference workloads, what makes an inference stack fast or cheap, and how customers actually evaluate compute
- Working knowledge of the competitive landscape: hyperscalers, neoclouds, managed inference providers, and the buy-vs-build calculus
- Fluency with sales messaging frameworks; Command of the Message strongly preferred
- Proven storytelling: you can take a technical concept and make a non-technical seller feel confident repeating it
- Real understanding of how enterprise sales works: pipeline stages, MEDDIC-style qualification, what a rep is actually doing in a first call, and why most enablement content goes unused
- Ability to work across a bench of product-line PMMs: synthesizing their work, not duplicating it, and holding the portfolio view none of them own individually
- Experience building content that sellers voluntarily reuse
STRONG PLUS
- Prior experience at an infrastructure, semiconductor, or AI platform company
- Background as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or technical seller
- Comfort with data tooling to build TCO models that survive customer scrutiny
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation and equity packages
- Restricted Stock Units
- Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
- Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
- Employer contributions to HSA account

- Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
