ABOUT PRIMER
Primer is a growing network of K–8 schools restoring the timeless foundations of American education. Inspired by the original teaching primers that shaped a nation of readers, thinkers, and builders, our schools begin with what has always worked, and build for what lies ahead. Close-knit learning environments. Skilled educators. A culture that takes kids seriously as learners and leaders.
Primers shaped the first 200 years of American children. Primer will ready them for the next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Every new Primer campus starts as an empty building in a city where we've never operated. Someone has to turn it into a school fast: pass code, fit the budget, and feel like Primer the moment a kid walks in. That's you. This isn't a support role bolted onto real estate. The pace we open campuses at depends on how fast and how well you can run this process, and the standards you set here get reused at every campus after it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Site feasibility and pre-construction
- Before Primer signs a lease, you've already run the numbers. You'll lead code analysis and zoning review, coordinate traffic and parking studies, run test fits and space programming, and make the go/no-go call on new sites. You'll also build the diligence playbook, so the next site evaluation takes days, not weeks.
- Permitting and project management
- You'll manage permitting across jurisdictions: building permits, fire life safety, ADA, zoning variances, change of use. You'll run the civil engineers, FLS specialists, and local architects of record on each project, and you'll know the code officials and inspectors in each city well enough that they pick up when you call. You'll juggle several projects at different stages without dropping a deadline.
- FF&E and product specification
- You'll research and spec the furniture, equipment, and branded materials that go into every Primer campus. You'll build a vendor list and product catalog other teams can order from. And you'll find the value engineering wins that save money without cutting corners on the student experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in architectural project management, interior design, or something close, with real ownership from design through construction
- Experience building design standards or prototypes for multi-location rollout (a big plus)
- Background in schools, retail, or hospitality, anywhere physical space matters to the people using it
- Deep knowledge of building codes, ADA, fire life safety, zoning, and permitting across multiple jurisdictions
- Fluency in 3D Modeling Software, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, or equivalent, plus comfort with project management tools (Asana)
- You'll be producing the standards and playbooks other people build from
- The ability to run multiple projects and vendors at once without losing a thread
WHY THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE A FIT
- You want to design one beautiful building and live in it for a year. This role moves fast across many sites at once, and nothing sits still long enough for that kind of depth.
- You'd rather hand off permitting and consultant management to someone else. Here, you're the one chasing the inspector and keeping the civil engineer on schedule.
- You need a finished playbook to work from. Part of the job is building that playbook as you go, so some of it will be genuinely undefined when you start.
Primer is a mission-first company. We believe our mission is the highest-leverage way we can create positive change. In service of that, we keep work centered on mission execution and avoid social or political activism at work that’s unrelated to the mission. If that energizes you, we’d love to see you apply.

You’ll own learning across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and fraud education through to manager development, leadership capability, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing. Some programs already exist; many don’t. You’ll be expected to identify where learning can have the biggest impact, design practical solutions, and deliver them.
This role reports to the Head of People and partners closely with leaders across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and own SentiLink’s learning and development strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing learning initiatives that have measurable business impact.
- Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including company onboarding, department onboarding, fraud education, manager development, leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand capability needs and develop practical learning solutions that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders across the company.
- Improve how employees access and share knowledge by helping build scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
- Act as the primary owner for learning and development at SentiLink, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-10 years of experience in Consulting (leading learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness workstreams), Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar.
- Experience building and scaling learning programs rather than simply delivering existing content.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
- Strong program management skills and the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives from idea through execution.
- Experience designing practical, engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where you’ll be building many programs from the ground up.
- Curious, collaborative, pragmatic, and highly execution-oriented.
PREFERRED
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Experience supporting technical organizations.
COMPENSATION:
$155,000-$200,000/year + equity + benefits
PERKS:
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
- Flexible paid time off
- Regular company-wide in-person events
- Home office stipend, and more!

Job overview
Omada Health is seeking a Director to drive the day-to-day execution and operations of our GLP-1 solutions within our broader cardiometabolic platform. This leader will help translate Omada’s GLP-1 strategy into clear plans, workflows, and cross-functional routines that support rapid, high-quality scale. Working closely with the VP and key stakeholders, you will coordinate across product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our GLP-1 program delivers measurable impact for members, customers, and Omada.
You will love this job if you enjoy turning complex strategies into structured execution, working in a fast-paced ever changing market, improving processes, enabling teams to perform at a high level, and driving accountable follow-through in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Implement and refine processes and tools that support collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across product, clinical, data, engineering, and marketing partners.
Help ensure GLP-1 program work is integrated with core Omada teams and workflows so that the program remains aligned with Omada’s broader cardiometabolic care model and member experience.
Program execution and performance
Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 program initiatives, converting strategy and ideas into clear project plans, timelines, and ownership.
Track and report on program OKRs and KPIs, including member outcomes, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer results, surfacing risks and opportunities early.
Develop and manage lightweight reporting and dashboards that provide visibility to Omada’s executive leaders and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of program performance and priorities.
Identify and drive discrete improvement projects (e.g., workflow changes, automation opportunities, process updates) that support high-quality scale of GLP-1 and cardiometabolic care.
Cross-functional coordination
Coordinate across clinical, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and regulatory partners to keep GLP-1 program work aligned, unblocked, and advancing.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support execution of GLP-1-related go-to-market and customer programs, including direct-to-employer and PBM channels.
Maintain regular feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external customers to capture insights on member experience, operational performance, and market needs, and channel those into program iteration.
Market and program insight
Build and maintain a practical understanding of Omada’s GLP-1 programs, cardiometabolic care platform, and business model, including how GLP-1 care integrates with Omada’s virtual clinic for diabetes, hypertension, and related conditions.
Stay current on GLP-1 and obesity care market trends across pharmaceutical manufacturers, digital health programs, and payer, PBM, and employer channels, and use these insights to inform execution priorities and stakeholder communication.
Support the VP and other leaders with concise input and perspectives that connect market signals to operational implications for Omada’s GLP-1 program.
Values and leadership
Model Omada’s values by cultivating trust, seeking context, acting boldly, delivering results, succeeding together, and keeping the mission at the center of daily work.
Foster a supportive, accountable environment for team members and partners, providing clear expectations and feedback and helping remove operational barriers to performance.
Required experience and traits
Experience: 10–12+ years in digital health, health technology, or a related healthcare environment, with 3–5+ years leading complex program or operations work in high-growth or rapidly changing settings.
Program and operational leadership: Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional programs, establish and maintain operating routines, and drive clarity and follow-through without needing to own overall company strategy.
Performance and analytics orientation: Experience defining and tracking program metrics, using data to identify issues and opportunities, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging from frontline teams to executive audiences.
Product and market familiarity: Understanding of digital health products, virtual care models, and cardiometabolic or chronic disease programs; experience with GLP-1s or obesity/chronic disease management is a plus but not required.
Adaptability: Comfort operating in ambiguity and changing priorities, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Bias for speed with judgment: Ability to move quickly and make pragmatic decisions, while understanding the difference between irreversible, high-impact decisions and reversible, iterative choices.
Benefits:
Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
Equity grants
Remote first work from home culture
Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
Generous parental leave
Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)

We build customers' and partners' expertise and confidence so they can turn their vision into outcomes — driving platform adoption, measurable ROI, and customer advocacy. Academy sits at the heart of the customer journey, from onboarding to mastery. We are a strategic lever for Bloomreach growth, not just a training function.

Learner obsession — every decision we make is for the benefit of our learners.
Craftsmanship — our work is grounded in learning science and industry best practice; we consult, challenge, and advise before we build.
Innovation — we continuously iterate on how we work, adopting new approaches intentionally to create real value.
Talent cultivation — we create the conditions for people to do their best work through opportunity, the right tools, and genuine support.
Overview of the Role
We're evolving our Academy Operations function from a generalist model into a discipline grounded in programme management methodology and specialisation. As a Senior Academy Programme Manager, you'll independently run Academy programmes end-to-end while starting to build depth in one specialisation: Learner Experience.
In practice, you'll support all aspects of Bloomreach Academy operations, with an increasing focus on Learner Experience. Learner Experience is about how it feels to learn with Bloomreach Academy, from the first interaction to advocacy. In this specialisation, your programmes will cover learner journeys, content discoverability, UX, personalisation and engagement strategy, and more. You'll partner closely with our other Senior Programme Manager (Systems Architecture), the Content team, and other teams internally to turn data and learner feedback into learning experiences that learners love.
What You'll Do
Programme management
Independently manage Academy programmes end-to-end, applying PM methodology in practice (project plans, stakeholder maps, milestone reviews, documented decisions), and drawing on guidance only where genuinely needed.
Act as a trusted partner for Subject Matter Experts, internal stakeholders, and learners, owning structured status communication and reducing recurring queries.
Create and maintain the process documentation and delivery frameworks the team relies on, and continuously improve core processes.
Leverage AI and automation to improve operational and delivery efficiency.
Specialisation: Learner Experience
Partner closely with the Content team, the other Senior Programme Manager (Systems Architecture), and other relevant teams on:
Shaping learner journeys and tailoring the experience to each learner persona's needs and preferences.
Setting the engagement strategy and building the communications and nudges that lift registration, activation, progression, and completion.
Improving content discoverability and the usability of Academy's learning environments (UX/UI), from navigation and course presentation to accessibility.
Turning learner feedback and behavioural data into a prioritised Learner Experience roadmap, then coordinating delivery against it across Content, platform, and operations teams.

Started building relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Marketing, Product Marketing).

Assessed the current state of Learner Experience and identified the key gaps.
Started taking over existing programmes and developing ideas for new ones.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in programme/project management, learning operations, L&D, customer education, UX, or a related operational field — ideally in SaaS, L&D tech, or a fast-moving technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to run multiple workstreams independently using a structured programme management approach (scope, milestones, risk, stakeholder management).
A genuine interest in (or experience with) learner experience: journey design, UX/UI thinking, and engagement/personalisation strategy.
Comfort working with data — pulling, interpreting, and acting on operational and engagement metrics, and building or briefing dashboards.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to give clear, structured updates to internal teams and leadership. English B2+ level.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a habit of using new technologies (including AI) to work smarter.
Self-organisation and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Nice to have: familiarity with LMS/learning platforms, authoring tools, or marketing/CRM systems; experience designing learner-facing or customer-facing journeys.
