Account Executive, Enterprise
At Braze, we have found our people. We’re a genuinely approachable, exceptionally kind, and intensely passionate crew.
We seek to ignite that passion by setting high standards, championing teamwork, and creating work-life harmony as we collectively navigate rapid growth on a global scale while striving for greater equity and opportunity – inside and outside our organization.
To flourish here, you must be prepared to set a high bar for yourself and those around you. There is always a way to contribute: Acting with autonomy, having accountability and being open to new perspectives are essential to our continued success.
Our deep curiosity to learn and our eagerness to share diverse passions with others gives us balance and injects a one-of-a-kind vibrancy into our culture.
If you are driven to solve exhilarating challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change, you will be empowered to make a real impact here, with a sharp and passionate team at your back. If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.
This is an Enterprise-level role within the Enterprise team in Braze's MEGS (Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports) organization. You will own a book spanning NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS clubs and league-level entities — a mix of existing team/league relationships to grow and protect, combined with a very strong mandate to acquire net-new logos across all four leagues. This is one of the first dedicated, vertical-native seats built for professional sports, with a ~110-day sales cycle that is unique to how teams and leagues plan and budget.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years selling SaaS solutions into enterprise accounts, with deep comfort running long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from a standing start. Experience selling into professional sports, media, or live-events organizations is a strong plus, but not required — what matters most is the ability to translate a complex, cross-departmental buying process (marketing, ticketing, digital, data/analytics, and business intelligence functions) into a coherent, value-based pitch, largely from scratch.
You'll operate as the "GM" of your book — building account strategy across a relatively small, high-value universe of teams and league offices, partnering closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to build a pipeline that is weighted heavily toward net-new acquisition, while also growing and protecting the existing relationships already in the book.
Core to your pitch will be Braze's Fan Equity framework: every team and league shares the same lifecycle marketing problem — fan attention peaks hard around game days, season openers, trades, and playoff runs, then falls off in the gaps between. Your job is to show how Braze's cross-channel orchestration and BrazeAI-powered personalization keep fans engaged through those valleys, turning single-game buyers into season-long, multi-year relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and build pipeline across a named set of NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS accounts, with a strong emphasis on net-new prospecting and acquisition alongside growth of existing relationships
- Build and execute account plans across the book, mapping decision-makers across marketing, ticketing/revenue, digital, and data/analytics functions
- Run a consultative, value-based sales process — from discovery through negotiation and close — typically over a ~110-day cycle
- Partner with a Business Development Representative and Marketing to build and prioritize pipeline coverage across the full book
- Develop and deliver executive-level business value assessments that connect Braze's platform capabilities to team/league-specific outcomes: ticket revenue, sponsorship activation, membership/season-ticket retention, and direct-to-fan digital engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Strategic Consulting, Customer Success, and Services to structure deals and ensure successful onboarding
- Represent Braze at relevant industry events, league meetings, and sports-tech forums to build brand presence in the vertical
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
WHO YOU ARE
- Background in Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in Marketing Technology, CDP, CRM, or adjacent categories
- Demonstrated experience in complex, multi-stakeholder solution selling
- Training and practice in value-based selling, with an emphasis on building Business Value Assessments; experience with Command of the Message a plus
- Genuine passion for and working knowledge of the professional sports landscape — how teams and leagues make money, and how fan engagement ties to revenue
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM or a comparable platform to manage pipeline, required
- Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp on new product surface area and cloud tools
- Proven track record navigating organizations with non-traditional buying committees and decision processes
- Strong verbal, written, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to travel for in-market meetings and industry events
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $121,000 and $190,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $239,000 and $375,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

We seek to ignite that passion by setting high standards, championing teamwork, and creating work-life harmony as we collectively navigate rapid growth on a global scale while striving for greater equity and opportunity – inside and outside our organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Senior Partner Account Director, AWS, you will define and drive Braze's global strategy for one of its most critical technology partnerships. You will own the Braze–AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) — shaping and owning the joint partnership vision over the next 2-3 years, identifying structural growth opportunities within the AWS ecosystem, and aligning executive stakeholders across both organizations around shared commercial objectives.
You will operate as a core strategic leader within the Partnerships organization — shaping how Braze engages AWS, influencing product and integration priorities, and ensuring the partnership delivers sustained ecosystem impact. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams at Braze and within AWS to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for someone who understands the AWS ecosystem deeply, is fluent in the customer engagement platform landscape, and can take strategic initiatives from ideation through execution at global scale.
- Define partnership strategy: Identify market pain points, ecosystem shifts, and structural growth opportunities within the AWS ecosystem. Develop a clear global strategy for the Braze–AWS partnership that drives pipeline, product alignment, and long-term commercial expansion
- Own SCA governance and milestone delivery: Lead the execution of the Braze–AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement — steering committees, QBRs, executive sponsorship cadences, and milestone tracking — ensuring both organizations deliver against multi-year commitments
- Define the two-year partnership roadmap: Set the forward plan for the partnership across integration priorities, co-sell targets, Marketplace revenue, and joint AI initiatives — and sequence the work required to deliver it
- Drive executive alignment: Lead senior executive meetings with AWS leadership and Braze leadership to establish shared objectives, long-term commitments, and governance structures that ensure sustained execution
- Own global partnership direction: Independently set the strategic direction for the AWS partnership and leverage cross-functional teams at Braze to execute against it with consistency and accountability
- Shape product and integration priorities: Collaborate with Braze and AWS product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap direction, integration development, and joint solution design aligned to customer and ecosystem needs — including where AWS's AI/ML and data stack intersects with customer engagement
- Set commercial ambition and targets: Define measurable goals for partner-sourced pipeline, revenue influence, Marketplace transactions, and ecosystem expansion — and hold both sides accountable to delivering against them
- Drive commercial performance: Work with Braze Sales leadership and regional PAMs to embed the AWS partnership into active deal cycles — operationalizing co-sell mechanics (ACE pipeline sharing, opportunity registration), Marketplace private offers, and EDP burn-down positioning — translating partnership momentum into pipeline and revenue
- Represent Braze in the ecosystem: Act as a strategic ambassador for the Braze–AWS partnership externally and internally — including at re:Invent, AWS summits, and partner advisory forums — positioning Braze as AWS's preferred customer engagement platform partner
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ years of experience within the SaaS/technology ecosystem
- 3+ years of that with Partnerships experience
- Experience working at or with AWS on strategic projects
- Experience managing a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) or comparable multi-year commercial commitment, including milestone delivery and joint investment frameworks
- Experience taking strategic projects from ideation through to execution
- An established network within the AWS community
- Deep familiarity with AWS — its GTM organization (PDMs, PSMs, ISV teams), partner programs (APN, ISV Accelerate, Marketplace), and how enterprise customers buy and expand on AWS
- Strong understanding of the customer engagement platform landscape and how cloud infrastructure intersects with marketing technology
- Experience driving AWS Marketplace as a commercial channel — private offers, CPPO, co-sell motions, and EDP/PPA burn-down dynamics
- Understanding of AWS co-sell mechanics (ACE pipeline sharing, opportunity registration) and how to operationalize them at scale
- Familiarity with AWS's AI/ML and data stack (Bedrock, SageMaker, Redshift, S3/zero-copy patterns) and where it intersects with customer engagement
- Experience building joint GTM with AWS industry verticals (retail/CPG, media, financial services) and regional field teams
- Track record of securing executive alignment across partner and internal stakeholders, including C-suite engagement and governance model design
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to align on integration priorities and advance a technically grounded partnership roadmap
- Able to operate independently in a strategic, first-in-kind capacity and embed partnership priorities into broader company-wide GTM motions
- Comfort operating across AWS's scale and internal complexity — navigating multiple orgs (service teams, partner org, field) to get decisions made
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $168,000 and $264,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $224,000 and $352,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Senior Partner Account Director - Technology Partnerships - AWS

- Able to operate independently in a strategic, first-in-kind capacity and embed partnership priorities into broader company-wide GTM motions
- Comfort operating across AWS's scale and internal complexity — navigating multiple orgs (service teams, partner org, field) to get decisions made
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $151,000 and $238,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $201,000 and $317,000/year (including bonus or commission).

Partner Development Manager
At Braze, we have found our people. We’re a genuinely approachable, exceptionally kind, and intensely passionate crew.
We seek to ignite that passion by setting high standards, championing teamwork, and creating work-life harmony as we collectively navigate rapid growth on a global scale while striving for greater equity and opportunity – inside and outside our organization.

Partner Development Manager (PDM), Global Strategic Technology Partnerships
Location: AMER Reports to: VP, Strategic Technology Partners
About the role
You'll work with some of the biggest technology companies in the world: AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and Shopify. As our AMER PDM for tech partners, you'll turn global partnership strategy into regional-specific execution in AMER that drives pipeline and revenue for Braze while feeding each partner's own commercial model.
You'll work most closely with our Global Account Leaders, who own the global relationship with a single partner (for example, the AWS global relationship owner), and our Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), who own partner activity on specific Braze customer opportunities.
What you'll do
Execute regional partner development strategies
- Work closely with global account leads to translate global partner strategies into AMER-specific execution.
- Own delivery of regional programmes that unlock new revenue opportunities for both Braze and the partner.
- Deepen partner relationships beyond the partnerships org, into industry and vertical sales leadership.
Own AMER AWS Marketplace growth
- Grow new business transacted through AWS Marketplace, moving Braze's engagement from reactive to proactive.
- Own the commercial levers behind marketplace growth: co-sell relationships, pipeline quality, and partner funding and incentive programmes.
Enablement and evangelism
- Champion Braze inside partner field organisations and build the case for why partner sellers should bring Braze into their accounts.
- Enable Braze sellers on when and why marketplace is the right route for a deal, and evangelise joint wins across both organisations.
What success looks like
- Pipeline: PQLs plus sourced and influenced closed-won business, growing quarter over quarter and year over year across your assigned GSPs.
- Marketplace: more ACV/TCV and transaction volume through AWS, Google Cloud, and eventually Snowflake marketplaces and field sales programs.
- Field engagement: Braze AEs, CPLs, and partner field reps actually running marketplace motions, not just hearing about them.
- Operations: clean, accurate partner pipeline data and a healthy partner referral flow.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years in partnerships, business development, or cloud sales at a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with hyperscaler and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake), including the funding and incentive programs around them.
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and sales motions in Salesforce.
- The trust-building skills to run joint GTM plays with partner field teams, and the operational discipline to keep the data behind them clean.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
Why Join Braze
At Braze, we’re building the customer engagement platform of the future. Our GSP ecosystem with AWS, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and Shopify represents a critical growth engine for Braze. As a Partner Development Lead, you’ll be on the front lines of driving this growth, shaping how we engage with partners regionally, and ensuring that marketplace and field sales motions are a consistent source of new revenue, influence, and scale.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $101,000 and $158,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $135,000 and $211,000/year (including bonus or commission).Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
