Ads Solutions Manager
Profound is the marketing platform for the age of AI search. The way brands reach people is being rewritten — AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode are now the answer layer between companies and their customers. We built the platform marketers use to understand, measure, and win in that world: the analytics, intelligence, and agent automation that turn AI search from a threat into a competitive advantage.
We went from 0 to a $1B valuation in 18 months. Revenue grew 100x last year. Our customers include 15% of the Fortune 500 like Walmart, Wayfair and U.S. Bank, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. We are backed by Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, LSVP, and Khosla Ventures — and we are moving fast enough that the people joining now are building the playbook everyone who comes after them will run.
As an Ads Solutions Manager, you will work directly with the brands running campaigns through Ads Studio, our paid visibility product built on top of our core organic visibility platform. Ads Studio is in its design-partner phase: a small group of committed advertisers are live, and a much larger pipeline is waiting to come on next.
This is a high-impact, customer-embedded role at the intersection of customer success, sales engineering, and product. You will own the customer relationship end to end, from signed deal through onboarding through ongoing campaign management, and be the subject matter expert customers turn to for anything related to targeting, bidding, pixel setup, or reporting. There is no established playbook for this yet. Early customer patterns will directly inform how Ads Studio evolves, and you will be the one shaping that.
What you'll do
Own the customer relationship from kickoff through ongoing campaign management for a portfolio of design partner and early customer accounts
Be the go-to expert on how Ads Studio works: pixel implementation, bidding, campaign setup, reporting, and the broader ad ecosystem inside ChatGPT
Run onboarding for new accounts so customers go live smoothly and get to value fast
Translate customer questions and blockers into clear asks for the product and engineering team
Track account health, flag risk early, and manage the beta-to-paid transition as accounts mature
Turn patterns across accounts into product feedback and repeatable process, not just one-off fixes
Build the playbook as you go: today there isn't one, and you'll be writing it
Serve as the primary post-sale partner for Ads Studio customers during their entire lifecycle with the product
Who you are
Experience in a client-facing role such as engagement management, customer success, or account management, ideally somewhere you owned the full relationship rather than a slice of it
Comfortable working with ambiguity and early-stage products
Want to become a real subject matter expert in a technical, fast-moving product area. You don't need an ads background already, but you need to want to go deep
A builder's mindset: you'd rather help design the process than inherit one
Startup instincts, whether from prior experience at an early-stage company or from actively seeking that kind of environment, paired with wanting the stability of a well-funded, fast-growing company around it
Clear, sharp communicator who can translate effectively between customers and internal teams
Location
This is an on-site role based in our NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $130,000 to $180,000 before variable compensation (NYC). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, variable compensation, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring.

VP, Strategic Partnerships
Head of Real Estate & Workplace
About the role
As Head of Real Estate & Workplace, you’ll own how Profound shows up physically in the world.
Profound is looking for a high-ownership operator to lead real estate, workplace, and office operations across a growing global portfolio, including New York, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, London, and future offices.
This person will own the physical operating system of the company: office strategy, leases, buildouts, workplace experience, vendors, budgets, services, and the daily details that help a high-intensity team move fast.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate strategically and execute relentlessly. The right candidate brings real estate judgment, hospitality instincts, operational discipline, and the urgency required in a founder-led, high-performance environment.
What you’ll do
Real Estate & Portfolio Management Support office searches, lease renewals, expansions, relocations, headcount planning, space utilization, and portfolio budgeting across all markets.
Buildouts & Office Launches Manage new offices and expansions from planning through opening, coordinating brokers, landlords, architects, project managers, contractors, IT, security, furniture, AV, and vendors.
Workplace Operations Run day-to-day office operations across all locations, including office standards, supplies, access, maintenance, seating, meeting rooms, food and beverage, and employee experience.
Hospitality & Culture Create offices people want to work from every day. Own the details that make the workplace feel productive, polished, energetic, and distinctly Profound.
Vendor & Budget Management Source, negotiate, and manage vendors across cleaning, security, pantry, maintenance, furniture, events, and workplace services. Maintain high standards while keeping costs disciplined.
Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with founders, People, Finance, Legal, IT, and team leads to ensure the workplace supports company growth, speed, and execution.
Who you are
5+ years of experience in real estate operations, workplace, facilities, office operations, hospitality, or a related role.
Experience managing multiple offices or distributed workplace operations.
Strong execution skills across office launches, moves, expansions, renewals, or buildouts.
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
Strong vendor, budget, and project management skills.
High attention to detail and strong service instincts.
Low ego, high urgency, and willingness to own both strategy and execution.
Ability to work across time zones and support a global team.
Location
This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. Travel will be required as we expand into new locations.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $175,000–$230,000 USD. Total compensation includes salary, equity, and benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

As VP of Account Management, you'll own the strategy, structure, and performance of Profound's account management org. You'll set the vision for how we retain and grow our customer base, build the coaching culture and commercial rigor that turns strong managers into great leaders, and ensure every account is positioned for long-term expansion. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue, you'll be a key architect of Profound's post-sale revenue motion -- partnering closely with Revenue, Post Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to align the AM org with company-wide growth goals and build a team that scales with the business.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop our Account Management org across Enterprise and Mid-Market, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable to team-level NRR, renewal, and expansion targets
Own the full AM org's book of business and be directly accountable for net revenue retention across both segments
Build and align segment-specific playbooks while maintaining a unified commercial motion
Establish a strong coaching culture, creating consistent frameworks for pipeline management, deal strategy, and performance development that elevate managers and their teams
Run executive-level pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal escalations across both segments, surfacing risk early and driving accountability at every level
Serve as a senior commercial partner on the most strategic accounts, joining C-suite business reviews, complex multi-year negotiations, and high-stakes renewals
Recruit, onboard, and develop AM managers and their teams, building structured career paths and clear growth trajectories
Partner cross-functionally to surface customer insights and align the AM org with broader company priorities
Champion tooling, enablement, and process improvements that help both segments operate efficiently at their respective cadences
Report directly to the SVP of Revenue and serve as a key voice in shaping overall revenue strategy
Who You Are
8 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, new logo sales, expansion sales including at least 3 years managing managers or leading multi-segment AM teams
Proven track record owning NRR and expansion targets across enterprise and mid-market segments, with demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams
Deep coaching and development instincts with experience creating frameworks that develop managers into strong leaders, not just strong individual contributors
Fluent across different sales motions -- high-velocity mid-market cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals -- and skilled at coaching teams through both
Executive presence and credibility to engage at the C-suite level, both in support of your managers and independently on strategic accounts
Entrepreneurial and decisive, comfortable owning outcomes and driving clarity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
High integrity and long-term orientation, focused on sustainable revenue growth and building a team that wins the right way
Location
This is an on-site role based in our NYC or SF office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
