PRODUCT MANAGER
This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Eastern timezone.
ABOUT US
1mind is building the next generation of revenue teams.
We are creating a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. Our platform deploys Superhumans, go-to-market teammates with a face, a voice, and a GTM brain that serve the buyer across the entire journey with one continuous memory. They engage, demo, onboard, and support in the moments no company could ever staff, so the handoffs disappear and growth stops leaking.
Join us as we define the category and build the platform that powers the next generation of revenue teams. When the buyer wins, the company wins. Every1 Wins.
ABOUT THE ROLE
1mind is building Superhuman AI for GTM — AI agents that talk to buyers over voice and chat, reason across context, and take action across the customer journey. As Product Manager, Platform, you'll work on the 1mind Console, the primary surface where customers configure, deploy, integrate, and manage their Superhuman. The role spans both the customer experience and the reusable capabilities underneath it, from integrations and permissions to configuration models and self-serve administration.
The Console already exists and is a critical part of the product today; the opportunity is to make it dramatically more intuitive, coherent, and self-serve as the company scales. You'll spend your time close to real customer behavior — watching people use the product, identifying friction, prototyping improvements, shipping quickly, and iterating — while also helping shape how customers interact with the platform through a new AI assistant that can understand intent and take action on their behalf.
This is a high-ownership role with significant surface area. You'll work directly with the Head of Product, partner closely with engineers, design, and customer success, and take over one of the most important product areas at the company — with real freedom to make it much better, and room to grow quickly as you prove out what you can own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the Console experience end to end — information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, empty states, errors, and how customers encounter complexity over time
- Define how an AI assistant helps customers configure and operate the platform conversationally, including what actions it can take and how to make those actions understandable and trustworthy
- Design workflow configuration that's expressive enough for advanced use cases while staying understandable to first-time users
- Own the customer experience around integrations — authorization, permissions, object and field mapping, sync behavior, and failure and recovery states
- Reduce the time and effort required to get a new account to a successful live deployment, and identify which manual moments should become real product experiences
- Partner with engineering on the reusable capabilities underneath the UI — configuration, permissions, integrations, and system state — so recurring problems get solved once
- Run usability sessions and customer conversations directly, translating friction and feedback into a clear point of view engineering and design can act on
- Partner closely with Customer Success to separate one-off requests from the broader product problems worth solving
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, workflow builders, configuration products, or other complex product surfaces
- Strong product judgment — able to look at a complicated interface and form a clear point of view on what's working, what isn't, and why
- Comfortable running usability sessions, talking directly to customers, and digging beneath a feature request to find the real problem
- Systems thinking — able to reason about how permissions, data, integrations, and configuration connect, and recognize when a fix is bigger than one screen
- Technical curiosity — comfortable with APIs, integrations, data models, permissions, and failure modes, without needing an engineering background
- A bias toward prototyping ideas quickly using modern AI and design tools rather than debating them in the abstract
PREFERRED
- Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, comfortable moving with speed and ambiguity
- Experience owning a role-based access control (RBAC) or permissions layer
- Background that includes exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology
- Fluency with AI prototyping and development tools as part of your regular workflow
WHY JOIN US
- We're completely transforming how companies go to market — building AI agents that do real work across the entire customer journey
- Take ownership of one of the most important product areas at the company, with real freedom to shape how it evolves
- Work alongside a small, high-ownership product and engineering team during a rapid growth phase
- High visibility, high-impact role — with a clear path to grow in scope as the company scales

About the Role
We’re looking for elite Account Executives who thrive on challenge, own outcomes, and want to be part of something category-defining.
You’ll run the full sales cycle, build pipeline from scratch, and lead conversations with senior executives at some of the most iconic enterprise brands in the world. You’ll evangelize a new way of going to market — AI-led revenue growth — and help us create the playbook for the next generation of GTM.
We have a high bar for excellence and will hire only the best of the best. If you’ve been looking for a place to move fast, think big, and win with purpose — this is it. (P.S. Meet our Superhuman, Mindy, to see 1mind in action.)
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from outbound to close to expansion — across mid-market, and enterprise
- Build and manage pipeline with a focus on executive-level outreach and high-velocity execution
- Lead strategic discovery and demo calls that tie 1mind directly to measurable business outcomes
- Partner with GTM leadership to evolve our strategy, messaging, and sales motion
- Act as a credible thought leader and category evangelist for AI-led growth in the market
- Founder’s mentality: You act like an owner — proactive, resourceful, resilient and always in service of the customer and the mission
- Executive presence & evangelism: You command a room, reframe buyer thinking, and tell a story that moves people
- Consistent overachiever: You’ve crushed quota again and again through precision, speed, and strategic execution
- Grit & coachability: You’re relentless, curious, and always leveling up. Feedback is fuel
- Process-obsessed: You’re buttoned up, data-driven, and operate with efficiency and intent
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership — and a strong network with C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS
- Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership matter
- Proven outbound muscle — you can build pipeline from zero
- Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Travel (up to ~30%): This is a hands-on, in-market sales role. While we’re remote-first, being face-to-face with customers is a key lever for growth, and you should expect up to ~30% travel. We’re building something early and ambitious, and that means showing up—on-site, at events, and wherever the opportunity is—to drive pipeline and revenue.
Why Join Us?
- We’re completely transforming how companies go to market — scaling revenue beyond human capacity
- Help define a new category and build the GTM engine from the ground up
- Work alongside a top-tier, high-ownership team during a rapid growth phase
- High visibility, high impact role — with room to grow as we scale
We’re looking for Superhumans to help us deploy Superhumans. If that’s you, let’s talk.
For this role, the expected base salary range is:
United States: $125,000 – $160,000 USD (plus commission)

- Proven track record of system integration: You should be comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Background in Workflow Design: Experience mapping complex business processes using tools like LucidChart, Miro, or Visio
- Client Management: Experience managing high-stakes projects for enterprise-level stakeholders, specifically during the "onboarding" or "activation" lifecycle
WHAT WILL HELP YOU THRIVE
- The "Architect" Mindset: You enjoy zooming out to see the big picture of a system, but you have the discipline to zoom in and fix a broken line of logic
- High Emotional Intelligence: You can read a room and pivot your communication style from "deeply technical" for developers to "value-driven" for executive stakeholders
- Adaptability: You are excited by the "blank canvas" of AI and aren't afraid to build the playbook as you go in a fast-evolving industry
- Relentless Curiosity: You want to understand the "why" behind every customer request to build a better "how."
PREFERRED SKILLS
- AI/ML Literacy: Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, or natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a major plus for troubleshooting integrations
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in CX (Customer Experience) or Digital Transformation sectors
- Project Management: Proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com http://Monday.com to keep multi-phase activations on track
WHY JOIN US
- Be at the forefront of AI-powered GTM operations
- Shape the future of how humans and AI collaborate in high-stakes business environments
- Work alongside a team of builders at the forefront of AI, product design, and GTM innovation
- Design for a product that lives at the intersection of visual design, voice, motion, and intelligence
- Remote-first, fast-moving culture with ownership, autonomy, and impact from day one
- Expand your network of Superhumans!

Forward-Deployed Engineering Lead

ABOUT US
1mind is a platform that deploys multimodal Superhumans for revenue teams. These Superhumans combine a face, a voice, and a GTM brain — equipped with deep technical and product knowledge. They can lead unlimited, simultaneous conversations 24/7, meeting buyers when they’re most active and engaged. Superhumans qualify leads, book meetings, deliver pitches, give interactive demos, handle objections, uncover pain points, build value models, provide support, and onboard customers. They live across websites, inside your product, can join live calls as active participants, and work alongside your team in deal rooms. 1mind Superhumans integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, scale instantly, and drive measurable impact — growing revenue, reducing headcount, accelerating pipeline to closed-won, and creating a more delightful buyer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to build 1mind’s forward deployed motion from the ground up. This is one of the most important hires we’re making right now — the person who fills it will define how our newest products land inside customer environments and will set the technical bar for a function we expect to scale rapidly.
You’ll embed directly with customers to deploy 1mind’s AI Superhumans into their live web applications — ramping quickly on unfamiliar products, working deep in the DOM and browser rendering layer, and building the automation that makes our agents perform reliably across every surface a buyer touches. You’ll own deployments end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, and iterating alongside customer teams until the product delivers measurable value.
This is a senior, hands-on technical lead role. You’ll start as the anchor engineer on our flagship deployment, then expand the motion across our existing customer base — codifying playbooks, shaping the tooling, and laying the foundation for the forward deployed organization we build around you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end forward deployments of 1mind’s products — from technical scoping and system design through production rollout inside customer web environments.
- Ramp rapidly on unfamiliar web applications, tracing and debugging HTML/DOM and rendering issues across static, server-rendered, and client-rendered architectures.
- Build and maintain robust UI automation using Playwright, Puppeteer, and Chrome DevTools Protocol to drive reliable agent behavior across desktop and mobile, and across Chrome/Chromium, Firefox, Safari/WebKit, and Edge.
- Work hands-on with the AI orchestration layer — prompts, retrieval, and agent configuration — to tune Superhuman behavior for each customer’s product and workflows.
- Handle real-world auth and web state — cookies, sessions, tokens, and local/session storage — to make deployments secure and resilient.
- Serve as the senior technical partner to customer engineering teams: run technical discovery, translate business needs into deployment plans, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Codify what works into repeatable playbooks, internal tooling, and documentation that make every subsequent deployment faster.
- Feed deployment insights back into the product roadmap, working closely with engineering and product leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Significant hands-on front-end engineering experience building and shipping production web applications — a must for this role.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals, with deep working knowledge of HTML elements and the accessibility tree (ARIA).
- Deep expertise in the DOM and browser rendering pipelines — static, SSR, and CSR — and comfort debugging rendering issues in the browser console and dev tools.
- Deep production experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte).
- Production experience with UI automation tooling: Playwright, Puppeteer, or Chrome DevTools Protocol.
- Solid grasp of authentication and web state: cookies, sessions, tokens, and local/session storage.
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM systems — prompting, retrieval, and orchestration — and genuine curiosity about deploying agents in production.
- Proven ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar web applications and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving customer environments.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills; comfortable leading technical conversations with customer engineering teams.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Preferred
- Experience in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role at a high-growth AI or developer-facing company.
- Experience building browser extensions or working deeply with the Chrome extension ecosystem.
- Cross-platform automation experience spanning desktop and mobile browsers.
- Deeper experience with RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, or AI orchestration layers.
- Experience creating playbooks, tooling, or processes that scaled a technical function beyond yourself.
WHY JOIN US?
- We’re completely transforming how companies go to market — scaling revenue beyond human capacity.
- Build a brand-new function from the ground up and define how a category-defining product lands with customers.
- Work alongside a top-tier, high-ownership team during a rapid growth phase.
- High visibility, high impact role — with room to grow into leading the forward deployed organization as we scale.

You will be responsible for developing optimal prompts and context management strategies for a variety of tasks involving large language models (LLMs) for our customers. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Services team to tweak prompts, troubleshoot bugs, and assist with implementing our platform. This includes reviewing conversations with our Superhumans and reviewing feedback in order to edit and author complex, dynamic prompts within our dialogue platform. We're looking for someone who is eager to grow with us, become the company expert in this area, and proactively lead initiatives once up to speed. We are especially focused on candidates with prompting and writing/copy-heavy experience, even if you are less technical on the coding side.
Responsibilities

- Phenomenal Communicator: Excellent at documentation and conveying complex ideas clearly.
- Critical Thinker: Able to quickly understand and master new concepts and solve problems effectively.
Details:
- Location: Fully remote position with optional workspaces available in New York City and San Francisco, California.
- Working Hours: Must be available to work standard Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 5 PM ET).
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 USD, depending on experience. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
- Employment Type: Full-time preferred, but contract work may be available.

- 3–7+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
