ABOUT AIROPS
AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.
Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.
Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a marketing leader who can take AirOps’ existing research foundation and build on it, creating a brand that’s known for being one step ahead of what’s happening in the industry and that marketers across industries and disciplines turn to and trust for its data-driven story telling. There’s no shortage of data: AirOps has millions of data points and search queries we track on a daily basis. What we need is someone who can find the interesting story in that data and turn it into high-quality, frontier content and research.
This role is a blend of thought leadership, research, and brand, and we’re looking for someone who has the ability to run the analysis and the taste to know what’s worth publishing. You’ll work directly with our executive team to set the direction for our thought leadership program, then partner across the org to turn research and insights into campaigns and programs that drive brand awareness, capture the attention of senior buyers, and help every marketer stay ahead of what’s coming next. This is a high visibility, high impact role with the ability to shape our brand, tell impactful stories, and see the impact of your work every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set our thought leadership program and direction: Work directly with our CEO and CMO to set the tone, direction, and strategy for our research and thought leadership program
- Determine the data worth digging into: You’re plugged in enough to know what is on our audience’s mind, and what hasn’t broken through yet, and can pair that with a strong point of view on the data we should be looking at to find the next story to tell. You’re not waiting for someone to tell you what stories to write, you’re deeply curious and have a backlog of data you want to dig into.
- Source and run your own research: You might not be a classically trained researcher, but you know your way around Claude Code and can learn quickly to be able to field expert surveys, query first-party product and usage data directly, and build a real point of view from raw findings, without needing to hand that work to an outside research partner.
- Build a program around research: Turn insights and thought leadership content into cross-channel campaigns and brand awareness. Work across product, events, design, product marketing, paid, and organic to create tentpole “moments” around our research that amplify our brand and point of view beyond our existing audience.
- Connect research to strategy: Partner closely with product and sales leaders to understand our product roadmap and target buyers, then build plans to launch research that underscores the importance of each product we launch or industry we break into
- Social distribution: Own our overall voice, tone, and cadence for research-focused social posts and content. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t want to just drive thought leadership, they want to help build our brand and voice.
- Our quality bar: The quality of our thinking is reflective of the quality of the work we’ll provide to our customers. This role should be the arbiter of our quality bar, moving with urgency but making sure nothing you ship looks rushed.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of experience in thought leadership, content marketing, research, or equivalent.
- Experience working with data: You’ve produced research reports, insights surveys, and data-driven storytelling before. You know how to dig into data and find the insight from it.
- Experience with, and excitement to dig into, deep datasets: We’re looking for someone who’s excited to get into Claude Code, find a data set, and figure out how to get the insights they need. You’ll have resources you can tap, but the goal is to have someone who can run on their own.
- Proven experience running cross-channel marketing campaigns: You can take a piece of content and turn it into a full campaign, spanning across paid, organic, and in-person channels, and enable our customer-facing teams on how to use this data in their conversations
- Strong brand point of view: You’ve got opinions on what a great brand looks like, and want to help continue to shape and refine ours.
- Experience with corporate and founder social: This role should help shape how we show up on social channels and how our thought leadership breaks through the noise.
ABOUT YOU
- You love a blank slate and are excited to come in and champion this program. The idea of taking this on immediately gets your wheels turning with ideas.
- You obsess over quality and storytelling. You aren’t interested in shipping something unless you truly think it adds to the conversation.
- You’ve got 20 newsletters you read a week and are always trying to keep up to date with the latest developments, market shifts, and opinions in the space. Being able to spot a shift before the rest of the industry catches on is a point of pride for you.
- You’re high-agency and hands-on. The idea of doing both strategy and execution sounds fun and you love rallying a team behind an initiative.
- You love working across marketing, sales, and customer teams and see yourself as someone who breaks down silos in an org to get everyone working together.

Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to our Revenue Operations Leader, you'll own the inbound requests that keep a fast-growing sales and marketing org running: routing changes, account movement, commission fixes, form and campaign setup, event operations, and reporting asks. With a growing team, you'll play a key role in keeping our revenue systems running and ensuring the team has the information and access they need to drive growth and bring in new customers.
Day to day, you'll live inside HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, and Crossbeam, building forms and campaigns, setting up marketing events, fixing what's broken, and keeping data clean enough to trust. You'll work with Claude and Notion to document process and move faster than a typical ops function. We're looking for someone ready to prove out the role and grow with it. At AirOps, that means real ownership from day one, not a queue of tickets in a large ops org.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Responsiveness to sales and marketing team requests, cutting the time between an ask and a resolved routing, account, or commission issue.
- Data hygiene across HubSpot, keeping records clean enough that reporting and routing logic stay reliable as the team scales.
- Workflow and integration health across HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, and Crossbeam, catching and fixing breakages before they slow the team down.
- Marketing campaign execution end to end: form builds, event setup, and campaign launches in HubSpot, without waiting on engineering.
- Campaign performance analysis, turning form and event data into reporting the team can actually act on.
- Commission accuracy in QuotaPath, resolving discrepancies before they become a rep escalation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hands-on HubSpot experience in a SaaS environment: real configuration and troubleshooting, not just admin panel familiarity.
- Experience building marketing forms, campaigns, and event setups from scratch, not just editing existing ones.
- A track record of fixing operational issues (routing, data, commission) without needing a detailed spec handed to you.
- Comfort working across both sales and marketing ops, not siloed into one side.
- Experience keeping CRM data clean at scale and building habits that prevent it from degrading again.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, or Crossbeam specifically.
- Familiarity using AI tools like Claude to speed up ops work.

Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Head of AI Ads to define, invent, and lead this emerging new product line. You will be AirOps’ principal authority on generative ads, building the foundational playbooks for how the world's top brands deploy capital across LLM-driven discovery channels. Equal parts category-defining strategist, growth systems engineer, and 0 to 1 operator, you will sit at the tip of the spear: converting early market signals into scalable product motions and teaching the industry how to win in the post-search era.
If you are a high-level performance marketing leader, growth operator, or founder who is eager to invent the future of digital advertising from scratch, this is your platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Category Blueprint & Strategy: Define AirOps’ playbook for AI-native advertising, creating the definitive frameworks for budget allocation, paid placements, organic authority, and content optimization across LLM platforms.
- Customer Growth Architecture: Partner directly with marketing executives and growth teams to map out early-adopter strategies, evaluating channel tradeoffs, testing mechanisms, and full-funnel ROI.
- 0-to-1 Experimentation Engine: Design and execute high-velocity quantitative experiments across emerging AI platforms to decode auction dynamics, recommendation algorithms, conversion triggers, and attribution models.
- Paid & Organic Convergence: Bridge the gap between performance marketing and AI Engine Optimization (AEO), guiding brands on when to leverage structured data, authority-building, or direct paid placements.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Serve as the public face and key voice of AirOps in the AI Ads ecosystem: publishing insights, educating executive buyers, and shaping market perception around the future of discovery.
- Product & Practice Building: Translate front-line customer learnings and experimental results into repeatable product specs and scalable go-to-market service motions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Spiked Performance & Growth DNA: Proven track record leading high-scale performance marketing, SEM, or paid media teams with deep mastery of auction mechanics, bidding logic, targeting, and multi-touch attribution.
- 6+ years experience in performance marketing, growth, digital advertising, or related relevant fields at high growth startups.
- First-Principles Innovator: A history of pioneering new, unproven channels or markets before standard playbooks existed. You thrive in complete ambiguity and create order out of noise.
- Holistic Growth Instincts: Sharp strategic judgment across both paid and organic levers. You view discovery as an integrated ecosystem, not just a series of isolated ad buys.
- Quantitative Rigor: Strong analytical instinct with a data-first approach to budget allocation, unit economics, incrementality, and performance measurement.
- AI & Search Curiosity: Deep, active fascination with AI-native discovery, LLM evolution, and answer-engine landscapes (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Category-Building Energy: High-bandwidth communicator with executive presence, passionate about establishing a new industry discipline at the intersection of AI, performance marketing, and brand growth.

Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're scaling AirOps into a full-stack AI Search offering for brands, and we need someone to own the build from the inside.
As the Lead Product Manager for New Verticals, you are effectively a founder-in-residence with the scale, capital, and speed of AirOps behind you. Your mandate is pure exploration and validation: identify untapped marketing and acquisition channels, run aggressive quant-heavy experiments, build out robust reporting foundations, and formulate clear hypotheses on where AirOps should make multi-million dollar product investments next.
You won't just be managing a roadmap; you'll be navigating total ambiguity, diving into SQL and funnel analysis, co-building with top customers, and transforming early performance signals into AirOps’ next core product lines. If you thrive on blank space, hyper-growth pace, and pure 0-to-1 ownership, this is your playground.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- 0-to-1 Channel & Product Incubation: Uncover, size, and test brand-new channels of business to expand AirOps into a complete growth marketing ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Formulate crisp hypotheses and run rapid, quantitative tests to evaluate activation, adoption, and expansion potential before committing heavy engineering resources.
- Measurement & Data Foundations: Build the core analytics foundation (funnel tracking, success metrics, leading indicators, custom dashboards) to rigorously prove or disprove channel viability.
- Investment Hypotheses & Playbooks: Turn validated experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks, pricing models, and strategic business cases that guide company-wide resource allocation.
- Customer Co-Building: Partner directly with forward-thinking marketing and growth leaders to translate ambiguous edge-case feedback into scalable product bets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- The Founder Archetype: You’ve founded a company, led a product at an early-stage startup, or spearheaded 0-to-1 growth bets inside a hyper-growth company.
- Strong Quantitative & Data Background: Deep experience with data-heavy products and analytics frameworks. You don't just consume dashboards - you build them, write your own SQL, analyze complex funnels, and make confident calls with incomplete data.
- Hypothesis-Driven Mindset: High-velocity instinct for testing. You know how to build low-fidelity MVPs and track early signals to validate demand before over-engineering a solution.
- Relentless Product Prioritization: Exceptional product instincts that balance customer empathy with brutal prioritization. Saying "no" to low-leverage ideas to focus entirely on high-potential growth vectors.
- Executive Presence & Co-Building Skill: High bandwidth to command the room with executive buyers, operate alongside technical teams, and collaborate across Growth, Data, Product, and Sales.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building or scaling data-dense products within MarTech, AdTech, SEO, AI Search, or Content Marketing.
- Prior history navigating rapid expansion phases ($10M → $50M+ ARR) at a venture-backed tech company.

As our Biz Ops Lead, you'll build the operational and analytical foundation that scales AirOps to $100M and beyond. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role — part operator, part strategist, part builder — where no task is too small and no problem is too ambiguous. You'll systematize the repetitive, sprint into the strategic, and help the business run faster and smarter at every layer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and own the operating cadences that keep AirOps aligned and moving — Annual Planning, WBRs, OKRs, etc.
- Design AI-native workflows across Deal Desk, Business Reporting, and workspace management using AirOps, Claude, and other tools
- Embed into functions for 2–4 week strategic sprints — diagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and driving them to completion
- Own deep analytical work - leadership reporting to deep-dive analyses across pricing, customer cohorts, sales capacity, strategic forecasting etc.
- Identify and size new opportunities — verticals, pricing motions, expansion plays — with clear unit economics and a path to execution
- Manage core operational infrastructure: compliance, vendor management, and G&A services
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or business operations role in a high-growth environment.
- Highly analytical — you build revenue models, cohort analyses, pricing tests, and capacity scenarios from scratch, and turn data into clear recommendations
- Automation-native — you reach for AI tools instinctively, vibe-code workflows, and eliminate manual work wherever you find it
- Systems-oriented — you instinctively turn recurring work into structured frameworks, not one-off solutions
- Fast context-switcher — you embed into a new function and contribute meaningfully within days
- Strategy and execution-focused — you drive projects to completion and own outcomes, not just facilitate meetings
- Comfortable across functions — you move fluidly across finance, GTM, and product without losing clarity or momentum
- Strong communicator — equally crisp writing an exec summary or facilitating a leadership offsite
- Low-ego — you take the unglamorous work as seriously as the high-visibility stuff
- Thrive in ambiguity — you bring structure, prioritization, and velocity to fast-moving environments.
Bonus:
- Shipped something with AI — built a workflow, tool, or automation that people actually used
- Revenue strategy exposure — you understand how dollars flow through the business, from pricing and packaging to pipeline and margin
- High-growth SaaS experience — you've seen the $10M–$100M ARR inflection points firsthand

ABOUT THE ROLE
AirOps is building the product content teams use to win in AI search — and this role is about turning hard problems into experiences people actually love. We’re hiring a Product Engineer to prototype quickly, ship customer-visible features, and iterate based on real feedback in days, not quarters.
You’ll work tightly with Design and Product, talk directly with customers, and help define what “great” looks like as we scale. If you have strong product taste, deep customer empathy, and love taking ideas from zero to one, you’ll be excited about this seat.
