Senior Software Engineer, Product

Alloy is where you belong!
Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.
Check out our investors and read more about us here.
About the team
The Decisioning vertical of our engineering department builds the engine that powers how financial institutions evaluate, approve, and act on risk. We own the core rules, workflows, and data pipelines that financial organizations rely on to make real-time decisions at scale.
The Build - Oak team owns a central part of Decisioning: the core services institutions use to evaluate, approve, and act on risk in real time, at scale. We build tools that power the rules, workflows, and data pipelines behind those decisions: a flexible engine that teams extend across any kind of customer data, the lists clients use to flag, block, or approve accounts at scale, and the AI that explains why a case was flagged and what to do next.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
What you'll do
You'll own core pieces of the systems Alloy uses to catch fraud and risk at onboarding and throughout a customer's lifecycle, and help shape where our newest AI feature goes next, with real room to define the work yourself.
Design and ship performant Postgres queries and Node.js APIs for our decision engine, which lets financial institutions build custom fraud and risk checks across any type of customer data, built to hold up under real-time SLA constraints
Own, end to end, the systems that let clients maintain their own lists of people, accounts, or countries to automatically flag, block, or approve, keeping them fast and reliable on OpenSearch as they scale to millions of records
Build and extend the AI feature that explains why a case was flagged for manual review and recommends a decision, working with AWS Bedrock and async tools like SQS and webhooks.
Talk directly with internal stakeholders and, at times, customers and channel partners, to turn ambiguous requests into scoped, generalizable features
Partner with the rest of the team on system design decisions as Decisioning's services expand to support new enterprise-scale rollouts
Who we’re looking for
Must-haves:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with real ownership of backend services in production
Hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL. You're comfortable reasoning about query plans, indexing, and performance under load, not just writing queries that work
Production experience with Node.js and TypeScript
Ability to gather requirements from an ambiguous ask, decide what to build, and iterate.
A track record of talking directly with internal stakeholders or customers to clarify scope, not just executing tickets handed down
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or a similar search and indexing system at scale
Experience integrating LLMs into a production feature, using Bedrock or a similar platform
Fintech, banking, or other regulated industry experience
React or similar frontend experience. This team leans backend, but we still ship full-stack when needed
We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?

About the team
Alloy is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded Channel Operations Manager to help scale the operational processes and partner-facing infrastructure that power Alloy's partner ecosystem.
This role will address the unique complexity of channel operations: multi-party workflows, reseller and pass-through structures, partner-attributed revenue tracking, and the process discipline required to grow through indirect channels without proportional growth in manual effort. The successful candidate will own the rules, programs, and workflows that make the partner motion function, and will define what gets measured, why, and what the source of truth for that data is, while partnering closely with RevOps, who own the underlying systems and enterprise reporting infrastructure those definitions get built into.
What you'll be doing
Partner Program Operations & Project Management: Operationalize the project management of partner-facing initiatives, including new partner onboarding plans, partner tier changes, PRM rollouts, and cross-functional partner launches, from kickoff through go-live, with clear timelines and accountable owners at each step.
Partner Administration & Coordination: A significant, ongoing part of this role is the direct administrative and coordination work that keeps the partner engine running day to day: processing order and amendment requests (e.g., data-source additions) with RevOps and Legal, maintaining accurate partner records in Introw and Salesforce, routing and tracking partner requests, and coordinating logistics for partner meetings, QBRs, and events.
Deal Registration & Partner Deal Governance: Own and continuously improve the deal registration process across the partner network, including the rules for what qualifies, how conflicts between partners (or partner vs. direct) get resolved, and how registered pipeline gets attributed and tracked through to closed revenue.
Partner-Facing Change Management: Design and maintain the operational infrastructure for coordinating third-party data changes that affect channel partners and their end clients. This means building the process, communication sequencing, and audience controls that ensure the right information reaches the right party at the right time, and that changes don't create downstream failures across a multi-layer distribution chain.
PRM & Partner-Facing Tooling: Own Introw (PRM) as the partner-facing system of record, including partner onboarding into the portal, partner data hygiene, and the partner experience layer. You are the source of truth for what clean, accurate partner data looks like. Partner with RevOps on the Salesforce/Introw/Gong integration so partner data flows cleanly into shared systems without manual re-entry.
Channel Reporting Definitions: Define the channel-specific metrics that matter, including deal registration accuracy, partner-tier performance, partner pipeline health, and operational velocity, and own the source of truth for that underlying data. You own what gets measured and why; RevOps owns the systems and builds the dashboards that surface it.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with RevOps, Finance, Technical Solutions, and Legal to ensure contract execution, order processing, implementation readiness, resource mobilization, and revenue recognition are effective and don't generate operational escalations.
Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks specific to the channel sales and delivery cycle, including where partner-attributed deals stall or where partner managers lose time to manual coordination, and deploy process-driven solutions to increase throughput without adding headcount.
Role Qualifications
Experience: 3-6 years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Revenue Operations in Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise financial software. Fintech, banking, or credit union experience is a strong plus but not required. Experience with reseller or pass-through billing models is a strong plus.
Channel Domain Knowledge: Real, hands-on understanding of multi-party deal flow, partner tiering, and deal registration, not just general sales pipeline management.
Systems Fluency: Comfortable working in Salesforce and a PRM tool (Introw or similar) day-to-day; doesn't need to own Salesforce architecture, but needs to configure and troubleshoot partner-specific objects and workflows.
Analytical Skills: Advanced data capabilities (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) and a track record of turning complex, messy partner data into clear reporting definitions that RevOps can build against.
We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager
New York City
Alloy is where you belong!
Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.
Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.
Check out our investors and read more about us here.
About the team
As our Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager, you will lead high-priority financial projects to drive rapid growth, guide company strategy, and create long-term value. This is a true player-coach role: you'll be equally comfortable deep in the weeds of a forecast and zoomed out framing the big-picture story for our executive team. You'll have the opportunity to own critical workstreams from start to finish, build planning processes from the ground up, collaborate closely with the executive team, and work cross-functionally across the business to manage risks and identify opportunities.
This is a high-impact seat where you'll have the chance to design and stand up the FP&A infrastructure that carries us through our next phase of scale. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous, and impact-oriented setting, this role is for you.
This role reports to the Director of Finance.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
What you'll be doing
Own the FP&A process front to back — from data inputs and model mechanics through to the insights and recommendations that reach the executive team
Build and stand up core planning processes from scratch, establishing the cadence, structure, and rigor that will scale with the company
Develop and maintain our headcount model, opex model, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring rigorous analysis and accuracy
Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
Who we’re looking for
4-7 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth company
A player-coach who thrives at both altitudes: you can dig into the nitty-gritty of a model and then step back to think strategically about what it means for the business
Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills with deep understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
Strong analytical mindset with ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights and financial plans
Ownership is important to you. You take pride in the quality and impact of your work, and you carry projects from start to finish
Exceptional attention to detail. You dig beneath the surface of every number, question assumptions, and are constantly seeking to understand "why."
Experience working with modern ERP and HRIS platforms such as NetSuite and Rippling

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!
This position has a salary range of $140,000 to $175,000.
Benefits and Perks
Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
Employee stock options
Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
