We're looking for an experienced commercial attorney who is comfortable negotiating vendor agreements critical to our operations, and versatile enough to navigate a range of financial agreements as well. Just as important, we need someone with the intellect and curiosity to help us build entirely new business lines as we grow.

Experience with negotiating external client agreements such as custody, brokerage or trading agreements
Complexity and Impact of Work:
Work closely with the firm’s Third Party Risk Management team on the company’s contract management framework, and develop guidelines and playbooks.
Drive work independently while leading medium-to-large projects and processes
Breaking larger projects down into smaller tasks
Function as a prolific individual contributor within the corporate and commercial space
Organizational Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Anchorage Digital’s strategy to successfully lead contract development and projects while taking into consideration the goals of the team your are supporting
As progress is made across different negotiations, making sure knowledge is shared across the appropriate teams
Ability to prioritize work based on company’s goals and communicate the ‘why’ behind your work.
Communication and Influence:
Build a close relationship with the sales, product, engineering, operations, and other teams to identify and resolve legal issues, structure complex agreements, and improve efficiency.
Strong communication skills (internally and externally)
Ability to be client facing while working with cross-functional team on multiple projects internally
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
J.D. degree with a focus on financial services or corporate law.
4+years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and vendor contracts. Experience negotiating brokerage or other trading-related agreements is a plus.
Demonstrated experience working closely with the business and other cross functional teams to resolve complex issues and strategize growth.
Enthusiasm for crypto and a foundational understanding of the crypto industry and applicable laws/regulations both in the US and internationally.
Demonstrated experience with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
The ability to execute with moderate supervision and balance commercial and legal realities.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
Own the full client lifecycle for protocols using Anchorage Digital's token vesting product — from the first demo through configuration, onboarding, bug fixes, support, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management. This is a high-bandwidth, hybrid role spanning both client-facing relationship management and hands-on operational/data execution. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of protocol clients — both pre-launch protocols preparing token launches and post-launch companies migrating onto the platform — while also doing the data and integration work that keeps those clients running. You'll have room to grow into a prospect-closing function and to build analytics and reporting that surface actionable insights and support new revenue operations. Strong bonus for candidates with a crypto background and a blend of commercial instinct and technical/data fluency.
We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Client Success & Operations Manager, Token Vesting role:
Technical Skills:
Drive operational and data execution — take in client spreadsheets, act as a temporary data admin, and upload, review, and validate client data for accuracy.
Build and configure the series of complex APIs that connect the platform to clients' custody accounts.
Communicate client reported bugs / needs directly with engineering team as primary point of contact.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
Lead a portfolio of protocol clients across both pre and post TGE.
Manage ongoing operational needs — data changes, adding users, bug fixes, and other day-to-day requests — with rigor across a portfolio scaling toward ~25 companies / ~2,000 users.
Organizational Knowledge:
Collaborate with the broader organization and engineering to own client requests, feature requests, and bug resolution.
Deliver status updates back to clients and coordinate with sales to identify and convert investor prospects.
Communication and Influence:
Listen to clients through a high cadence of meetings (typically 10–20 in the first quarter of a new engagement), surfacing issues early and discovering new opportunities.
Contribute commercial impact by upselling investor-facing products and expanding existing relationships.
Coordinate with existing CX, Custody, and Protocol team members for a mix of integrated service delivery.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
A crypto background, with the ability to speak credibly with protocol teams and token issuers and familiarity with tokens, vesting, and custody concepts.
A blend of client-facing experience (customer success, account management, or sales) and technical/operational execution ability.
Strong data and spreadsheet skills, with comfort performing data validation and quality control.
Experience with API configuration or technical integration work.
Strong communication skills, able to manage a high meeting volume and multiple concurrent client relationships.
A high level of organization and reliability under a heavy volume of concurrent relationship and operational tasks.
Commercial instinct — able to spot expansion, upsell, and conversion opportunities in the natural course of client work.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
Prior experience at a custody provider, exchange, or token infrastructure company.
Experience working alongside sales teams on prospect conversion.
You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
Anchorage Digital is building the world’s most trusted digital asset custodian and infrastructure platform, providing the foundation for institutions to participate in the crypto economy safely and securely. As we prepare for our next stage of growth and IPO readiness, we are seeking a highly experienced SOX & Internal Controls subject matter expert to join our Accounting Policy, Processes, and Controls team.
In this high-impact, "team of one" leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class internal controls framework. Reporting to the Accounting Policy, Processes, and Controls Lead, you will serve as the company's foremost subject matter expert on Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive self-starter to level up our existing foundation and drive strategy. Being fully successful in this role requires building scalable, audit-ready processes that meet the rigorous demands of a rapidly growing international business, effectively bridging the gap between SEC/PCAOB standards, complex financial regulations, and cutting-edge blockchain technology.

Technical Skills:
You have deep technical knowledge and are internally recognized as a subject matter expert in ICFR, U.S. GAAP, the COSO framework, SEC rules, and PCAOB standards.
You use your expertise in evaluating IT General Controls (ITGCs) and automated application controls to develop Anchorage's objectives, creatively achieve goals, and evolve our internal control systems.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
You use independent judgment to achieve innovative breakthroughs, leading large, strategic projects like our IPO Readiness and SOX 404 execution.
You define the strategy and execution of our internal control framework, breaking down complex regulatory requirements into scalable, simple initiatives that ensure compliance by design.
You own the aggregated deficiency framework and are accountable for outcomes that impact the entire financial reporting function and the success of our IPO transition.
Organizational Knowledge:
You possess deep knowledge that influences management on the strategic direction of our global internal controls framework.
You actively engage with different groups (Legal, IT, Operations, Risk) to develop and implement control programs that align with Anchorage's international expansion and regulatory requirements (e.g., New York DFS, Singapore MAS).
Communication and Influence:
You communicate complex financial and regulatory issues clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences.
You adapt your communication strategy to foster meaningful discussions with senior team members and auditors, build consensus, and drive cross-functional accountability for a rigorous control environment.
You will also partner with Legal and Financial Reporting to establish and operationalize a Disclosure Committee.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
10+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience, with at least 6–8 years of dedicated SOX program management responsibility.
An active CPA credential.
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, COSO framework, SEC rules, and PCAOB standards, alongside expertise in evaluating ITGCs, automated application controls, and system implementations.
A "Kaizen" mindset; you are a self-motivated professional with high integrity, strong project management skills, and a willingness to dig into anything to support the business.
The ability to thrive as a dynamic operator in a high-growth, autonomous environment, with proven skills to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience operating in a high-growth fintech or crypto environment.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
You have Big 4 public accounting experience.
You possess direct experience supporting a company through the transition from private to public (IPO).
You have familiarity with Optro (fka AuditBoard) or similar internal control program management software.
You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
Anchorage Agentic Banking is Anchorage Digital's agentic payments product: financial infrastructure for AI agents transacting on behalf of humans and businesses. We are building a new product from a clean slate, backed by Anchorage's deep security, custody, and financial-infrastructure expertise. As a Product Engineer, you will own the customer-facing product surface — the workflows customers use to configure, authorize, monitor, and manage agentic payments, the backend business logic and financial integrations behind them, and the docs and developer experience that make them usable in the real world. This is broader than UI: you take ambiguous customer needs, scope them, ship them, and operate them in production, with no PM relay and no separate team to hand off to.
We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Technical Staff (Product Engineer) role:
Technical Skills
Build full-stack product features spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and operational workflows in a compliance-sensitive financial environment.
Design and implement backend state machines and customer-facing status models for payment and stablecoin flows.
Create integration docs and onboarding examples that allow customers to self-serve without requiring support intervention.
Apply strong AI-assisted execution habits to accelerate implementation while maintaining judgment over critical product decisions.
Complexity and Impact of Work
Lead ambiguous, cross-functional product initiatives from vague customer need through scoped, safely shipped product change.
Own the full product lifecycle — API design, backend behavior, error states, docs, and the customer conversation when something goes wrong.
Define product specs independently, validate with team and customers, and drive to implementation without requiring PM handoff.
Balance shipping velocity with the correctness and reliability required for financial systems handling real customer funds.
Organizational Knowledge
Develop deep domain knowledge in crypto, stablecoin, fiat payment rails, and compliance-sensitive product workflows.
Collaborate with customers directly to surface friction points and translate them into clearer APIs, better docs, or self-serve product surfaces.
Contribute to scaling the product by turning recurring support and operational workflows into semi-automated, agent-assisted processes
Communication and Influence
Write product notes, design tradeoffs, and customer-facing documentation that enable customers to integrate confidently and independently.
Influence product direction by bringing customer signal directly into scoping and prioritization decisions.
Communicate complex financial product behavior clearly across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders.
You may be a fit for this role if you have
8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify ambiguous problems.
Ability to work across frontend, backend, APIs, docs, and customer workflows.
Comfort with financial systems (broadly: crypto, fiat banking, and payment systems), compliance-sensitive products, or willingness to learn the domain deeply.
Excellent written communication: product notes, integration docs, design tradeoffs, and customer-facing explanations.
Strong AI-assisted execution habits, with the judgment to know which decisions to delegate to the model and which to own.
Bias toward shipping useful, boring, correct systems over impressive but fragile ones.
Comfort talking directly to customers and using that signal to shape the product.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if
You're a tinkerer — you have cool demos and novel ideas.
You have real design sense and a track record of delighting users, not just shipping features that work.
You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
