Enable Internet businesses to sell across borders
We’re tackling a key challenge for all Internet businesses today: navigating the changing landscape of tax. In the last few years, software businesses have gone from not having to worry about sales tax, to needing to monitor their exposure, calculate local sales tax rates, and file returns in over 20 US states and many countries worldwide.
So much of our economy today and tomorrow exists online. The internet economy has grown 6x over the last 10 years and software development productivity is only positioned to accelerate. Companies should be able to transact with customers everywhere. Anrok is building the tools behind the scenes that make compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small.
Anrok connects with billing and payment systems to automate sales tax compliance end-to-end. We have raised over $50M from leading investors like Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures.
We’re looking for a GTM Systems Manager who can empower our rapidly growing GTM team with best-in-class tools, systems and AI-enabled processes. You’ll administer and scale our GTM technology stack, designing workflows and automations that delight our customer-facing teams and enable them to do their best work. In a rapidly-evolving world of GTM tech and AI, you’ll also stay informed of the most cutting-edge developments and proactively recommend if and how we should test them at Anrok.
Our GTM Systems Manager will be a critical, valued cross-functional partner to Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations and Partnerships leaders. As the first dedicated GTM Systems hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our fundamental tech stack and processes.
In this role, you will:
- Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper)
- Partner with GTM leadership to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales efficiency through tooling, technology and AI
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows and automation atop our technology stack
- Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows (such as customer handoffs between teams)
- Own the systems behind our quote-to-cash process
- Ensure data quality and security across GTM tools and systems as we scale
- Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies
What excites us:
- 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience with a focus on GTM systems and tooling
- Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certified preferred)
- Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into elegant and efficient workflows
- Experience managing end-to-end system implementations from defining requirements to launching improvements
- Curiosity and a point of view on how to make GTM teams more efficient and effective through AI
- Ability to triage feedback from sales and GTM teams and prioritize the most impactful work
What we offer:
- The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.
- Daily lunch and snacks for those working out of our San Francisco office.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%.
- One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits, and more.
- Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with.
- Annual team offsites and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubs.
- Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work.

We're expanding our Finance team and looking for a corporate finance leader to own how Anrok plans, measures, and tells the story of its financial performance. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll run board preparation, help shape the investor narrative, own the corporate model, and lead the company's financial planning — while partnering with leaders across the business to make sure we're investing in the right places. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility seat and a true thought partner to the Head of Finance on the company's most consequential financial decisions.
This is a rare seat to shape the full financial picture of a fast-growing company — not just maintaining a model, but building the planning, insight, and narrative that drive how Anrok grows. You'll work across every function and see how the whole business fits together, from go-to-market efficiency to the cost structure of the product itself. A great fit for someone with strong analytical foundations, comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company, and energized by building a function rather than running one in place.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Support board preparation and help shape the investor narrative — turning the numbers into a clear story of where the business is headed
- Own Anrok's corporate model — the integrated view of revenue, cost, headcount, and cash that underpins planning and strategic decisions
- Own the financial planning process end to end — and partner with Accounting and org leaders on budget-vs-actuals to explain performance, resolve discrepancies, and course-correct early
- Partner with GTM, Engineering, People, and Operations on budget and COGS strategy — bringing financial perspective to how each org invests, and where margin is won or lost across the business and the product
- Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Finance on the company's most strategic decisions — capital allocation, cost structure, and operating-model scenarios
- Build AI workflows for recurring corporate finance analysis using the team's AI-native tooling stack (Omni, NetSuite, Python, n8n, Claude) — reducing manual cycles and unlocking deeper analytical work
- This role is currently an IC role and structured to grow with the function — as Anrok scales, so does the scope and ownership of this seat
WHAT EXCITES US:
- 8+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A — you can build a model from scratch, stress-test assumptions, and know what "good" looks like across business stages
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and the executive team — supporting board and investor work and translating financial insight into decisions
- Deep fluency in B2B SaaS financials: corporate modeling, gross margin and COGS, opex and headcount planning, and the metrics that matter to a board
- Strong technical foundation: three-statement modeling, comfort with GAAP, and fluency with financial systems and BI tools (we use NetSuite, Omni, and SQL/Python) — you can build the model and trust the numbers underneath it
- Demonstrated ability to form a point of view and bring a clear recommendation — weighing trade-offs and communicating them, rather than just presenting numbers
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-assisted workflows and automation (Python, n8n, LLM-based tooling, or equivalent) — you build automation into your workflow rather than waiting for someone else to
- Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup — you operate well without a perfect playbook, prioritize ruthlessly, and turn ambiguous problems into structured analyses on your own
- Excellent communication skills—able to present to executives and the board, partner across functions, and influence decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; CPA or MBA a plus but not required
WHAT WE OFFER:
- The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.
- Daily lunch and snacks for those working out of our office hubs.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%.
- One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits, and more.

- Home internet reimbursement stipend.
- Wellness reimbursement program.

- Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work.

Anrok is the leading tax automation platform enabling businesses to expand globally without compliance complexity.
As the digital economy has grown 6x over the last decade, software businesses have gone from not worrying about sales tax to needing to monitor exposure, calculate rates, and file returns across 50+ US jurisdictions and many countries worldwide. This creates a critical bottleneck for companies that should be able to transact with customers everywhere.
Anrok eliminates this complexity by connecting with billing and payment systems to automate tax monitoring, calculations, and filing end-to-end. Our unified platform handles the ever-changing maze of tax laws at municipal, state, and federal levels—so companies can focus on growth, not compliance.
Our customers include:
- 40% of Forbes Top 50 AI companies
- 20% of Forbes Top 100 Cloud companies
- Top companies like Notion, Anthropic, and Cursor
We're making compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small, backed by over $100M from leading investors including Spark Capital, Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures.
We are looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Engineer focusing on AI Adoption, who can code, build, and deploy intelligent and agentic systems that transform how our revenue team operates. You’ll sit at the intersection of software engineering and go-to-market strategy, building systems and automation workflows, deploying services on GCP, and integrating Claude into production pipelines that run reliably at scale. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll own the full lifecycle from writing code to deploying securely within our existing infrastructure—shifting our GTM motion from human-capacity-first to AI-first, directly impacting deal velocity, team productivity, and our ability to grow 3–4x without proportionally growing headcount.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Design and execute the AI adoption strategy for the GTM team—identifying high-impact use cases for Claude, building reusable prompt libraries and AI agents, and establishing quality and security standards for LLM usage.
- Write and maintain production code (Python, JavaScript) that powers GTM automation workflows—from API integrations and data pipelines to Claude-powered agents that handle lead qualification, call analysis, and proposal generation, and more.
- Define and manage the deployment process for GTM-owned applications within a dedicated GCP project—including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and security best practices for AI-powered services.
- Design and implement secure integrations between systems, such as Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, GCP, and the Claude API—building robust data pipelines with proper authentication, error handling, and retry logic.
- Architect end-to-end automation workflows that eliminate manual work across the sales cycle—including signal-based lead enrichment and routing, post-call processing, pipeline management, and RFP response generation—building targeting infrastructure that compounds as the team scales.
- Create internal documentation, runbooks, and training content to drive team adoption; conduct hands-on sessions that help teammates incorporate AI tools into their daily workflows.
- Stay current on AI capabilities, GCP services, and industry best practices; recommend new tools and approaches that keep Anrok at the frontier of GTM productivity.
WHAT EXCITES US
- 4 - 7+ years in a technical GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering role with hands-on experience building and deploying production systems.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript—you write clean, maintainable code, are comfortable owning services in production, and have fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP Preferred)—you’ve deployed and managed services using Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, or Pub/Sub, and you understand IAM, service accounts, and secure deployment patterns.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or similar) in production—not just prompting, but integrating AI into reliable, monitored workflows with proper error handling and security controls.
- An owner's mindset with comfort in ambiguity—you take accountability from code to deployment to adoption, define scope with minimal direction, and ship good solutions rather than perfect ones.
- Comfort with ambiguity—you define scope and success criteria with minimal direction and understand that shipping a good automation beats perfecting one that never launches.
- You’re curious and motivated to learn new tools — you've experimented with AI in your work or on your own, you're excited about what's possible, and you've built something with it (an application, a workflow, a creative solution to a real problem) that you can walk us through.
