As we reengage directly with the market and accelerate new customer acquisition, we're looking for a high-performing Senior Manager of Demand Generation to help fuel pipeline growth across our target segments.
The Senior Manager of Demand Generation will be a key player in scaling our top-of-funnel pipeline and revenue engine. You'll lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across channels—working cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Content, and RevOps to build programs that convert.
This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting directly to the VP Growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B demand generation, is analytical by nature, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, collaboration, and results matter. AI fluency is a core requirement for this role: the person in this seat uses AI every day to research, build, analyze, and automate, and is always looking for the next place it can create leverage.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, content syndication, and webinars
- Build targeted programs for high-priority industries and accounts using 1:many and 1:few ABM approaches
- Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to align messaging, campaign focus, and lead follow-up strategies
- Test and optimize digital tactics and landing pages to drive qualified leads and opportunities
- Create campaign briefs, timelines, and performance projections in collaboration with Content and Ops
- Use AI tools to accelerate every stage of campaign development, from audience and account research to copy drafts, landing page variants, and test ideas
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Events teams to launch GTM campaigns tied to new product releases or key customer segments
- Work closely with RevOps and Analytics to track, report, and analyze campaign and funnel performance
- Support field marketing and partner marketing initiatives as part of larger integrated programs
- Champion AI-assisted workflows across the demand gen motion, sharing prompts, agents, and automations that make the whole team faster
Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance through tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and 6sense.
- Leverage insights to continuously optimize performance across channels and tactics.
- Own reporting and insights for your campaigns—what worked, what didn't, and why.
- Apply AI to analysis and reporting, using it to surface insights faster, spot trends earlier, and automate recurring performance readouts.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Track record of building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that convert leads into pipeline
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Unify)
- Strong analytical mindset - you're comfortable interpreting data, building reports, and using insights to drive decisions
- Experience collaborating with Sales and SDR teams to drive program success

As a member of the Finance team, the Senior Revenue Accountant will own operational revenue accounting and compliance at AppZen,. This role reviews, analyzes, and approves customer contracts and revenue arrangements under ASC 606, drives the month-end revenue close, and partners closely with AR & Collections, Deal Desk, GTM, and FP&A to ensure revenue, deferred revenue, and receivable balances are accurate, well-documented, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is initially an individual contributor role, with the expectation that it will grow into a managerial position as the Revenue Accounting function scales.
Responsibilities :
• Manage daily revenue accounting operations — review, analyze, and approve customer contracts using the ASC 606 framework and company policy for revenue recognition.
• Review and approve revenue arrangements for allocations, concessions, and similar items to ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606.
• Perform the month-end revenue close process, including revenue-related account reconciliations and journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, and unbilled receivables.
• Perform quarterly CECL aging analysis to ensure consistent application of ASC 326, and partner with the AR & Collections Lead to develop and report key AR metrics for management reporting.
• Work closely with the AR team to resolve complex AR and collections issues.
• Perform regular month-end close flux analysis, identifying and explaining significant variances in revenue and accounts receivable balances to support financial integrity and management decision-making.
• Perform and maintain the annual SSP (standalone selling price) analysis, including management of the item master and fair value records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Deal Desk, and AR teams to resolve issues.
• Support revenue accounting system initiatives, including implementation, testing, and optimization.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with coordination of the year-end audit with external auditors.
• Maintain the highest documentation standards.
• Partner with FP&A to provide inputs for revenue forecasts as needed.
• Prepare detailed revenue packages for management and the audit committee/Board as requested. • Participate in special projects as they arise.
What you need :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• 7+ years of experience in revenue accounting, and full-cycle accounts receivable, ideally for SaaS companies.
• Knowledge of US GAAP revenue accounting, specifically revenue from customer contracts (ASC 606), is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage effectively through ambiguity and complexity. • Consistently meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, and remains flexible.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace applications.
• Highly motivated, energetic self-starter and strategic thinker.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships within and outside the Finance team.

Responsibilities :
● Serve as a strategic advisor to customers by driving adoption, optimizing configuration, and aligning AppZen's AP automation solutions with business goals.
● Manage multiple customer engagements using strong project management practices, including regular status updates, adoption plans, and action tracking.
● Provide functional and technical expertise across AppZen's accounts payable and invoice automation capabilities, including support for major releases and platform enablement.
● Deliver compelling, data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer value realization to improve autonomous rates.
● Collaborate with internal teams and forge strong customer relationships to support growth, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
● Own a portfolio of enterprise Accounts Payable customers as the primary post-sales relationship owner – driving adoption, value realization, retention, and renewal.
● Drive Business and Value Reviews with customers, representing value realization metrics, expansion opportunities, and scalability avenues.
● Ensure governance and compliance for steady-state account transitions, including systematic Knowledge Transfer from Implementation teams.
● Run regular cadences with customer teams; forecast arising problems, flag issues and concerns ahead of time, and prepare solutions in advance to avoid escalations.
● Proactively monitor and report on operational health metrics (adoption, SLA reports, CSI) to internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk.
● Drive and coordinate RCAs and high-severity issues in close collaboration with PMG, Engineering, and the Global Support organization.
Must-Have :
● Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) background – deep, hands-on understanding of the end to-end lifecycle across procurement, invoice processing, AP operations, and payments, with working knowledge of how AR operates and intersects with AP. This role is specific to individuals with genuine P2P experience.
● 10+ years in accounts payable, finance, or invoice processing, with a strong preference for hands-on AP operations background.
● Knowledge of financial taxonomy and tax logic – GST rate calculations, tax codes, and jurisdictional treatment.
● Geo Experience - Experience in working across geos, adapting to different AP practices, compliance, and tax regimes globally, and comfortable operating across time zones.
● Hands-on knowledge of major ERP systems – SAP and Oracle at a minimum; familiarity with additional P2P / procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) strongly preferred.
● Demonstrated understanding of multi-vendor dynamics in P2P – how multiple ERPs, procurement suites, and AP automation tools coexist and interact in large enterprise landscapes.
● Experience with SaaS solutions- software configuration, and product demonstrations; familiarity with financial/accounting and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
● Proficiency in AI tools - (Gemini, Claude, Notebook) and Excel, with a goal-oriented, collaborative, curious, and adaptable approach.
● Proven client management skills; able to drive continuous improvement and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
● Communication Skills - ○ Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving; logical and thorough understanding of the AP and T&E process. ○ Exceptional customer presence and presentation skills; comfortable with C-level executives and liaising across cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end deployment of the solution (across all modules, functionalities, and integration points, and people/change management topics in scope), manage the roadmap, and report into the global steering committee.

AppZen is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead and grow our mid-market sales team. This is a player/coach role — you'll carry a quota and close deals while managing and developing a team of commercial account executives. You'll report directly to sales leadership and play a critical part in scaling AppZen's commercial motion.
What You'll Do:
Carry a personal quota and close new business within the mid-market segment
Manage, coach, and develop a team of commercial account executives
Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team quota attainment
Run structured 1:1s, deal reviews, and call coaching sessions
Partner with SDRs, marketing, and revenue operations to drive pipeline

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years managing a sales team
Proven quota attainment as both an individual contributor and a people manager

Strong coaching skills — ability to diagnose deal risk and develop reps
Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent)

About the role :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure and pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build scalable solutions, and ensure the availability and reliability of our data systems.
Responsibilities:
●Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines in the cloud using Python, SQL, and relevant technologies.
● Build and maintain data infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, leveraging services like EMR, Redshift, and others.
● Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide the necessary data solutions.
● Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
● Create and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures using PostgreSQL and other relevant database technologies.
● Experience reporting tools such as Superset, (good to have : Domo, or Tableau, Quicksight) to develop visually appealing and insightful data visualizations and dashboards.
● Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of data systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
● Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive information.
● Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate data solutions into existing applications or build new applications as required.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering
Qualifications :
● Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting.
● Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and working knowledge of services like EMR, Redshift, and S3.
● Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
● Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Superset, Domo, or Tableau.
● Experience with building and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Airflow.
● Knowledge of Python web frameworks like Flask or Django for building data-driven applications.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

About the role :
As a NetSuite Integration Architect, you will be the technical visionary responsible for designing, governing, and delivering seamless bi-directional integrations between NetSuite and AppZen. You will ensure that master data (Vendors, GL Accounts, POs) and transactional data (Invoices, Expenses) flow securely and scalably, maintaining NetSuite as the "Source of Truth" while leveraging AppZen’s AI for touchless processing.
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture & Design: Lead the design and delivery of complex NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), and RESTlets.
AI Integration: Define how AppZen’s AI-powered invoice capture and coding sync back to NetSuite to create bill records autonomously every 15 minutes.
Data Governance: Design automatic, bi-directional syncs for master data—including custom fields, cost centers, and tax codes—ensuring 100% data integrity.
Technical Advisory: Act as the primary technical advisor during implementation, guiding Fortune 500 stakeholders through complex configuration decisions and integration patterns.
Standardization: Develop reusable integration frameworks and standards to reduce custom development, accelerating time-to-value for customers.
Troubleshooting: Lead L3 support for complex integration issues, managing performance monitoring and bug-fixing during UAT and Hypercare.
Required Qualification :
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years in IT integration architecture, with at least 5+ years specializing in NetSuite.
NetSuite Mastery: Deep expertise in SuiteCloud tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) and NetSuite financial modules (P2P, AP, General Ledger).
Middleware Proficiency: Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or Workato for orchestrating complex SaaS ecosystems.
Fintech Knowledge: Strong understanding of "Record-to-Report" (R2R) and "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) workflows.
Security: Solid grasp of data privacy (GDPR), encryption, and secure API authentication (OAuth 2.0).
Preferred Skills :
Certifications: NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer or ERP Consultant.
AI Interest: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they transform traditional ERP workflows.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical architectures into business value for C-level executives.

Role Overview:
The Salesforce Developer will join AppZen and will be responsible for the overall design, implementation,
and support of solutions in the Salesforce.com environment. This requires the ability to develop and
support applications using Sales Cloud, Lightning Platform, APEX, Visual Force, Chatter and the
Force.com platform
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS/CIS or equivalent work
experience.
7+ years of Salesforce.com development experience. At least one large Salesforce
implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or
multi-locale deployment.
Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST based web services, and SOQL
Experience with integrating NetSuite, Conga, Docusign with Salesforce, automation of
quote-to-cash process.
Excellent knowledge of integration design and development best practices, governor limits, code
reviews.
Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure
proper code coverage.
Experience with Java, MATLAB, Python, HTML or other languages is a plus.
Platform developer certification I and II are preferred and Admin certification is a plus.
Responsibilities :
Design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com based cloud application solutions to internal
business teams within AppZen.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes and enhancements
along with technical documentation.
Build business logic into visual workflows, focused on positive user experience.
Provide technical support to ensure that the application is effectively implemented & managed
across our Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success Groups.
Provide technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow and
approval processes.
Partner with internal teams, third party vendors to develop consistent solutions and functional
integrations.
Responsible for design and code review, and release management.
