Role overview:
As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and scaling our core IT applications, enterprise infrastructure, and SaaS stack. Get fully acclimated with our IT Manager through guided system walkthroughs, peer shadowing, and hands-on access setup.
Shadow and take over the core operational application onboarding/offboarding workflows for new hires to ensure seamless employee integration.
Develop a baseline understanding of At-Bay's insurance-tech products, risk management platform, and internal team workflows to better align IT support with business needs.
By 6 months...
Single-handedly man the IT ship, taking full ownership of helpdesk ticket resolution from intake to fix with complete independence.
Independently oversee daily SaaS administration, automated user provisioning, and seamless SSO integrations.
Own the full hardware lifecycle—procurement, inventory tracking, and remote desktop support—without needing day-to-day oversight.
Drive high system uptime through proactive monitoring, issue detection, and performance trend analysis.
Own key operational SLAs, including ticket response times, frictionless employee onboarding, and strict access compliance.
What you’ve accomplished already:
Successfully administered and scaled enterprise SaaS applications, managing modern SSO integrations and utilizing APIs to automate manual workflows.
Proven track record of configuring and supporting foundational enterprise infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, and modern IT hardware ecosystems.
Demonstrated history of delivering high-touch, service-oriented IT support across cross-functional partners with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Led end-to-end IT inventory, procurement, and automated onboarding processes in a fast-paced or rapidly growing organizational setting.
Researched, evaluated, and implemented new IT tools or processes that significantly improved system availability, process efficiency, or overall infrastructure security.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
