Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A. We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier. If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place. About the role Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality—from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own one of Attio’s most important growth opportunities: building the demand engine that helps us win larger customers. You’ll lead our demand generation strategy across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Working closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Studio, you’ll build and scale our account-based marketing motion, lead field marketing initiatives, define our lead qualification strategy, and create the programmes that consistently generate qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution. You’ll be responsible for standing up new programmes, partnering closely with Sales, and continuously optimising how demand is generated, nurtured, and converted into pipeline as Attio continues to scale. What you’ll do Demand generation: Own Attio’s demand generation strategy, delivering integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Account-based marketing: Build and scale our ABM programme, partnering closely with Sales to engage high-value target accounts. Field marketing: Plan and execute events, executive dinners, roundtables, and other in-person experiences that accelerate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships. Lead management: Own lead qualification, scoring, nurture programmes, and sales handoff processes to maximise conversion throughout the funnel. Sales partnership: Work closely with Sales and SDRs to align on pipeline goals, enable account engagement, and continuously improve campaign performance. Performance optimisation: Measure campaign effectiveness, uncover insights, and continually experiment to improve pipeline generation and marketing ROI. What you’ll bring Demand generation expertise: A proven track record of building and scaling demand generation or account-based marketing programmes that drive measurable pipeline growth within B2B SaaS. Strategic ownership: Experience operating in a senior, high-autonomy role, building new marketing programmes and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Marketing operations: Strong understanding of lead scoring, qualification frameworks, funnel management, and sales handoff processes. Commercial mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimise marketing performance. Cross-functional collaboration: Experience partnering effectively with Sales and SDR teams around shared pipeline goals. Executional excellence: Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
