Product Manager – Software
Job Description
Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste. In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
Bevi builds smart water and beverage machines that have replaced billions of single-use bottles and cans. Behind that fleet sits the software our service partners, technicians, and internal teams use to see what every machine is doing and act on it. It is the connective tissue of the business and one of Bevi's clearest competitive advantages.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own it.
The vision is set. The near-term roadmap is committed and resourced. What we need is the person who drives that transformation and shapes it as it meets reality: the move from software that reports what happened to software that anticipates what's coming and makes the next action obvious. That work is well underway, the direction has leadership behind it, and the decisions that determine whether it succeeds are the ones you'll be making.
This is a single-product role by design. You will not be spread across a portfolio. You'll go deep on one platform, with a dedicated cross-functional squad behind you, and you'll be the person who decides what gets built and why.
The work sits where physical and digital meet. Every screen you ship traces back to a machine in a building somewhere, a technician on a route, and a partner deciding where to send them next.
What You'll Own
The product, end to end
- Carry a set vision into execution, and evolve it as you learn.
- Turn strategy into decisions the squad can build against: clear problem statements, sharp scope, honest tradeoffs, specs your engineers and designers can act on without guessing.
- Run the backlog with judgment. Say no often and explain it well.
- Hold a shipping cadence that people can plan around, including the release and quality discipline that makes a cadence real.
The priorities and culture for your squad
- Partner day to day with the engineers and designer dedicated to this product.
- Build the operating rhythm of the squad with your tech lead: how work gets sized, how decisions get recorded, how the team knows it's winning.
- Coordinate across the other software squads when your work touches theirs.
Understanding of the people who use it
- Get in front of partners, technicians, and internal teams regularly. Field visits and service ride-alongs are essential to understanding your product and users.
- Work with Design and Research as genuine partners in discovery rather than as a downstream service.
- Turn what you learn into a prioritized view of where the product is weakest, and bring evidence when you argue for it.
Data, and the discipline to use it
- Define what good looks like and instrument it, so adoption and engagement are measured rather than asserted.
- Build an experimentation practice on the product: form a hypothesis, ship a test, analyze the learnings, act on it.
- Use fleet and behavioral data to find the friction users don't report, and to size opportunities before committing a quarter to them.
A platform other systems depend on
- Shape how the platform exposes data and workflows to the systems our partners already run their businesses on.
- Work with Engineering on the access, permission, and data-model decisions that make a partner-facing platform safe to scale.
- Bring a point of view on where connected insight, automation, and intelligence genuinely help someone do their job, and where they'd just add noise.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years in software product management, with real ownership of a product or a substantial surface of one. Experience with B2B or B2B2C SaaS, operations or field-service software, marketplaces, or connected hardware and IoT is a strong signal.
- Inheriting and evolving: You've picked up a strategy someone else set, made it your own, and improved it without restarting it.
- Technical fluency: You can hold your own with engineers on system architecture, APIs, AI automations, and data pipelines. You don't need to code. You do need to understand how the pipes work and why a “small” ask sometimes isn't.
- Execution: A track record of shipping in an agile environment. You break big ambitions into increments that deliver value on the way to the destination.
- Analytical instinct: Comfortable in the data yourself. You can pull a number, question it, and build a case with it.
- Experimentation: Hands-on experience running A/B tests or a structured experimentation practice, and the judgment to know when a test is worth the cost.
- Design partnership: A strong eye for UX and a real working relationship with designers. Bonus if you've worked on a product that spans desktop and mobile.
- Applied intelligence: Practical experience shipping AI-powered features that turn complex data into something a user can act on, and a habit of using AI tools to move faster in your own work.
- Customer empathy: You seek out the people who use what you build, including the ones who are frustrated with it.
- Communication: You can talk to an engineer, a technician, a partner, and an executive in the same week and be clear with all four.

Senior Data Platform Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own the foundation the entire Data & Data Science org builds on. This is a senior individual-contributor role — reporting directly to our Head of Data — that's both strategic and deeply hands-on, spanning the full data platform stack from Git-based build standards through ingestion, transformation, and self-service BI. You'll work alongside other senior technical leaders on the team, each owning deep technical domains of their own. Your proving ground: designing and building our IOT data model — machine sensors, digital UI interactions, and beverage consumption — end to end, hands-on. It's a real, complex system, and it's how you show you can build on the platform you're setting standards for, not just describe best practices. You'll design and build the architecture and governance that let a growing team of analytics engineers, data scientists, and AI tools build and ship safely and independently, at speed, without sacrificing accuracy. This isn't a role that writes a playbook and hands it off: you'll build the platform yourself, evolve what the team has already put in place, and be the person other engineers look to for how it's done right. The right candidate combines deep technical expertise with innovation and operational excellence, thriving in a hands-on role to deliver scalable, production-ready, high-impact data solutions.
Your Day to Day:
- Own the full data platform — ingestion, modeling, self-service, CI/CD, and visualization — including the process, documentation, and enforcement that keeps standards followed.
- Design and build best-in-class reliable, scalable, and performant data architecture and data flows to support the democratization of data, analytics, AI, and ML initiatives.
- Partner with Software to identify, recommend, and implement the right tech stack to support streaming data at scale that integrates into our existing stack: Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Grafana.
- Own data modeling, transformation, and orchestration for IOT — machine sensors, digital UI interactions, and beverage consumption — partnering with Software, Hardware, Product, and Operations to translate complex data needs into production-ready solutions.
- Build the governed self-service model that lets teams build and ship their own data work safely; includes permissioning, PR-based peer review, production-readiness standards, and full lineage/traceability from source to dashboard.
- Continue to evolve how AI connects to our data including the governance and guardrails that let AI operate at scale without sacrificing accuracy.
- Continue to evolve the monitoring and alerting process so that it is scalable and reliable; comprehensive with minimal noise.
- Define and enforce best practices for privacy, governance, and security — including how we handle sensitive data (e.g., HR/people data) — and build the audit-ready rigor and change-management discipline a fast-scaling company needs.
- Collaborate with Data Science team members to enable advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML modeling.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers across the Data & Data Science organization.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend strategic improvements to the data platform.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform engineering, with demonstrated ownership of a full production data platform (not just a slice of it).
- Expert with modern cloud data stack tooling: Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, and a modern BI layer (Looker or similar).
- Fluent in how AI tools consume data — designed or governed access patterns for LLMs/AI agents querying structured data (eg semantic layers, read-only access controls, tool-calling patterns).
- Deep, hands-on experience architecting streaming and batch data pipelines at scale (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, InfluxDB).
- Track record designing governance models that let non-engineers quickly and safely self-serve — permissions, PR/review workflows, production-readiness gates.
- Experience building the observability layer for a data platform — monitoring, alerting, lineage, and data quality tracking — so breaks get caught immediately and every dataset can be traced from source to consumption.
- Strong SQL and Python, with a demonstrated track record of independently driving ambiguous, cross-functional problems all the way to production — not just recommending a solution, but building and shipping it yourself.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and driving innovation within high-performing data teams.

Experiential Marketing Program Manager
We're seeking an Experiential Marketing Program Manager to help run Bevi's experiential program day to day. This role owns the operations behind two core workstreams that power Bevi activations: BeviMobile—our growing fleet of 5+ Bevi product sampling vehicles, supported by a team of Tour Managers—and machine logistics for partner events across North America. You will manage partner events and the BeviMobile fleet and program end-to-end, including managing a team of 5 contractors.
Reporting directly to the Director of Experiential Marketing, you'll help take one of Bevi's fastest-growing marketing programs through its next phase of growth and scale. You'll work closely with Sales and external Partners to ensure the right BeviMobile and machines are in the right place at the right time, and continuously improve how we operate to drive greater impact as the program grows.
You're a strong communicator who can keep sales, external sales partners, Tour Managers, vendors, and internal teams aligned. You're comfortable learning the ins and outs of our machines and vehicles, enjoy solving operational challenges, and know when to improve a process instead of simply following it.
Success in this role means Tour Managers have everything they need to execute flawlessly, the fleet runs like clockwork, sales teams are always in the loop, and every activation is tracked and optimized for greater business impact. You'll have meaningful ownership over how this program operates and the opportunity to shape how we scale nationally.
Your Day-to-Day
BeviMobile Fleet Planning & Tour Management
- Manage the day-to-day schedule with Tour Managers, keeping the right BeviMobile vehicles in the right places at the right times to support Bevi's highest-priority sales opportunities.
- Directly manage a team of 5 Tour Manager contractors and serve as their primary point of contact for routing, staffing coverage, and real-time problem solving.
- Build and maintain the master schedule for multi-week, multi-city tours based on sales priorities, target accounts, and open pipeline—and proactively communicate weekly schedule updates to the appropriate sales teams, staying ahead of any changes.
- Keep the fleet running flawlessly: get ahead of restocking bibs, coordinate permitting and certificates of insurance (COIs) with business improvement districts, property managers, and municipalities, and serve as the bridge between tech support and Tour Managers when issues arise.
- Travel to BeviMobile sales blitz activations to train, observe, and continuously optimize how the program runs in the field.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure every activation is properly captured, measured, and reported so the program can optimize for greater business impact over time.
Partner Event Machine Logistics
- Own machine logistics for partner events and high-priority sales opportunities by coordinating requests from initial planning through successful execution.
- Verify event details, create Salesforce sales orders, and initiate Zendesk requests to route work internally.
- Track each request through delivery, installation, event support, and pickup while proactively communicating status to Sales.
- Coordinate field technician scheduling for installs, swaps, flavor changes, troubleshooting, and de-installs in partnership with Operations.
- Manage machine availability to maximize utilization while responding quickly to high-priority opportunities.
Requirements
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. The best fit may come from B2B account management, customer-facing operations, logistics, or program management—not necessarily the events industry. What matters most is that you're highly organized, proactive, and excited to truly own a growing program.
- Communication: A clear, proactive communicator who can keep sales, Tour Managers, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders aligned.
- Trainable & Curious: Excited to learn the technical side of our machines and vehicles. Experience with technical support, logistics, or customer operations is a plus.
- Problem Solver: Thinks several steps ahead to anticipate challenges, prevent problems, and find effective solutions.
- Surface signals from the field: Regularly share what's working and what's not with the Director of Experiential Marketing, pulling in real-time input from Tour Managers and Sales so the team can double down on what's driving results and course-correct on what isn't.
- Growth-Oriented: You've successfully taken on increasing ownership, improved processes, or helped scale a program with measurable results.
- Process-Minded, Not Process-Bound: You appreciate structure but know when to improve it.
- Highly Organized: Comfortable managing multiple schedules, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Location & Travel: Based in the Boston area with a minimum of two days per week in our HQ and travel expected as needed to support the tour.

Director, Food Service
We are seeking a Sales Director, Food Service to join our team. This role leads Bevi's fastest-growing vertical, spanning higher education, corrections, and senior living, at a pivotal moment in its growth. You'll manage and scale an existing sales team, drive outbound motion across institutional markets, and build the playbook that takes this vertical from strong to category-defining. It's a high-ownership role for someone who brings deep industry relationships, a hard-driving approach to monthly targets, and the ambition to grow with the business long-term.
Your Day to Day
- Own the targets for the fast-growing Food Service vertical across Higher Ed/K-12, Government/Military, Corrections, Healthcare (e.g. Senior Living)
- Step into an existing book of partner relationships and pipeline, and manage a structured transition to take full ownership; this is a scale-up role, not a cold start
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives, with the expectation that the team doubles in size as the vertical scales, including hiring, onboarding, and setting territories
- Coach the team on deal strategy, pipeline management, and how to navigate complex sales cycles
- Drive outbound motion across institutional markets, leveraging direct outreach and partner relationships
- Own deal structuring and pricing strategy for institutional accounts, including navigating procurement and RFP-driven processes where relevant
- Refine and extend the go-to-market playbook for food service, including outbound strategy, partner enablement, and account activation
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline reporting for the vertical, with regular updates to sales leadership
- Stay sharp on the competitive landscape in institutional food service and beverage, and use that intelligence to sharpen positioning and win rates
- Identify where the food service playbook can extend into other verticals and sales teams, and champion that expansion with sales leadership
- Represent food service in cross-functional planning, bringing market insight to product, marketing, and leadership conversations
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, with meaningful time in food service, hospitality, or a closely adjacent institutional vertical
- A genuine network — you know the operators, the buyers, and the decision-makers, and they know you
- Experience managing and building sales teams, ideally through a period of rapid growth
- A track record of hitting and exceeding booking targets in a high-volume outbound environment
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, still-being-built environment; you're energized by figuring things out, not slowed down by it
- Strong instincts for partner-led sales and channel dynamics
- Hiring and onboarding new AEs as the team scales
- Coaching on deal strategy and pipeline management

Manager, Technical Training and Enablement
This role exists to ensure excellent Bevi client and partner experiences, delivered through excellent training, an excellent Bevi Help Center, and the clear processes and documentation behind them. You own that full system: how partners and internal technical teams learn to install, service, and sell our platform, and how well-equipped they are to deliver for the customer.
You lead a small, high-output team (an Instructional Designer and a Technical Content Manager) and own the enablement engine end to end: training, documentation, the Bevi Help Center (internal SOPs and Partner-facing technical content), and the LMS. You will build and scale both e-learning and in-person programs, partner closely with Sales, our partners, and Product and Engineering on new product introductions (NPI), and continually rethink how this function should work, using AI to drive efficiency and shape where it goes next. This is a hands-on role.
Your Day to Day
- Team: Lead and develop the Instructional Designer and Technical Content Manager; set priorities and hold a high bar on quality and speed.
- Training: Own onboarding and ongoing curricula for partner and internal/technical audiences (e-learning and in-person), including modules, tests, milestones, and readiness assessment. Onboard, upskill, and coach partner technicians, branch managers, and operations managers to drive efficiency in the field and technical proficiency.
- Documentation and Help Center: Own the intake, accuracy, and upkeep of technical documentation, specs, and the Bevi Help Center, so clients, field teams, and partners always have the right guidance.
- LMS: Administer the Learning Management System (e.g., Absorb) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or similar): users, content, content effectiveness, reporting, and completion tracking.
- Cross-functional and NPI: Run a regular cadence with Sales, partners, and Product and Engineering to capture process guidance and turn new products and changes into training and docs on time. Drive communication and gain buy-in across the business and with partners.
- Process and scale: Continuously improve how training, documentation, and the Help Center are built and managed; use AI to drive efficiency, measure effectiveness, and build structures that scale with our partner network.
Requirements
- Experience building and running technical training or enablement programs, ideally across both internal teams and external partners or channel networks.
- People leadership experience, or clear readiness to manage and develop a small team.
- Working knowledge of LMS and authoring platforms (e.g., Absorb, Articulate), plus Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Atlassian (Confluence, Jira).
- Ability to teach different learning styles across formats: verbal, written, video, and e-learning.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator who gains buy-in, aligns stakeholders, and keeps a program moving.
- A process builder who uses AI to find efficiency and rethink how training and documentation should work in the future.
