ABOUT BLITZY
Blitzy is an AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into enterprise grade code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We’re backed by tier 1 investors and built by repeat founders with a track record of scaling successful companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to bring Blitzy’s product, customer, and category stories to market.
You will develop product messaging and execute content, campaigns, launches, customer stories, and sales enablement programs across the buyer journey. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives—and understand how to distribute those narratives across the right channels to reach engineers, CTOs, CIOs, and other enterprise decision-makers.
This is a writing- and execution-intensive role. You should be equally comfortable developing a core story, adapting it for different audiences and channels, and measuring which formats and distribution strategies drive engagement and pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Create high-impact content, including white papers, customer stories, solution briefs, blogs, webinars, and presentations.
- Develop product messaging and translate new capabilities into differentiated, buyer-relevant narratives.
- Build distribution plans that match each audience, asset, and funnel stage to the right owned, earned, paid, partner, and sales channels.
- Turn core content into channel-specific assets across web, email, social, paid media, webinars, events, and sales outreach.
- Execute product launches across web, email, social, sales enablement, and campaign channels.
- Develop landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, nurture sequences, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive materials.
- Measure engagement, conversion, pipeline influence, and sales adoption by channel to improve performance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first six months, you will have:
- Shipped high-quality content across multiple formats and funnel stages.
- Executed product launches with coordinated messaging and campaign assets.
- Published customer stories with clear, credible business results.
- Improved the consistency and effectiveness of website, campaign, and sales copy.
- Built trusted relationships across product, engineering, sales, and demand generation.
- Established a reliable process for moving projects from brief to publication.
- Demonstrated measurable contribution to engagement, pipeline, sales velocity, or product adoption.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of product marketing, content marketing, or technical marketing experience in B2B technology.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across long-form, web, campaign, and sales content.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical products to engineering and executive audiences.
- Experience executing product launches and integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content distribution, audience-channel fit, and cross-channel campaign execution.
- Experience using performance data to optimize content formats, distribution, and conversion.
- Experience creating customer stories that connect technical results to business value.
- Strong project-management and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant writing, launches, campaigns, or customer marketing.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with the enterprise software development lifecycle or product development lifecycle.
- Experience marketing AI, developer tools, software modernization, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity products.
- Understanding of enterprise buying committees and regulated industries.
- Experience working with designers, video producers, agencies, and freelance contributors.
- Familiarity with web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and content-performance tools.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with image and video creation tools, including AI-assisted creative platforms, to produce and adapt campaign assets quickly.
WHO YOU ARE
- A strong storyteller: You find the clear narrative inside complex technical material.
- Hands-on: You write, edit, and ship the work—not just manage the process.
- Technically curious: You ask enough questions to understand how the product actually works.
- Outcome-oriented: You connect every asset to a buyer, business objective, and next action.
- Resourceful: You can move from an imperfect brief to a polished deliverable.
- Collaborative: You build productive relationships across technical and commercial teams.
- Fast and precise: You work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy or quality.

You'll work in a fast-moving environment where your input on design-level decisions actually matters, and where solving problems proactively is valued as much as fixing what's already broken.

ABOUT BLITZY
Blitzy is an AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We’re backed by tier 1 investors and built by repeat founders with a track record of scaling successful companies.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Developer Advocate to help developers understand, adopt, and ship code with Blitzy through technical content, real-world sample repos, and direct engagement with the developer community. You'll create high-impact technical content for developers, CTOs, and tech-forward audiences across a range of platforms, using Blitzy itself to demonstrate real software development in action. You'll also own the strategy behind it: audiences, formats, stories, and how we measure success.
You'll work closely with our fast-growing team, pivoting quickly to unblock developers, building both reverse- and forward-engineering examples, and partnering with our forward-deployed engineers to turn customer conversations, strategy discussions, and developer trends into new content ideas.
You're a developer and creator who speaks as naturally to engineers as to CTOs and CIOs. You've shipped production code, built open-source repos others actually use, or led hands-on technical training. You know how to connect with creators, influencers, and developers, and how to make sure their voice is heard inside the company.
What You'll Do
- Create weekly content (videos, demos, written guides, live demos, podcasts, tutorials) that drives engagement and builds trust with our audience.
- Own the content strategy: audience, platform, format, and editorial calendar, backed by data and tied to business goals.
- Show up in developer conversations on X, Reddit, Discord, live streams, and wherever else developers go, including new platforms as they emerge.
- Turn complex technical concepts into stories developers actually want to engage with.
- Represent the external developer community inside Blitzy, routing product friction, feature requests, and objections to the right teams with actionable detail.
- Build genuine relationships with developers, CTOs, creators, and community leaders, including an active influencer and creator network.
- Run the creator/influencer program end to end: outreach, briefing, follow-through, and reporting on results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, engineering, and product to showcase what's being built and how companies can best use Blitzy.
- Build and maintain samples, reference implementations, and technical guides using Blitzy.
- Demonstrate technical credibility by using the tools you showcase, including live and unscripted.
- Represent Blitzy at events, conferences, meetups, and hackathons, and turn those moments into lasting content.
- Report on impact in terms leadership can use, and adjust strategy based on the data.
- Mentor and help level up other team members.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a developer advocate, software engineer, or other technical-creative position.
- Strong presence on screen or voice-over: confident, clear, and authentically engaging, including unscripted and live.
- Technical fluency: ability to understand development workflows, write software, and use AI tools effectively. You can hold a real conversation with a senior engineer without bluffing.
- AI-native: AI tools are already how you work, not something you're evaluating.
- Proficiency with content creation and screen recording tools (Loom, Screen Studio, Descript, Premiere, etc).
- Demonstrated ownership of a content or community program end to end, with results you can point to.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content optimization (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit).
- Experience turning technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Comfortable operating without a fully built playbook. Some of what you'll own here has never been run.
- Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work independently.
- Genuine passion for developer tools, AI technology, and storytelling.
WHY THIS ROLE
- This isn't a role where you create content from a distance. You'll be the face of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the country, building in public, using the product live, and engaging directly with the developers who represent the future of software.
- You'll have real ownership over the content created, how, when and where it’s created, and continue to develop and show off your technical abilities and experience.
- Opportunity to define a new category in enterprise software at the ground floor
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation + equity
- 401(k) with 4% Match
- Unlimited PTO
- Comprehensive health benefits

Manager, Business Development

ABOUT BLITZY
Blitzy is an AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We’re backed by tier 1 investors and built by repeat founders with a track record of scaling successful companies.
THE ROLE
We are building Blitzy's Business Development function from the ground up, and this is the first people-leadership hire in it. As BDR Manager you will own the founding cohort of technically-fluent BDRs, recruit, onboard, certify, and coach them to the Blitzy standard and build the coaching layer of a world-class pipeline organization designed first contact to close. You report to the VP of Business Development and partner closely with Account Executives, Enablement, RevOps / Sales Productivity, and Recruiting.
This is a builder's role and a player-coach role: the playbook, the standard, and the tooling exist in first-draft form, your job is to install them with real reps, hold the bar, and make the motion repeatable. Success is a high-quality pipeline that converts, produced by a team that ramps fast and stays.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Hire, train, and develop the founding BDR cohort; maintain coverage across the territory as the team scales.
- Own onboarding and enablement with Enablement — run the 30-60-90 ramp curriculum and the certification and taped role-play gates; refine the hiring profile with Recruiting.
- Coach daily and run weekly 1:1s: scorecard review, one skill focus (calls, objections, messaging), and a pipeline walk; document and email coaching notes on every opportunity.
- Own the metrics funnel and inspect it on a routine — activity, connect rate, meetings booked → accepted (NBM), NBM → conversion, pipeline generated, and attainment.
- Run the accepted-NBM / quota-relief workflow against the objective rubric, and audit approvals for consistency.
- Protect the handoff: spot-check transitions, triage drop-off, and partner with the AEs to kill bad pipeline, elevate good, and rescue what's sliding.
- Ensure inbound leads are actioned within SLA; keep CRM and team data accurate.
- Create spiffs for special motions; run QBRs; track attainment QoQ and YoY; help leadership evaluate tools, forecast, and set best practices.
- Assist in career pathing into AE and other GTM roles (BDR → Senior BDR → AE, ~16–18 months)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience managing or coaching SDR/BDR reps or a top-performing rep ready to lead, with a track record of developing early-career sellers.
- The ability to teach a rigorous discovery motion: MEDDPICC and the pain funnel, and to certify reps on tape.
- Comfort in a technical, enterprise, high-ACV motion, you can coach reps to speak credibly with engineering leaders and CTOs.
- Data-driven coaching instincts (Gong, HubSpot); you inspect behavior, not just activity.
- A builder's mindset — you will help create a process, hold a high standard, and iterate; low ego, high curiosity, championship mentality.
- Preferred: prior SDR/BDR leadership at an enterprise SaaS or technical platform; familiarity with modern software-development concepts.
WHY THIS ROLE
- This role builds Blitzy's future GTM leaders. As the function scales, the BDR Manager has a clear path to second-line leadership (Senior / Director, Business Development) and into the broader GTM organization. The BDR org is a talent engine — the leaders who build it will grow with it.

ABOUT BLITZY
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.
Location: Remote (U.S.), with occasional travel for key customer workshops
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary (bonus + equity commensurate with experience)
Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required (customer badging requirement); no security clearance required
THE ROLE
As a Site Reliability Engineer on Blitzy's Public Sector team, you will be the backbone of our platform's reliability and operational excellence for a dedicated enterprise customer opportunity in a highly regulated industry. You'll deploy and operate Blitzy's self-hosted platform within the customer's secure cloud environment, serving as Blitzy's embedded engineer on the account. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and customer success, ensuring our AI-powered development platform remains highly available and performant in one of the most demanding security environments in enterprise software. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes deep ownership of the systems they operate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In 30 days: You have a deep understanding of Blitzy's self-hosted deployment architecture, have begun customer onboarding, and are actively supporting deployment planning alongside customer infrastructure teams.
- In 90 days: You are operating inside the customer environment, have stood up and hardened the deployment, and have established monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows that meet the customer's security requirements.
- In 6 months: The platform is running reliably at scale with defined SLOs and validated capacity headroom, and you are the trusted technical voice for the customer's infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Blitzy's self-hosted platform within a customer-controlled, secure cloud environment.
- Own the Kubernetes-based deployment: releases, upgrades, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking for compute-intensive AI workloads.
- Design and maintain observability — logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting — that operates fully within the customer's security boundary.
- Serve as Blitzy's on-account technical presence: partner with customer infrastructure, security, and governance teams on provisioning, reviews, documentation, and operational escalations.
- Handle sensitive customer data in accordance with customer security requirements; champion security best practices across the deployment.
- Feed lessons learned back into Blitzy's product and infrastructure roadmap to strengthen our self-hosted offering for future public sector customers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- U.S. citizenship (customer badging requirement) and ability to complete a customer background/badging process.
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration; hands-on experience deploying software into customer-controlled or restricted environments.
- Experience operating in isolated, restricted, or otherwise highly regulated network environments (defense, government, financial services, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent) and at least one major cloud platform.
- Deep expertise in observability tooling, incident management, and on-call practices.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills — you will work directly with customer engineering, security, and governance stakeholders and represent Blitzy on the account.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Experience deploying or operating software in government-accredited or similarly certified cloud environments.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive data and security frameworks common to regulated industries.
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or their supporting infrastructure.
- Prior forward-deployed, residency, or embedded-engineer experience at an enterprise customer site.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment where you wore multiple hats.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
You won't be maintaining legacy systems or fighting fires in a sprawling monolith. You'll be a founding reliability engineer for Blitzy's public sector business — operating a greenfield deployment of an AI platform that is redefining how the world creates software, inside one of the most security-conscious enterprises in the country. Your work directly shapes the playbook for the government and defense customers that follow. You'll have direct influence over architectural decisions, work side-by-side with world-class engineers, and see the tangible impact of your work from day one.

About Blitzy
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.
Location: Cambridge, MA
Compensation: $170,000 - $220,000 base (bonus + equity commensurate with experience)
The Role
We're looking for a FinOps Engineer to join our team and build our infrastructure cost optimization practice from the ground up. You'll own cloud cost governance across AWS, Azure, GCP, and our on-premises environments, partnering closely with our Engineering, Platform, and US-based Finance teams to turn infrastructure spend into a source of strategic advantage rather than a line item to manage.
This is an opportunity to define how Blitzy thinks about cost as we scale — from forecasting and tagging standards to the cost allocation platform that powers our unit economics.
What Success Looks Like
- Cloud spend across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem is actively optimized, with clear, ongoing reductions that don't compromise reliability or performance.
- A company-wide FinOps practice is in place — governance, forecasting, budgeting, and tagging standards that engineering and finance both trust.
- Finance can reliably attribute infrastructure costs to products, services, and customers, giving leadership accurate COGS reporting and unit economics.
- Dashboards and data pipelines give engineering and finance one shared, trusted view of infrastructure costs across every cloud provider.
- Cost considerations are built into how Engineering and Platform teams design infrastructure, run Kubernetes, and make architecture decisions — not bolted on after the fact.
Areas of Ownership
- Own infrastructure cost optimization across AWS, Azure, GCP, and our on-premises environments by identifying opportunities to reduce spend while maintaining reliability and performance.
- Build and own a company-wide FinOps practice, including cloud cost governance, forecasting, budgeting, tagging standards, and executive reporting.
- Partner with Finance to design and implement a cost allocation platform that accurately attributes infrastructure costs to products, services, and customers, enabling COGS reporting and unit economics.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and data pipelines that consolidate billing and operational data from multiple cloud providers, giving engineering and finance a single source of truth for infrastructure costs.
- Work closely with Engineering and Platform teams to incorporate cost optimization into infrastructure design, Kubernetes operations, and cloud architecture, ensuring cost is considered alongside scalability, security, and reliability.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or a related infrastructure/finance-facing engineering role
- Hands-on experience managing cost across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes cost management and how workload design decisions impact spend
- Experience building dashboards and data pipelines that consolidate multi-source billing and usage data
- Familiarity with FinOps frameworks and practices — tagging governance, forecasting, budgeting, and chargeback/showback models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones and maintain overlap with our US-based Finance and Engineering teams
What Makes You Stand Out
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or equivalent certification
- Experience with cloud cost management platforms (e.g., CloudHealth, Cloudability, Kubecost, native cloud cost tools)
- Background building or scaling a cost allocation model tied to COGS or unit economics reporting
- Experience partnering directly with Finance teams, not just Engineering
- Prior experience at a fast-growing startup managing multi-cloud, multi-environment infrastructure
What Makes This Role Different
As our first FinOps hire, you'll define the practice company-wide, with direct visibility into how infrastructure spend connects to Blitzy's unit economics and executive reporting — all while working in close, overlapping hours with our US-based Finance and Engineering teams.

We're looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff to serve as a key engineering leader driving Blitzy's technical strategy and execution. You'll partner directly with our CTO to scale our engineering organization, and ensure we're building an autonomous software development platform that performs at the highest levels of quality, reliability, and speed. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership, team building, and hands-on execution—translating our product vision into a scalable, high-performing engineering organization.
You'll partner with the CTO to define engineering strategy and execution across multiple areas, build and lead high-performing engineering teams, and make critical decisions that shape the platform's future. This is a role for a leader who can scale teams and systems, who can operate with both strategic vision and technical depth, and who thrives in the fast pace of a hypergrowth startup.
This role is ideal for someone with a track record of leading engineering organizations at high-growth technology companies, who combines strong technical judgment with the leadership skills to build and retain top engineering talent.
What Success Looks Like
- You build and scale a high-performing engineering organization, with strong processes for hiring, onboarding, and career development
- You drive the technical roadmap and architecture decisions that keep the platform reliable, secure, and performant at scale
- Serve as the right hand of the CTO to establish engineering rigor—code quality standards, CI/CD practices, incident response, and on-call processes
- You develop and mentor engineering managers and senior ICs, creating a strong leadership bench
- You represent engineering in company-wide strategic planning and support the CTO for Board-level updates
Areas of Ownership
Engineering Strategy & Execution
- Set and drive the technical roadmap in partnership with the CTO
- Own execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Execute key architecture and technology decisions that scale with the business as defined by the CTO
- Balance short-term delivery pressure with long-term platform investment
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent across all levels
- Build and develop a strong bench of engineering managers and senior technical leaders
- Establish clear career ladders, performance frameworks, and growth paths
- Foster an engineering culture rooted in ownership, craftsmanship, and speed
Engineering Operations & Rigor
- Implement and continuously improve engineering processes: agile/sprint planning, code review, CI/CD, testing, and incident management
- Own platform reliability, security, and performance at scale
- Establish on-call rotations and incident response practices that minimize downtime
- Drive metrics and reporting that give leadership visibility into engineering velocity and health
Special Projects & Scaling Initiatives
- Stand up new engineering functions, teams, or processes where gaps exist
- Solve the hardest, most ambiguous technical and organizational problems facing the company
Required Experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams at high-growth technology companies
- Deep technical expertise across modern software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience managing engineering managers and building leadership benches
- Strong track record of shipping complex software products on predictable timelines
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and Boards
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with strategic, business-level thinking
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience at an AI/ML or developer tools company
- Background in autonomous systems, agentic AI, or large-scale code generation platforms
- Experience scaling engineering orgs through hypergrowth (Series A to Series C+)
- Track record of building engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Hands-on technical credibility—able to dive into code and architecture when needed
- Experience with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and reliability requirements
- MBA or equivalent business acumen alongside deep technical expertise
What Makes This Role Different
Unlike a traditional engineering management role, you'll be:
- Setting direction: Shaping technical strategy and architecture at a foundational stage of the company
- Building from scratch: Establishing engineering processes, culture, and structure as we scale
- Operating cross-functionally: Working directly with the CTO, GTM, and executive leadership
- Solving ambiguity: Tackling technical and organizational problems that don't have established playbooks
- Influencing direction: Your technical decisions directly shape the platform and the company's trajectory
